Wow Dakota is AMAZING. He changed my screen and battery in less than a hour. This is the first time i ever broke my phone and i did not know what to expect.I called Metro pc and they told me about this place so i went online and checked it out.I read the reviews and I’m happy i came here. I was not sure at first but when i walked in i could just tell the place was clean and the guy was nice and seemed honest. I called another place and they told me $200 for both i figured I’d get a new phone for that price but when this guy told me this price i had to come. ($125)My phone is perfect now and the process was simple and fast. LIFESAVERS. PERIOD.

I got the biggest run around with this particular place of business. Took my phone in on an early Monday afternoon in which I was told to come and pick it up around 5 or 6 pm that same evening. I went back that evening and the part that was needed for my phone had not arrived. I was patient and understood even though I need my phone to do my job. Went back the next day which was on a Tue and was informed by another person that the person I dealt with the day before had left the store to retrieve what he needed for my phone. He suggested that I come the following day early. The following day which was on a Wednesday I didnt go until late afternoon to give them time to fix the phone. I asked about the repair and whoever I was dealing with that Monday said that he he had a personal matter to deal with the previous day and the device needed to fix my phone would be in later on that day. He was very rude and wanted to help the person behind me in line, however I questioned him about the time its taking to fix my phone because I was loosing work. He was very short and temperamental with me and when I informed him that I will give his business a bad review, he took it as a physical threat and threatened to call the police on me.🤨😂. I informed him that he place of business has a review based on a persons experience and that I can give him an unfavorable review which is not against the law. Based on my experience and their short tempered attitude with me, that place SUCKS

They lost my phone that I had to bring back after I paid to get it fixed. This was a few weeks prior to the covid-19 shut down March 16, 2020. Today is April 3, 2021 still dont have my phone. Just dropped the box off with exact phone info, so well see if they find it. Thought my name and number would be enough to find it. Guess not!

This repair person is too doggone high. My grandson needed his Iphone 10 repaired because one area of the screen wasnt functioning. The repair person told us we needed a new screen and charged us $175.00. I told him nevermind we would go elsewhere, then he lowered it to $150, We walked out, went to fairlane and got it fixed for $100. What a hustle! Buyer beware.... he needs zero stars!!

This place is terrific. Dante was so helpful. He understood what I wanted and followed through. I didnt want to send my phone to the manufacturer for repair because I didnt want a factory reset. Dante was extremely conscientious. He requested full diagnostics for my phone. Called me to verify that the cost of the repair was okay with me. Excellent customer service. Definitely 5 stars.

I paid $75 to get the battery replaced in my iPad was told it would be ready next day. It wasnt ready until 4days later, no one called to tell me, I had to call them. When I picked it up, I noticed some clusters of black lint inside the screen that wasnt there before I dropped it off. I gave it back to the guy he said hell fix it come back tomorrow. I received a call this time saying its ready for pickup. I drive there again and its still not fixed. The guy said he tried to get it out as best he could and that because they opened the ipad to replace the battery thats what happens to the screen. After I became upset he said hell try again and to come back tomorrow. So finally when I came back for the 3rd time, my screen was back to normal...the guy said he tried something new to get it out. Im giving it 2 stars because they did fix my battery but my experience was not a good one.

I swear to god this place is the best he told me that the phone would be ready in about 3 to 5 days called me later on in the day and told me it was ready he ended up tracking down another part from another location went and picked it up and installed it and called me to pick it up thank you Simon.

Worst experience ever, took my s7 here turning on, only needed a flash or new software, they called me after a week and said the phone was ready, i went there and the store said open but was closed, after waiting in my car for about 20 minutes, i saw a fair complexion dreadlocks guy leisurely walked up and opened the door, he told me to wait a few minutes for him to update something on it, few minutes became few weeks, after several attempts they told me it was ready to be picked up, i asked the charge and he said no charges they werent able to fix it, i went back for my phone and saw the same dread, he said he had never seen me before i must take my phone and leave, now here i sit looking at my phone in tears 📱 as dead as a rock..

This place was the pitts! I went in for a simple screen repair that should have only taken 1 or 2 hours tops, but they kept my device for over two weeks telling me they had to order the parts. When I finally got in touch with a manager, he shifted the blame onto a new employee and promised to give me a discount for being patient. Well of course he had amnesia about the discount then charged me tax on top of the $75 repair. I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

The place came highly recommended and they lived up to their ratings. Dante was helpful over the phone and when I arrived, he provided prompt, courteous and efficient service. I went in between meetings at work and was out in less than half an hour in time to make my next appointment. He was willing to negotiate and be really reasonable on price. When I got my phone back, it looked brand new. Consider this rating indicative of my high recommendation for their service. Good people.

One was to be ready in about an hour. When I picked it up, the manager, Dante, told me that in order to receive the discount he offered, I had to pay for both . I did. He said that the 2nd phone would be ready in apprx 3 hours. When I returned, 4 hours later, Dante was still working on the phone, so I returned to my car to wait. Shortly after, I received a call from Dante stating that the part they had for my phone was defective and I would have to come back the next day. I explained that coming back another day wasnt an option and I would just take my phone and get a refund for that portion of the payment. He told me that I was not able to get a refund and I would have to talk to corporate. He then pointed at a sign on the wall with a phone number on it. I left a message on the voicemail. The next day I called again, and eventually spoke with a man named Miles. I was told by Miles that Dante would be calling me in order to issue the refund. After Miles spoke with Dante, I was told I would receive a call from Dante and he would be issuing a refund for the phone that couldnt get serviced. That call never came. Two days went by and I contacted Dante. After leaving me on hold for a very long time, I hung up and called again. Dante eventually tells me, in the most rude and condescending way he could that I will have to return to the store in order to have my partial refund processed. When I asked how much the refund would be, he told me that I was no longer eligible for a discount on the 1st repair and that they would also be charging me a 45% restocking fee, for a part that was defective!!! I asked to see this policy and was told it wasnt written anywhere, its just the policy. I called the corporate number back but got voicemail. I am currently waiting to hear back from them.

Updated: Dante did a wonderful job of fixing my screen/sensor on my 7 plus. No problem, was in and out less than 25 minutes. Dante also replaced my screen protector for free which was DEFINITELY needed and appreciated.Love going here wonderful service both time I went🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here to get their phone fixed no doubt .

Look at the 1 star reviews for a good idea of what kind of business practices you will receive.I took my Galaxy Note 9 to his shop for a front outer screen replacement. He said his supplier stopped carrying the purple color and so I had to take black. He also said hed most likely have to break the back glass to fix it and Id need that replaced too. I was fine with that considering I just wanted my phone fixed.When I got my phone back I noticed the new camera screen was chipped. I immediately took it back in, when I asked him to fix he said he would do it after it broke more. The next day I noticed my screen was lifting. Every time I long pressed the screen would pop up. I took it back and he said he would replace it after the screen died and said everything was fine. I initially left a bad review, he later called after the review and stated that he would replace my screen after I took the bad review down.I did not go back to his store I took my phone to ubreakifix in southfield. They stated he didnt need to replace the back glass and he cost me an extra 60 to have it fixed now. They also stated he used aftermarket parts of lower quality and thats why it lifted.He will most likely refute my claim by leaving some unprofessional and disparaging remark about me, he will refute that I came to his store, or he will claim Im a competitor. Like I initially stated if i had just looked at his 1 star reviews it would have been a good indication of his character and his work ethic.

I took my daughter phone to be repaired and experienced awesome service! Fred helped me! He was knowledgeable, and professional. My daughter phone was fixed within a couple of days ( due to an ordered part) and the repair cost was affordable! The customers service was great and I appreciate that! Came in and got my iPhone 8 fixed a couple weeks ago because my daughter through my phone and they did an amazing job. Came back because all my audio went out and I heard something about a defect in the phones that caused that to occur. The assured me they fix it and save me the hassle of just replacing it and once again theyve come through! Went to this place to see what I could get for my iPhone 7 Plus, as soon as I walked in he asked me what I want for it and I said at least $140 because it was in good condition (no scratches,cracks,etc) and he said “nope” and walked away.

Well so far my phone have been up there twice it has not yet been fixed right at this point Im trying to figure out do I want to go back up there again until I just get tired for them to try to fix it again and again going back up there so this is tricky I dont know what my review is quite yet but so far my phone is not charging up so therefore I guess I am a little still disappointed because how many times do I need to come back to your establishment until you say okay cant fix it here your refund back and happy that we did business with you

In the meantime, my phone was fixed in 45 minutes at Schaeffer Phone Repair in Dearborn and they charged me $55 less!Shortly after posting a similar review on Yelp, I received a call from Dante saying that the company decided to issue a full refund for the repair that couldnt be done. A minute later, I received a subsequent call asking me to remove the Yelp review since they agreed to refund me. I told him I would wait until the refund was actually issued and then decide about changing my review rating. They still required that I return to the store in order to get the refund. When I arrived, he pushed a few buttons and handed me a receipt. (I am still unsure as to why I had to be present in order for the refund to be issued, especially when we are in the midst of a pandemic. I am sure they could have done that without my presence). DJ, the owner or general manager, reached out to me via text asking could we speak. I agreed and asked him to call me the next day, after 5. That call never came. I did get another text 2 days later that I chose not to reply to.After it was all said and done, I decided to leave my review rating as it is. Even though the refund was ultimately given, a customer should not have to jump through all those hoops just to be treated fairly. Furthermore, the condescending words from Dante (the manager) every time I spoke to him was just too much. Id give him zero stars if I were able. The only good thing to say is that the repair on my daughters Iphone was done well. However, there are many companies in Detroit that can repair a cracked screen. I would recommend you use one of those.

Dante was super helpful when it came to fixing my phone. I came in with the whole screen completely cracked and he was able to make it brand new in a half hour. Would definitely come back again for any future issues.

Dante was super fast, he fixed my girlfriend’s phone really quick. We were in and out and able to move on with our day. This is the only place I’ll be going to for my phone needs.

When I returned to pick up the phones I spoke with Mike who’s extremely knowledgeable and answered my questions. He gave some good tips of how to prevent future damage.
