I would highly suggest that you pass on buying ANY vehicles from here. They are mostly high mileage overpriced used up vehicles. We drove two hours to buy a Taurus from here after getting approved for the purchase we made the drive down. Being that I know just enough about cars to be dangerous I put the car through its paces. When it came to the Heated & Cooled seats they did not work at all. The manager played it off, said I could fix it but, I had called a Ford dealership while waiting for him to have his mechanic look at it. As it turns out its a 1200 to 2500 dollar fix. After finding this out the dealership 3 Brothers said that they werent fixing it theyd just try and sell it as is.This, to some other unsuspecting buyer. Totally unexceptable! This very much felt like an experience out of 1975 where the dealership was just trying to sell defective cars as long as you where not smart enough to catch it. My advice?DO NOT SHOP 3 BROTHERS FOR A VEHICLE THEY ARE AT THE VERY LEAST.....DISHONEST

Im very excited with my experience at 3 brothers auto sales. Julian and Kenny made me feel like family when I was there. Julian and Kenny are extremely nice and helpful. I been look around for months but Several dealerships turned me down. Kenny got me into a vehicle the same day. I got the vehicle I wanted and they made my dreams come true. I love my Cadillac Escalade and recommend 3 brothers auto sales to everyone.

After searching for days, my wife and I finally found the vehicle we wanted. So packed up the family and drove the couple of hours to get to 3Brothers where we ended up purchasing our vehicle. The staff was great and wasted no time in helping us get in our new vehicle. We will be back to buy our next vehicle from there soon.

Very disappointed with this dealership. The salesman new next to no details about the car I drove 2 hours to see; with intent to purchase, and the facts that he did mention about it were lies not in line with the vehicles actual history, (or even what they had put online). The car itself was filthy and in very rough shape, when it was advertised as clean; making it Extremely overpriced, (the car was falling apart). I was pre-approved by my credit union to purchase this specific vehicle, yet was not taken seriously by the staff in any way. In fact Id given up entirely on the car and left without even bothering to say goodbye because Im pretty sure the salesman didnt even know that I had left... I wasnt helped in any way, and I do not recommend this place to anyone... ever, for any reason. These mfs are scammin and disrespectful while they do it.

A family members husband bought a truck from them last week not only did the transmission start slipping within days of purchase, they sent the family to there mechanic. The mechanic said it was a bad filter and sent them on the way, the problem continued and they got a second opinion it was loaded with metal shards and the transmission is no good. This family has 6 children the mom is battling a chronic illness and is on bedrest and the dad is working to provide the best he can, he trusted this dealership and put down 5 grand and signed a contract to do the rest in payments. They now are trying to scramble for another 2500 to put in a new transmission. What a Christmas for this family, and what horrible people to do it to such good honest kind hearted people. You hurt a whole family, left my family member without rides to treatments and her children without rides to doctors with one having severe issues himself. I think the family should go to the news and MOJO and put this bunk company on blast. You should pay this family for the repairs on this truck. People like you suck your greedy and I hope what will come to you. Karma. Someway someday it will come around.

I purchased a vehicle Nov. 14, 2019 and prior to this purchase my insurance company stated that The owner and staff was rude and disrespectful. I should have listened to my first mind, but went anyway and purchased the vehicle. I was told that if their were any mechanical issues with the vehicle that they were covered as long as it was with-in the first 30 days. When i returned to the dealership to retrieve my registration i offered a list of 9 items that were wrong with the vehicle. I was told at that time that i should wait until the 30 days was up then file a claim with the warranty company. Then i explained that this was not was i was told when i purchased the vehicle. Post an argument i was told to drop the vehicle off the following Friday. Once I did dropped the vehicle off around 2:00 pm, then i was called at 4 to come in to pick the vehicle up i went to the mechanic shop where the vehicle was taken and nothing was done to the vehicle. I will not refer any of my family or friends to this dealership i had one of the worst experiences of my life buying a vehicle from this place. They are nice until you sign the papers to purchase your vehicle then they could care less about their customers. A good business salesman stands behind their product and the owner of this facility wants nothing but your money. Please find another dealership to purchase your vehicle from. This is a heads up for all my fellow Detroiters.

Wife and I drove from over an hour away to visit the dealership to purchase a vehicle. Julian made sure the process was quick and simple. Complete scammers! Read your contract thoroughly! The car i bought was advertised for one price and on the contract was another. Didnt realize until it was too late!. Their finance company is horrid! They prey on the desperate and have trackers and kill switches on their cars. Dont fall into the trap I did!

Also known as a salvage title. All illegal. This place needs to be shut down. Have to pay for a lawyer now. This is all bad business.

I bought a Yukon XL from them. I loved working with Mustang and Sara. They are great. I wouldnt however recommend Kenny or Julian, they will say anything to make a sale. Then once you pay they can not be held at their word. They said they would have the little things fixed and would work with us and did nothing once we gave a deposit. On the up side the truck has been running well since we bought it.

Sold me a lemon bad trans had to replace 2nd day I had the car. 1 month ater had to get timing chains replaced. Had to replace battery, alternator and spark plugs. Knock sensor, and throttle body sensor. Theyre ghetto, unprofessional and liars.

My son just bought a car from here in September 2017. It broke down on him not once but five times. Now his car is broke down again. Took it to the Dodge dealer for them to diagnostic and a whole lot is wrong with it. You guys are a scam, right with Credit Acceptance. All you need is your Driver license to test drive a car you never give anyone your Social security number and if you have credit karma you know exactly if they’re running your credit because it alerts you right away. I’m not employed by any car company.. I’m a pissed off parent that will be seeking legal assistance, Michigan does have lemon laws! Don’t bye a car with them your paying double and paying off someone else debt!! Stop giving my son the runaround. I have your back Nigel Watkins.

Just bought a car from here a month ago.. it has a whole bunch of issues! I came to get a new tire today they pull the tire off and a WHOLE bolt is missing. He said they couldve killed me! I have been riding with my kid in the car! God only knows what else theyve done. It will be at a mechanic first thing Monday morning! Nothing on this Escalade works but a whole bolt for my BRAKES?! And I know you knew, you changed the brakes!
