The staff at Royal Auto clinic are very nice, respectful and professional. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my repairs, he also explained everything to me in great detail. I would recommend Royal Auto Clinic to my family and friends!!

This place has change management and the addiction to this the quality and service has been not at its best! I had to take my vechial elsewhere and found out parts was stolen off my vehicle! Catalytic converter and misdiagnosis of my vehicle. Stop and cut your losses and take your vehicle elsewhere.

On Aug 23rd 2021 I brought my car to Royal auto to get a noise checked out. They charged me $45 to screw something back on my car and the noise never stopped. After picking my car up I notice they had scrapped my front end. I called the next day to see what happened, if it was another customer or if it was a mechanics fault. I even left a note on the front door to let them know that I noticed the very same day. When I called back that following Monday I got yelled at and hung up on only to later get an apology blaming it on “blood sugar”. The owner contacted me shortly after apologizing and had his employee also apologize and said they would look into it but then asked did I go to a Walmart or any other store trying to blame it on anyone else. I contacted the owner who advised me to give him a few days to check the cameras, he never reached back out to me. I even called the shop on Thursday Sept. 2nd, the employee told me his boss would reach out to me the next day. Tomorrow is Labor Day and I’m realizing that I have to just take this as a loss because they are not honest people and will not own up to their mistake. Not only is my car still making the noise which turns out to be my fuel pump going back that they didn’t even catch but now I have to pay to get the front of my car fixed because of someone else’s mistake. I will never do business with these people again.

Always knowledgeable and fair prices. Great place to get work done on your vehicle.I posted that this morning after realizing I didnt review before. Its under new management now. I showed up at 8am because last time I was there it was first come first serve and very busy. One person was ahead of me plus bays full from day before. Still got an hour or two estimate. I walked up to see if it was done and a problem with phones after three hours to find another vehicle in the alignment bay. They said not long now. I waited another two hours and walked back up after having work calling all day to find another vehicle in the bay. I had to take my keys back and get to work. Now Im supposed to get up early again tomorrow and chance another day. They did offer a discount for the inconveniences and I do believe they are still knowledgeable and affordable but you will need an appointment if you have a low cost job. They will push through high cost jobs and let you wait.

I have been to this place a handful of times and the first couple times they impressed me. But this will be the last time I go to them. They have had my car that needs a new battery since Tuesday... it’s now Friday afternoon and my car still isn’t done. They have not made one phone call to me to let me know what’s going on, I have had to call them for the past four days. When a mechanic looks at a car and finds the problem they are supposed to call the owner and say “this is what’s wrong with it, do we have the play to fix it”... but they never even did that. I have had to call every single time to see what’s going on with my car. ALL IT NEEDS IS A NEW BATTERY! That should NOT take longer than one hour to do... let alone four days!!! Definitely disappointed in the way this company has gone downhill in the past couple months. Will not be using them in the future.

Bad service,update i have spoken with the owner several times and finally my van is done.now he wont stop calling me to come get It.he has done what he said,still with A small issue i spoke to him about in the beginning.im satisfied.will definitely give him more of my business at this point.thnx for being the man of your word that means alot.ok so now Im giving them another chance and not looking to good.the owner ask to have another chance.very unhappy at this point.

Amazing customer service, quick turn around in the work provided, and very attentive to customer needs. All around a reliable and trustworthy shop on the east side of Detroit. I will most definitely use again and I highly recommend this shop.

Said they Fix my Car and Misdiagnosed it and its still having the same problem, for which I brought it in the first time. Now Im in fiance debt on the on a perception of them guessing on knowing what the main problem was in the beginning.
