Love the service here they are very straightforward on what needs to be done and the prices are extremely reasonable! I have taken almost every car I own here to get service or repaired went to another shop once and for the same work they wanted to charge me $600 when I got to cooper it was $300. Yeah been with them ever since! Great service and great customer service which is a major thing for me.

Updated Review: Cooper Auto is a thief and a fraud. I paid him to replace my engine, and I bought an extended warranty. He pocketed the money and did not replace the engine. After six months of hearing nothing from Cooper, I had the State of Michigan inspect my car and the inspector informed me that Cooper had not only not replaced the engine but destroyed the wire harness and oil pan. This was no accident or simple mistake. This was over a year of lies and deception. Cooper destroyed my car on purpose. I have the State of Michigan inspectors report and photos to prove this. I hired an attorney to sue Cooper, and we came to an agreement. Cooper made two payments, and the checks bounced on the remainder (costing me more money), and I have not received a penny since.Cooper Auto is a bunch of thrives and frauds. Do not bring your car here, ever. -100 stars!!!Original review: They improperly diagnosed that I needed to replace my engine. They improperly installed a replacement engine into my vehicle. They also randomly cut wires in the engine. It will cost me twice as much to repair the damage and put yet another engine in the car. For now I have a one ton paperweight until I can save up the $3k to fix it (at a reputable repair shop).

I have to admit, I was loosing faith in Coopers because I wasnt satisfied with the last few times they serviced my truck. I didnt want to give up on them because I have been going to them for years and usually their professionalism and service is high quality.A couple of days ago I took my Cadillac Escalade to Coopers and just like when I first started going to them I was once again highly impressed by their great service and professionalism because not only did they restored my truck back to its great running state they quoted me a fair price that I couldnt refuse.The clerk/mechanic advised me that they have replaced alot of the old mechanics with better new ones which in my opinion restored Coopers back to their normal high quality workmanship.I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Coopers so that you also can experience their great service, professionalism and fair prices.Coopers is back!!!

Cooper does very good work on vehicles.

Every time I come here for one issue.... something always goes wrong with another or the same issue...i got 1000 dollars worth of wrk due to overheating issues... everything was fine until 2 days later same issue happened...im on a budget so my money is valuable... therefore I will not be returning.. I dont need them messing something else up on my car for a good paycheck for them...

Terrible service they miss diagnosed my problem. Tried to over charged me for a radiator in a 2009 Traverse ($600). Got my truck towed to Motech on west Warren. They did everything i needed done for half the price

First time a few months ago i went into cooper auto service on livernois i charged my bill.An the same day someone used my info for some online stuff.Today i went an got somemore work done an guess what i get a notification someone tried to charge two other things on this brand new card that never been used.HmmmmMaybe its just me being paronoidHow can I talk to corporate

They was suppose to do an alignment on my friend car and they was suppose to change the tire rods and end up beating him out some money when he went to another shop they told him they was suppose to do the tire rods first before he even got the alignment they already did on his car, if you don’t want nobody to hustle u out no money I advise you to not go to this shop

Poor service, damaged parts on my truck when I had parts replaced there, also left bolts loose almost had accident on freeway due to improper replacement when I asked them about the problem they refuse to do anything and act as if I had cause the problem thats when I got mad and demanded they fix it right away or will take legal action so they did and still was not done correctly never mind that star up there, I give them a negative -5 stars poor service guys.
