I got a battery from them back in January, had to take it back 2 days later and they gave me another battery. Then yesterday I had to call AAA to come give me a jump, they said my battery is at 6% smh and everything else is fine THEN today as Im getting ready to leave for work, the battery dead again. I dont have money to keep buying a battery especially when I just bought one. I would never come here again and I dont recommend.

They sold me a bad battery and they don’t have a return policy. I would advice you to go to a shop that stands by their product. Now I am out of money I don’t have to just give away freely.

Recently moved to Michigan from NC. This is the first place ive ever called for information and got the proper customer service, the lady who answered today around 345pm was so kind and very respectful. I wish other business had good customer service. She gave me all the information I needed and I definitely recommend this place for service. Very great prices and deals. Yes Iam fully aware Im not in the south anymore but respect and customer service should never change. AND IVE HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THAT FROM ALOT OF THESE BUSINESSES.

This place basically sold me a battery but didn’t have the proper battery I needed, I returned it gave me another one that wasn’t the right one and also was a bad battery wouldn’t refund my money, I ended up having to go shop elsewhere avoid this battery shop.
