I cannot believe how unprofessional this place is! My mother signed for a mattress and box spring in 2016 however they never delivered it. Now a third party collection agency is suing her for it again . They have sent it to different agencies now 4 times trying to sue her. SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!! It is horrible how they do senior citizens. Her name is Jacqueline Byrd. You now have her name please advise what you are doing to resolve this matter?Here we are at 9/21/20 and still no response in regards to my complaint. Proving that you are not honorable and that you stole.the money from the leasing company and never delivered the product.

I am having a awful experience with Romeo and Juliet. First of all I’ve waited 3 months for furniture to come is not in yet. Secondly, they wanna charge a extra hundred and not acknowledge my wait. The owner would not even waive the extra for my wait. The manager lady was very nice tho she can only do what she is told to do to save her own job but it’s ridiculous and I am a very unhappy customer. I paid the set off rather quickly and I’ve never given them any issues with any purchases. Smh. I Do understand what’s going on with covic and being at the mercy of the delivery company but you cane give any compensation at all????

To be honest I don’t ever do reviews...But this experience was so great that I had to comment on it. Timmy was a great help and answered any questions I needed in depth & detail. He was not too far from me most of the time I was in the store so I was able to easily get help when I was ready. The whole staff there made me feel good about my purchase & they were humorous enough to keep a smile on my face. The store was clean and well lit. Reasonable prices as well. I highly recommended this store, staff, and items!!

I have been in the store on two occasions now where I have heard the owner raise his voice to customers on the floor. While I understand the customer isnt always right, I personally find it makes an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience when, when my children hear it. The Roseville store has always been a nice visit. The Detroit store...I wont ever return to.

Would give them a zero if i could. They are unprofessional. Granted my mom put a bedroom set in the layway. When she went to pay it off they did not have the night stand to go with it. They told her she could get what they have and come back for the night stand when it cones in. She told them no.shell keep making payments until it come in. That was in August. Since august she has been in that store at least 7 or 8 times. She went in Thursday 11/05 and made a payment. Ask the lady if her complete set was in the lady said yes. She told the lady she will be back Saturday to make the final payment and set a delivery date. So we get there today. About to make the final payment. They tell her the set she had in layway have been on back order since 9/16. The only thing they can do for her is give her a store credit. I said no. She want her money back. I told them you all knew that for almost 2 months. You all has her paying money on something you knew you could not produce. Once they saw it was discontinued as another worker told us. They should have told her before she continued to make payments or even picked up the phone to call her. So she asked them to just sell her the bed and the dresser without the stand.they could not produce that. One worker told me they sold it when people got their trump bucks and unemployment money. So never mind somebody put their money on that set we gonna sale it. At the end of the day nobody apologize for the inconvenience. She ended up picking out another set that cost more. They didnt even offer her a discount or try to make it right. Now to the delivery and set up issue. They can bring the furniture to the house and leave it on the porch . which is stupid you suppose to bring it in the house. Never would i allow anyone i know to send their money there. Oh i talked to the owner he going to ask mewhy i feel they was unprofessional? I told him. Never once did he offer to make it right. He just didnt care

Carl was extremely helpful from the time we set foot in the store to signing the last document for delivery. Very professional, the furniture selection is beautiful and nice quality . We received next day delivery which was perfect. We were very pleased with everything.Thank you for making the process as easy and as simple as possible.

I Went In The Store Specifically Looking For A King Size MATTRESS Set Waited A Month For Delivery Only To Get A King Size Set With No Mattress I Called To Complain And They Said I Never Ordered The Mattress Just The Set Smh

I walked in my husband and I everyone was friendly. We were asked if we needed any help. At the time we were just looking not even knowing that we would take something home. This store has great deals and they work with you. Carl helped us out, the finance part was easy and didnt take long. I give them 10 thumbs up

I really like this furniture set . I bought it but they told me the free standing jewelry mirror is all they have, so I have to take the floor model. I am ok with that but most places would give you a discount on a floor model that has some dings and Marks on it. Not this place they told me full price if I want it .

Where do I begin?! The experience I had today at store was fantastic! Lots of options in the selection of furniture and appliances. The customer service was stellar, and they made me feel special. I bought a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator, and will return to outfit the rest of the house. Truly a great place for a one stop shopping experience.

Timmy was very helpful. And I got a beautiful couch and loveseat.They charge you $75 plus tax and they are very poor with delivery. They have you waiting for over 24 hrs. And thats not fair especially when you spending a lot of money. Hell I think delivery should be free for as much money I just spent.

A hidden gem! No fancy show room or sales people in suits but great furniture at rock bottom prices. No pressure store full of friendly people. We bought a couch / love seat and recliner for $1000 of medium grade furniture. They had another set that was total plywood construction (highest grade) that we liked that was another $200 but we liked the medium grade set better. I could not find good used furniture at these prices.

Great prices for new furniture. The entire staff is very friendly, and makes every customer feel welcome, without the overbearing badgering that you get at Art Van. Carl was awesome to work with from start to finish. He gives his honest opinion, and isnt remotely pushy. I spent well over $600 on a twin/full futon bed for my grandson,and paid additional $75 for Delivery and setup. They didnt tighten half the screws, and stripped a few as well! When my wife called for a service check, they refused to come check it out,and said We didnt force you to Buy it! We dont guarantee the Quality either! WTF. I will spread the word on how we were treated as well! -⭐ P.S. I would Love to hear a reply from the Owner, so he can explain what my Wife was told on the phone This Morning about this Aweful Customer Service!

The sales man ordered the wrong color tv stand and I have no idea why when I was no where near the one I ended up with so when it was delivered and I discovered the mistake I called them and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They don’t do exchanges so now I’m stuck with a $479 piece of furniture that matches nothing I own. So angry and disappointed I will never shop there again!

Well where do I start?? This place and staff have always been so very good to me. No, I didnt receive any discounts lol. But it is the consistent great customer service they have always shown every time I walk in any of their stores. They have great quality furniture, a ton of choices to choose from, and you can find something no matter what your budget is. They have three ways you can pay for your furniture: PIF, layaway, or credit. Either way, you cant go wrong. You can also make arrangements to pick up your furniture to avoid delivery charges, which vary depending on how far you are. I know for up to 12 miles is $75 and of course they assemble it upon delivery. They are absolutely my go to furniture store before anyone else.

More than what you guys deserve. Bought bunk beds they didnt even met to have them stack like youre supposed to. The beds are like a death trap screws were stripped etc. The living room furniture didnt last no more than a year. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. No warranty was ever implied, your furniture is just junk that you make in the back & dont want people to see how missed up everything is & that is why you try to force people to have you guys set it up so we dont see all the mistakes in the furniture.

Very nice furniture in this place. Was looking to purchase today when I went in. I looked at bedroom sets for about 15 minutes no one came over or asked did I need any help or even say hello. They were standing in a group thought it was unprofessional that nobody came up to me the whole time I was there so I just left.
