I purchased a refrigerator from this store for $800 in September of 2020. By February 2021(5 months later) it stopped cooling well. By July 2021 it stopped working altogether. A DTE technician told me that the Kenmore refrigerator has a Samsung compressor in it. In addition, it is rewired very poorly to connect the incompatible compressor to the computer board of the refrigerator. DTE would not fix it. I had a Sears technician look at it too. They would not fix it either. When I contacted the store and asked for Mr. Hazime, the person on the phone would not confirm that it was him. The man told me that I bought the refrigerator used and it worked when I bought it. I told him that I am going to file a small claims case. He told me to go ahead. I recommend that you avoid buying appliances from this store. They do not repair the items properly or stand behind their work.

Purchased a fridge a day ago & a roach came from under it. Do not recommend!!!!

Made purchase for washer and after purchase made, was advised that they can have delivered but contractors do not come in home due to COVID!!!Well why would you feel it’s ok to drop a washer off at door and leave??? Number 2, with all these Essential Workers out here, why would you hire people who have no representation for your business, to be be able to install a washer????I’m spent!!! Money good but providing service is a big NO!!! People try to give businesses a chance during this time, and you see what you get!!!!

My daughter got a bed from there a pillow top queen and box spring and the rails spent 310 out the door im definitely going back for mines and they are nice and friendly but a low key place 2 get something good for not a arm and a leg ya feel me so i loved mu experience there and i will be back. Also they do deliver but because of the pandemic they cant right now but we found a way and made it happen now shes happy with her bed.

Had everything I needed just needs to lower prices a lil more considering the appliances are used.

Bought a box spring. Store has good variety of appliances. Downside is that they only offer a 30 day warranty. Other area appliance stores offer 90 days

My washer broke right after the 30 day warranty. It just stop spinning. He didnt even try to help me.
