I called Danto furniture because I saw chairs on their website that I was interested in. They special ordered the chairs for me and kept me in the loop on their status. When they came in they delivered the chairs the next day. The chairs were perfect and the service Danto furniture provided was even better. So happy with my purchase!

Went down the street on the intersection on Springwells and literally got a better mattress for a fraction of the price, with same day delivery. Unlike here when they said they need a week to bring it.

Brought a bed in June the frame is breaking already on October been calling they said someone is coming out to look never came this don’t make no sense I paid to much money for cheap quality

They run my credit application as hard inquiry even i told the employee not to. And when I called them the owner just want to say one thing. The employee is not here and they didn’t do anything wrong. And by there hard inquiry they hurt my credit by 5 points.

Where do I start I ordered a bed room back in March waited till September and I still haven’t received it had to go get my money back I mean I understand corona and all that but the customer service is horrible worse than McDonald’s on a busy day they kept giving me random dates for the product to ship and it never came in i mean come on at least give me a curtesy call tell me something i never seen worse customer service even the most basic stuff I call no one knows what I’m talking about it got so bad even the owner had the audacity to tell me there was a miss communication with my wife because she didn’t understand him LOL she’s white dude and obviously I’m Arabic I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone go to Detroit furniture cheaper and more professional

The owner is a man who really helped me. When I told him I can only pay this he really showed me real affordable and beautiful furniture. I will go there again.

. I bought my children a bedroom set with the last of money and I have nothing show for Because no items hasn’t been delivered to my home. I can barely get detailed information about a potential date of delivery. I really put my faith in this company and I feel disappointed.

Purchased a pair of couches for a whole lot then you would expect to pay here. Delivery was next day, one day later we noticed a few nails heads coming out of the arm rest and a loud squeaky noise when you sit on the love seat. Theyve of been sat on for a total of about 4 times as these are in our guests only living room. Very disappointed given the $$$ spent on these.

Poor communication with this company. They promise to call back and they dont. They dont reply back to there talent service either. I order a bed set on April 16, I still havent got a date set for delivery. This is with there express delivery. I understand that thing are slow due to the COVID19. I get that what I dont get is the lack of communication.

Prices are very high but well worth it because the furniture is of great quality and unique!! If you want something different that you will not see in art Van then this is the pace to go!! The great thing about this place is that they have catalogs and pictures of items you can order from thats not in the store!! They will deliver!! Also they do not have a time limit on lay a way!! The customer service is the greatest!! They are located in Southwest Detroit on Vernor but the drive if well worth it!!

Went in looking for a mattress walked out with three. Jerry provided excellent customer service gave me different options that fit my budget. Delivery was on time. The guys quickly set up our matresses. Had an issue with getting a box to the second floor because of the size, they quickly provided me with options. Great experience thank you.

They did a fantastic job! Ashley was committed to finding me the right appliances, even working with my contractor on specs, and the delivery person Jerry went above and beyond, making sure I had the right connectors and fittings for everything. Dantos even got me the 0% financing I thought I could only get at the big box stores. Its always nice to support local, but its even better when you can get the same deals of the big boys but with the personalized service of an independent. I will return again for future furniture needs. Very satisfied!

I love the appliance that I got from your store. Upon bringing out the refrigerator, the gentlemen just placed it in the kitchen. They didn’t put it in its space which left me to move things myself. Other than that, the entire experience was wonderful!!To your response IrwinThe old refrigerator had NO food inside of it because it doesnt even work. There is no way it could be full of food if it doesnt work. That was the reason for purchasing the new refrigerator. It only required to be plugged into the wall I just needed it placed in its spot. I did think that that was included in delivery,placing it in its proper place. Overall my experience was wonderful and I do look forward to my next experience/purchase.

I finally paid off my dinette set and I must say that I am displeased with my entire experience!! Not only did we receive the wrong table and chairs, the chairs broke within a few weeks and were not returned for a while. We literally had to tell them that we were having a family dinner for them to bring the chairs back, that were still not the right chairs. The table began to chip and they refused to offer help!! We called several times before the warranty expired, but to no avail!! They let the warranty expire and still did not provide us with any help!! I do not recommended anyone to shop here. They have one thing on the floor and bring out something totally different!! I give you all a big 5 thumbs down and if I could you would not get the one star!!!

Let’s Start off By Saying When I bought My Daughters Birthday/Christmas Bed From Them I Payed For It CASH!They told me they wouldn’t get the bed til the 22nd well they got the bed early in the month of December! So fine I let them bring it out and when they brought the bed the head board WAS BROKEN IN HALF, my daughter chest had paint chipped off, the white wood was all scratched up.Instead of them taking it back they told me somebody would be out to fix the problem. He was supposedly on the phone with the manager from the company and when they left I called the company and told them the problem and they told me they didn’t get word about anything being wrong with the bed.Not Only That They Just Threw Everything In My Daughter Room On The Floor.So I had to threaten for them to come get the bed and get my money back from them. But then they wanted to charge me storage fees for a broken bed! Which is beyond me. After about a hour of going back and fourth with them they finally came out 3 hours later to bring a whole new bedroom set!Then not only that they offered to take $100 off of the bed for the inconvenience. STILL TO THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING ON THE $100But this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never order anything else from them again

I purchased all of my home furniture here earlier in the year. I decided to finance it, the saleswoman was very nice. However, my dinning room table started to “bubble” and lift in random places on the table. I immediately contacted Dantos regarding the warranty policy (One Year), I’ve only had the table for maybe 4/5 months. They had me send pictures and I was supposed to hear back from them to schedule an appointment for them to come check on it. This was in MAY. It is now September and after numerous visits, calls, to the store they STILL have NOT showed up. I’m extremely disappointed because I’m only getting the run around. I’ve never missed or made a late payment and they’re treating their customers like this.

Danto is a good place the people that work there are very nice .but i had layway in for 6 month and when it was time to take it out they didnt sell the item anymore so i got my money back .i was very disappointed.

Dantos is amazing! We shopped around at all the big name stores, everyone was overpriced or didnt have what we were looking for, just a nice simple bookcase bed for our son. I purchased the bed online and Ashley immediately texted me and contacted me back. When the bed arrived, it had some pretty hefty scratches. When I called Ashely she immediately without hesitation, sent back her guys the next day and replaced it and had her delivery guys put it together for us! Spend your money elsewhere!!! This store is run down and the ceilings are crumbling. I paid cash $5000 for a Ashley couch and when it was delivered the 2 delivery men where throwing furniture pieces inside the truck laughing and I could hear them. I called Mr.Danto and Mr.Irwin. They didn’t care because I paid cash and all they did was wipe their hands clean with me. Olga and Tony was no help and she tried goving me a 5% discount for next time. What a joke of a business.
