The gentleman who helps us each time were in is always incredibly helpful and very friendly. We look forward to visiting each year were in Florida to upgrade my husbands watch. The customer service is excellent and theyre always patient while we shop and ask questions. I love that they adjust your watch to ensure a perfect fit so youre ready to wear it out the door.

I am so disappointed in the store at Destin Outlet. Today(4/25/2021) the store was closed at 5 when on the website it said they would close at 6:00 pm. There is a worker in there but refused to open the door. I drove an hour just to be able to visit this store and they were closed before they were supposed too. When I called she just let me know they had a worker not show up so she closed it. Seems like one person could handle the store but I will be ordering online from here on out. Very upset with the service here.

Smartwatches here are a waist of money. Battery doesnt like long and they break easily. Bad customer service. Alyssa was the best worker they had, she helped me out a lot. But the rest of then make u feel like you are bothering them.

I found a smart watch on sale

Walk in yesterday and the 2 young ladies spoke to us but did not moved, they just continue to lean on the counter in the corner and conversate among one another. I finally said excuse to inquire about a watch and the black woman responded what then walked over to me, she answered my question but didnt bother to ask if I wanted to see the watch or anything else. I collect Fossil watches and I really wanted to buy the watch I found in there but I want from that store. Those women really need some customer service training.

This Fossil store is a great find. Love the bags, watches and wallets. Im drawn to this store every time I shop this outlet mall. I head straight to the back of the store first to check the 50-70% off bags. Im truly a handbag addict over and above shoes. Cant remember a time when Ive left this store empty handed. When I can get a quality bag or wallet for 70% off... Im all in! Happy Shopping

Not the best experience as t Destin. Not friendly people. Did not approach me.. seemed like I was bothering them more than anything. Im a big fan of Fossil. I have numerous watches, sunglasses and purses from there.. I went in last week to look at a watch. They never even came up to me. I told them I was interested in this watch. I purchased it. They didnt set it. They didnt make sure that it was working.. did not ask me if I wanted it engraved. Did not ask me to choose a box to put it in.. took it back to Tennessee without wearing it. Wore it tonight and ...guess what?. DOES NOT WORK. .. !!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED... They could definitely use a lesson on how to approach customers from the pigeon forge store. I will be making a trip there in November so I will be getting them to try to get it replaced or a refund..Disheartening to say the least.

He was able to answer all the questions I had about the watch I was looking for. They had a good price on the product as well made it very easy to decide to buy my watch.

Had an issue with one of my Fossil watches and Cassidy (No. 58341) was EVERYTHING you would want in someone dealing with customer service. She was abundantly polite, knowledgeable and quick with a decent joke to make a bad situation so much better to endure. Its nice to meet people who enjoy what theyre doing. I was running short on time, not out for a leisurely shopping day, just needed my FOSSIL watch fix!! I ran in, looked at a few watches that caught my eye, counter clerk was right there, we wasted no time, he showed me what I wanted to see as well as brought me a few he thought I might like after seeing my requests ... I picked one out and was quickly on my way! BTW, they ALWAYS have great watches for great prices!!

The watches are great; the customer service is not. I bought two watches here today and I made it clear that they were Christmas gifts. Yet I still didnt get gift receipts included and I had to drive all the way back to retrieve them. I wasnt given any apologies for inconvenience. They dont care here

Just left there.....said Goodmorning to sales lady...got no reply...also looked at watches in the case wanting to buy a his and hers....she didnt offer to help me..she spoke not one word....would like the owner to know he or she lost a sale due to noncaring and rude employee..also make note I was the ONLY shopper in the store.

I am a huge Fossil fan and own several of their watches. Every time we vacation in Destin we go to the outlet mall and I bring home at least one new watch. This time is was 2 because of the 50% off there were having. I was a little disappointed at the reduced selection of watches this time. There is no longer any watches along the walls, they are only in the cases now. Too many purses and other things. I still had a hard time deciding. The staff was very helpful and nice. I will continue to come back.

Live 40 minutes away. Explained the situation that I had a watch that was given to me that I didnt want. Also needed a battery right before Christmas they said ya bring it in and we can give you value towards another watch. I asked about not having receipt or unsure if I even knew where the box was. I was told no problem they have a lifetime warranty and they could work it out to give me value towards another watch. We went in the day after Christmas was told the same thing. My wife goes in a week later. I also called first they gave me same info. My wife takes it in and they turn her down stating links missing (I had already explained once that it was sized in Foley where it was bought for me. I called back they said ya since you dont have the receipt and some links are missing (referring to being sized their manager refused to honor it). If was given any of the correct information the first 3 damn times then maybe they wouldnt be getting this review. While we were in there the staff ignored us and un willing to help. Returning my wifes Michael Kors smartwatch as well due to this since they are the same as fossil smart watches. Thanks for wasting our time. Please learn your policies and how to do your jobs.

Got a good deal on my smart watch

I was disappointed. Fossil store was at the top of my wish list for our Outlet Mall visit. They have very few Fossil bags. I was specifically looking for a crossbody bag - a pretty popular style - and they didnt have any to choose from. Staff werent particularly helpful.

Maybe Im spoiled with Missouri Fossil stores but this one seemed tiny and under filled. Otherwise nice though.
