Always find something I like & want at PUMA. Picked up a pair of $120.00 Clyde footwear for $33.98 before tax. Yes amazing! Plenty of cool gear for men, women & kids. Open air mall shopping center right off the 75 North. Parking fills up fast on Saturday shopping day. Great staff!

Very nice shopping experience. Extremely clean and organize. Loved the floral area everything was so green and pretty. Prices are reasonable and each item purchased had a member and coupon savings. I was just visiting family but it would be my grocery store of choice if I was a permanent resident.

Having a Tom Thumb membership card and app is a must. It saves you so much when they have a sale. Also ever so often the app gives you cash off your purchase which really saves you money

The prices are a little higher. The lines are not too bad.But this store is always very clean.And always, always friendly.

I love this Tom thumb! I always get my Atlantic Salmon from them.In the 10 years I have been shopping it wasnt until recently that I found out that they cut my salmon for me.

I live near by, so I’ve made sure to allow myself to open my mind to shopping at this brand location. I do not regret it .. little to no lines, always stocked, awesome deals on their app and one last thing a STARBUCKS yay! ( The young ladies their make the drinks quick and tasting!! ) It’s always chilly inside bring a sweater! The outside employee helped me out when I got stuck with my car, he saw me struggling in 95 degree weather! Shout out 🙌🏼 I will continue making sure to spend my money there.

I just got off a 12 hour shift, needed to pick up a few things. Store was nice and clean. Get to the register and the cashier was very rude. No hello, no thank you, no telling me my total. If you dont like people you need to find a different job! I deal with people all day and would never treat a customer like that. The cashiers name was Taylor.

Tom Thumb is always a great place to shop. The representatives are always friendly and funny. They have a starbucks a beautiful floral department, bakery and you can get fresh cooked food.The shopping center has a cleaners and Lousiana chicken, a health store, and a beauty shop. Come on over.

I love this Thomb Thumb! I’ve been shopping here a few years now. I moved away & still come to this specific store. The employees are all always so friendly, especially Sergio! He’s been here just about every single time Ive come in! He helps me out to my car even when I tell him he doesn’t have to! Ordered a birthday cake after going to two Walmarts that refused because they did not have the personell.

They make the best cakes and pies. Not like Wal-Mart where it looks like they were bought from a distributor. Tom Thumb makes theirs fresh,the crust on their pies look like theyve actually seen a oven. Where Wal-Marts look like the crust is raw,all white no Browning at all. If your needing a pie or cake this is where to go.

They have an EcoATM and a Wells Fargo ATM inside which is very nice!

If she is at work and has a line, I have no problem waiting on her because she is 3x as fast as the others. It’s really a joy to see young ppl that want to work and are good at what they do. If the cashiers would ever stay off their phones while on the job! Learn how to greet the customer. The baggers do a much better job checking on the customer

They’ve really stepped it up over the course of the pandemic—especially in terms of lines open but 3 stars there overall. In terms of food, Walmart is cool for most things, BUT there are certain things you can only get at a dedicated grocery store. 5 stars there. 4 total.

Got two rotisserie chickens today, and both are extremely mushy and overcooked. I have had the chicken here before and they were good...but definitely not today.

I hate this Tom Thumb. It smells bad, there are always long lines, and very few registers open.

These people are always friendly they have a butcher counter with people back there that actually listen to you and cut the meat the way you want it cut and theyre happy to do it.

This store has the most unprofessional workers I ever encountered. The young cashier seemed irritated that she even had to work the register to check us out. I advised her that I needed a price check on two similar items because they didnt have price tags displayed. She then asked me how much they were? Apparently active listening wasnt apart of the training. They were two bags of small potatoes with no tags to scan and she told me she cant give me a price without a scalable tag? I said ok, cant you find a way to look up the potatoes for a price? She said no that she needed the tag. She huffed about having to go find it and then asked where I found the potatoes, Im dumbfounded at this point because fresh produce isnt displayed in the frozen section, so why even ask that question?! It just kept going down hill from there including trying to get help from a blackmale who was supposed to be the manager. He had to use his phone calculator for simple math several times to subtract $4.00 off from $30.00 item?! Seems everyone is confused and needs training not only on products but customer service. Terrible experience and I will not be going there again.

Thanks for the fresh, new meat market. I was quite surprised when seeing it was closed for several days. It would have been nice to have a sign noting the intended renovation and date of completion.😰 Otherwise, the store was well stocked with items neatly displayed as usual.

Clean. I love Thom Thumbs deli and soups. I come here when I need ingredients that I cant find at other stores. They also have my favorite coffee shop inside, Starbucks. You can renew your car registration also.

The store has a bad stinch to it when you walk in, I literally feel like I have to throw up! Smells like dead rats under the foundation or in the walls! Its bad...but the cashiers are Nickerson! There is one lady at the customer service desk not so much she is rude and dry. Light skin tall lady a bit oversized for her height, frown face...

Worst Tom Thumb Ever in DFW Area.I tried the delivery service and it was very bad and not reliable at all. I made first online order and the order get cancelled and the store and tom thumb online is not sending any cancellation notification, TWICE.First one, called customer support online and they said the order is in picked processed, and this made us wait for the whole day for our order. Called CS online number again and was asked to called the store number and when calling the store and they asked us to call CS online number. just go on in circle.The worst thing is this happen TWICE and not only one time.

My go to place to grocery shop.

We had a issue with the assistant manager on the front line as she say (Missy A.) Over our app coupon she was rude and she raised her voice at us when we was trying to show her the coupon on the app and what it said.. So i called corporate in told them what happen in later that day the store manger gave us a call in he was SUPER nice and understanding in he told us if we come tomorrow ask to speak to (Dennis Deon) which is another manager because he wasnt going to be there in let him check us out in he was gone leave the complaint from corporate for him as well so he would know what happened so we said ok... Long story short we got our stuff and was still over charge and when employee page the Dennis Deon or whatever his name is... he got smart with us and he said they get about 25 complaints a day so he didnt know which one was us shaking my head this is said and I will not shop with them ever again... so if you ever go to Tom Thumb in DeSoto to shop be careful because they might overcharge you so check your receipt and make sure you dont get Missy if you have a problem because she just as worse as him

The employee named Shannon worked harder than any person I’ve ever seen single handed. pure craftsmanship when he’s at work. and displayed excellent customer service really made me feel welcome.

They are better than Kroger and thats not saying much. They dont resupply the store well and the selection is horrible. Good customer service and the store is fronted and cleaned well but they need a lot of work on fresh fruits and vegetables and better selection of everything else.

2nd time going to Tom Thumb, they have a variety of meats, produce, bakery, pharmacy, fresh cooked meal on the go.The cashiers are friendly. Not to mention a Starbucks is inside this place as well as a Wells Fargo ATM. The only complaint I have is the restrooms. They are terrible! Overall will definitely stop by and shop. Remember be a member to get that good deal!

My drive-up pick-up experience here was horrible! We were supposed to pick up our order at 10am, we didnt get any notification that our order would be late, so we showed up at 10:30am to give them a little extra time. Call and the girl said our order is ready.. ended up waiting 45 mins in our car and had to call her again! When she came out with our stuff, she didnt mention anything being out of stocked and didnt give us a receipt either, so I thought everything was good. Went home to find 2 items were not there and later saw through our online receipt that it was out of stock.Also, one of the items we ordered was mushrooms and she freaking gave me one FULL OF MOLD! Like you cant miss the mold on it, what the heck!!! So in the end, I have to go back to the store and inside to trade this item, so I might as well have skipped pick up in the first place. Going somewhere else with more competent workers next time!
