The store was a wreck. Looked like the staff started putting things on the shelf and when it was time to clock out they left everything where it was as bbn if they were coming back to finish stocking, but nope. Must have gone home. Cashier, Jaydon, was very nice, courteous and helpful.

You have to pay really good attention to the signs posted for items....very misleading. If not watching what clerk is ringing up, might be paying more for the items that suppose to be marked down. Had to leave a lot of items I was expecting to be on sale.

We had gotten a furniture item that had some damage on the back panel, that wasnt visible until we got it out of the box. We were able to return it, and get another item without any problems.

This Big Lots location is stocked with items that are found in stores like Walmart or Target, but reduced in price.The stores are always clean, and items easily located on the shelves.

It was a nice experience. They had lots of product. It look like they were getting all the summer items ready. The cashier was so nice. I really like her.

I really like this Big lots its affordable and the financing through the Big lots credit card is comparable to other furniture stores this is our second time buying pieces of furniture our last purchase was yesterday and it was a recliner we were very very satisfied they had it in stock and they run me up within minutes we were out the door really dug my boy Kevin and my boy Ron there helping out

From the managers to the cashier’s and floor salespersons...this is by far the best customer service and a very friendly environment. I love coming through and browsing. I found a few items that I was looking for. The store was neat and clean.

Big Lots is a mess. I cant even compare it to a thrift store. The merch is cheaply made and extremely overpriced. The grocery offerings are still pretty good after all these years. But perhaps they should partner with SaveALot or Aldi to keep that part going. DO NOT spend your money on anything else there. They really think were suckers.

Rude and disrespectful workers. Better workers are needed.

Very convenient location, nice staff and great prices. Usually always has what I need until they dont, but theyre close to other stores so thats great. LOVE the bathbombs they sale, my favorite thing to get from there. They also have good phone accessories like earphones and chargers. Definitely recommend this place.

Prices are way to high since they remodeled. Theres not any good deals. Only go once a month then once a week.

Horrible experience. Tried to buy binders that were discontinued with a 70% sign above. The sign stated that 70% would be taken off the already marked down price.The manger was rude and offered no explanation. No customer service. I will no longer shop in that BIG LOTS

I love coming in this big lots. The ladies in this store are ALWAYS SO PLESANT, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS, AND FRIENDLY. The store was clean and well stocked. Ms. Sandra is the best. She is so nice and encouraging you to have the best shopping experience. She assisted me the last time I was here and she gave another customer the same smile and service this time I was here. First time at location told manger bathrooms were nasty floors sinks tolliets gross 😝 he looked surprised🤔😒.Nothing in entire store was zoned products in disaray unorganized big time.Safety hazard spills coverd up with badlet instead of cleaning up area.Didnt see 2 people on store floor working! But the sweet girl at the at counter with pony tail afternion shift very sweet and helpful smiledTy! come on big lots u can do better hire more people.

Worst place to ever work at, from a former employee and customer. Bad management, they pay you 9$ an hour to do 7 jobs and then when your raise comes it’s only 16-20 cents YEARLY. Bad company just viewed as another number to them. Store is dirty, how do you remodel a store and still have it dirty. Store manager is rude to customers he has over 20 complaints. Rude to employees also favoritism is very adamant at this job. Barely any hours given. Just an overall bad experience. If you want to work that hard and for better money choose somewhere else like Target.

Once in a while, I shop at Big Lots and I usually find some good deals there. Sometimes, I see things at Big Lots that I havent seen elsewhere like the wired LED lighted ear phones I just got there. Its a good store with a decent variety of products. I might start going there now more often than before. I also like some of the furniture they sell.

It was ok.

Called store to pickup curbside as it was offered. Was told someone was gonna come to my car to give me my stuff, waited over 15 mins, no one came. I called the store again and was told someone would come and waited another 10 mins and still no one. Finally I just went inside the store and had to track down help and wait an additional 10 mins just for the manager to get me my order.

Very good costumer service. Everything was quite good. The store did look slightly messy but it wasnt bad. I will say, the store feels pretty hot. Uncrowded, sort of empty. Only two cashiers.

The manager is rude and need to learn how to communicate with all his customers not just some other than that the cashier that helped us was very nice

I initially went into Big Lots because it was in a shopping complex I was browsing. I, honestly, didnt know Big Lots still existed. When I walked in, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. It is a great home goods store. I bought two sets of 900 thread count sheets and two sets of hand towels-- and got a $10 coupon for my shopping.

Quick, friendly and helpful service with a smile

If you want furniture or cheap food items, this one is good for that, however the rest of the store wasnt like the others that Im used to. Most of the garden stuff was over priced, Ive found bigger things for half the price at dollar general. Hardly any car stuff, or clothing like Im used to. Cashier was nice, but all in all, not worth getting stuck at every light on the way.

Love their choices of product and will save you money every time...They have great furniture...lawn and garden..lil bit of grocery section and house wares...
