This place has really good snow cones and the prices are great. Really enjoying my black cherry snowcone. She did her best to make it the way I wanted and thats with less syrup.

I really like this place but tired of the bad service and closing early. I showed up at 8:30p and one of the workers drove by in their car and told me it was closed even though the sign on the window and online hours indicate the closing time is 9p. This summer’s service has been the worse thus far and I’ve been a repeat customer for many summers. Disappointing

I am severely disappointed in this place. I have been coming here for years!! And just recently I went stood in line for 30 mins to order which I didn’t mind about. Got to the counter and I had a 20 and they said they had no change and didn’t try to accommodate or anything. Like seriously I just stood for 30min. With no apologies! Like why wouldn’t you say exact change only. I could understand if it was a hundred or something or maybe if it was right when they opened. You gotta do better get change before you open your business for the day. This turned me off. After years of going here. And now they shave off the too so you don’t get a full icee. No I gotta try somewhere else very disappointing.

Me and my brother love this place we come here every time we go to our grandmothers house and we get the same thing every time. It Holds many memories.

Would be nice if they would update the right hours online because people drive all the way to this establishment and not just myself but several others have to turn around because on there web page it will say they are open, but then they are closed.So I decided to help not only take a photo of the hours, newer menu of whats there and whats marked off. They do sell ice. But I helped add the Summer hours to help anyone or to see the newer photos I took. May not be the best, do to the sun. But I tried.So this place opened a yr before I moved here when I started a new school which everyone would come here. The staff back then were courteous helpful and super nice to customers.I have not visited there too much but I thought I would start coming again but the staff both times i been by this month has been so extremly bad. I am suprised they get to keep there jobs, or maybe all just looks past that they are extremly rude, rolling there eyes if you ask what certain snow cone names you do not know.For the most part I will good and try to find the flavors that make per say a Elmo, or even a name like Tigers blood thats common but for someone that has never had any other kind of snowcone except the normal carnival flavors like bubblegum, cherry, strawberry, grape. But I had no idea what an Elmo was myself.The owner is amazing and has been there 17 yrs and love the ones they created. I just hope they hire more nice people.The most recent time I went the employee was too busy talking to her employee friend in Spanish and blaring spanish music. Was so loud between the music and them non stop talking. I specifically asked for a small and a medium.That one side is TigersBlood then one side Red Rasberry and last side Blue Rasberry. I saw the snowcones they gave other customers and it was an hr before they were closing.But I get my medium but all flavors mixed together with it flat ontop then a full snow cone. Then the blue coconut I got had no creme in it. Was mainly ice and like a scoop of snowcone ice ontop.But in a baby small cup. Then whole time speaking in spanish.Just very very rude. You do not know what they are saying but I know some spanish so i knew enough to know they were complaining about previous customers, about the questions i asked about and talking in spanish about my bald spots on my head. I have stage 4 lupus nephritis in the kidneys.But giggling staring at me and me knowing what they were saying for the most part was just awful of them plus so occupied blaring music and talking my snowcones were made wrong, sizes wrong, and I was sure to not say anything about me knowing a good amount of spanish.But its really rude for any customer. Then time b4 that asking about what snowcone is Elmo, what is a blue Hawaiian, whats a ect ect. Rolling eyes. I needed there help because alot of those names are probably created by owner and not on google.Last time I went with my best friend those employees did great except they rolled there eyes and annoyed because the names of snow cones I couldnt Google to find out flavors they were so rude about me asking what 3 different names were.I remember back at Desoto Highschool like the 2nd yr it was officially still brand new and open the staff was awesome but now its who the manager hired. The place is still just as great. I give 5 stars to the owner an congrats on 17yrs of buisness but the staff so far this summer has been awful. Just had to b honest.

I went today and ordered a large cherry cola was told cherry cola was two flavors. I had more ice than snow cone syrup. Not satisfied.

Although I absolutely love the place the customer service has gone down hill. I took my son and nephew here one night since I promised him for doing so well at his first day of school. The hours online says they are open until 9pm. We got there at 8:12pm and the girl said they were closed and making the last order. I asked if she could just 2 more and she said no. I told her she should tell the owner to change the time online and have some signage she said he’s not going to do it. That will be my last time going up there. There are too many other places to go to and new ones opening to put up with the rudeness and in professionalism.

Cones were great. Moved fast which was surprisingly amazing cause there was a line. The only thing is some people skills would be great. I said hello, didnt get an answer, i said thank you didnt get a reply or didnt bother to make eye contact. Other than that it was great.

I went here because my place Tastee Ice on Pleasant Run had a line around the parking lot, wrong decision. Window girl is rude and the syrup taste watered down. They said good things come to those who wait!

I love the snowcones here. Im an addict for the cherry one. Check them out. However theyve got a big sign that says NO MASK NO SERVICE. No mascarilla, no servicio.

Bad and rude service

I drove 25 min to this snow can stand. I get here at 8:50 they don’t close until 9 and the little Mexican girl in the window yelled and said “uh ah we closed”. Won’t come back 😂

I ordered a jumbo snow cone that almost 6bucks and got a half empty cup of ice drowned in syrup. I asked the teen girl why I didnt get a full cup and she said I could pay an extra .75 for a cup of ice, not to mention the girls working there were too busy flirting with the guys from the Pizza Hut across the street who they let jump in front of me in line because they were in a hurry to get back to work. Not happy at all with my last visit.

I love their kool aid pickles, my family loves the snow cones. Its always busy. Customer service is ok, but lately I feel short changed on my pickles. They are all scrawny and shriveled up now. They use to be full size pickles, but now its like they gut all the insides out, and you get half the pickle for the same price they were charging before. Not sure if its under new management or what....I hate it, but I may have to find a new kool aid pickle vendor, cause I dont live in the neighborhood, and drive a ways to come purchase these pickles. I want to get my moneys worth. But the snow cones havent changed. There still good as always.

Nice variety of flavors, but the ice sucks! Its not shaved ice! Plus, their cream is watered down. There is no flavor in their cream. I come from Houston where people travel from the north side of the city to the south just to get a snow cone from The Red Wagon. This place is dust compared to the Red Wagon in Houston!

They were slow... But overall I was satisfied..

Drove 15 minutes to this place, got there at 8:48 pm and a teenage girl tells us that they apparently close at 9, but stop taking orders at 8:45 -even though their sign says they close at 10pm. There were 3 other families that arrived at the same time and we were all frustarted with to find we wasted out time coming here, so they just lost some customers because of their inedequacy to pick a time and stick with it. Ended up going to sonic and had a much better experience.

For whatever reason my snowcone had a huge patch in the center that didn’t get a drop of syrup. However, the other people I was with all had juicy snowcones, which is my preference. The flavor I had was starburst and it was good. My group ordered lemonade, rainbow, and pink lemonade and enjoyed theirs as well. My 7 year old described his snowcone as “sweet, fresh and cold”.

7/21/16 about 1:30I was ordering a snow cone trying to pick my flavored and two young ladies (seemed to be teenagers) were very rude, laughing, and making jokes. The one making the snow cones asked if I wanted the hulk because it has all that in it with a attitude like I was taking too long or I was an idiot. I dont take too likely to that AT ALL! They dont need to be working there if they are going to treat people like they are dumb 😡 (Never going back)

Recently visited this place I am a regular customer face well known but to be served today on 6/26/2016 by a young lady with braces and glasses with mid short hair and a very bad horrible attitude . Tht makes me think management is desperate for help my . She literally messes with her hair n continues to make snowcones with her hands and attitude was bad loud talking and disrespect. But because I was watching her she was upset.I will be contacting the health department. .
