This business is wonderful. I needed some items for my business. Tablecloth, signage, t-shirts, masks, etc. Found it because someone recommended it on Facebook for my designing needs. The owner is really nice and attentive. He took my ideas and logo preferences and created my masterpieces accordingly. I am highly satisfied with the outcome. Produced everything in a timely manner. Gifted Graphix is an awesome family business that makes you feel like you are apart of the family. Mr. and Mrs. Langston went above and beyond to make my sons 16th Quarantine Party a success and then some. I mean I pitched my ideas and they just ran with it from the T-shirts, the Yard Signs, to the Banner, to the Backdrop everything was AWESOME. Then to top it off they stayed and helped my husband set up so I could entertain the guests. My family and I are forever customers at Gifted Graphix. This company does not back their product nor do they have a customer satisfaction guarantee. They did not respond to messages for over a month, they claim they mailed the products and after two weeks they say Fedex left the package sitting in the facility and claim to have to repackage and mail them again. Once contacted about the subpar quality socks received they refused to issue a refund or take any steps to make it right. The socks came in and were of all shades of blue, lines going through the socks... very poor quality work and socks. These socks were purchased from a veteran and business owner who planned to sell them at his business. He could not and would not put that poor quality up for sale. I would not suggest spending your hard earned money with this company. They were disrespectful, rude, ignored messages, refused to issue a refund (or anything). Take your money to a company that does offer a customer satisfaction guarantee.

Got some work done acouple weeks back started giving them out and they had stains all over them they did not have stains when I brought the product to him. I had to give everyone a refund and I’m stuck with product I can’t do anything with.

When you create products, sometimes it doesnt turn out right. If the customer is not satisfied with the work, you are responsible for making it right. He doesnt stand by his mess-ups and his customer service is poor!!!Update: The owner made things right by refunding my Brother for the products that were not correct.

Part of owning a business is knowing how to be a decent human. This guy clearly fails in this area. He likes to drive around in the company vehicle cutting people off. Just a friendly tip sir, if your going to drive like a douche bag you should probably do it in something that doesn’t have your company name and phone number plastered all over it.
