A simple phone call to the pharmacy took almost an hour for anyone to respond.Thereafter, when visiting because I was closer to this location than the one I typically visit, the representative in the drive through window needlessly directed me to come inside to purchase a simple over-the-counter allergy medication. Of course, having visited their other location, less than 3 miles away, I knew this wasnt an actual requirement. They are simply lazy and care little about the customer experience.

Every time I come to this cvs it is a horrible experience! I try not to use them but there are few things I have to get there and they are the closest to my house. If can avoid it please to utilize this CVS. I will be reverting back to other locations ASAP!

No one ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. Pharmacy window was closed..went inside, dusty and dirty, goods on the floor. Pharmacy staff stared at me and kept talking amongst themself without, saying anything, at least acknowledge and let the customer know you’ll be right with them. Changing locations and maybe to a different pharmacy all together.

This is another sad location.No one answer the phone and sometimes the pharmacist is late when opening. Pay someone answer the darn calls. That is a full time job. I have walked in there after driving from my home on hold and walk to the counter and no one is on the phone

Took 1 hr and 20 mins to get my covid test done. Not even exaggerating. Staff was actually very nice but I guess they’re just really short staffed.

Hasina in the pharmacy took the time to assist me with an issue I was having getting a prescription filled. I spent a couple days going back and forth between CVS, another pharmacy, and my insurance company. Hasina took care of it in less than 20 minutes. She has wonderful customer service and is very patient.

Whitney the Pharmacy manager is very rude and unprofessional. I called in because I had a prescription to be picked up but I wanted to have it mailed and my insurance was not added to reduce the total. Whitney answered the phone very snappy, proceeded to cut me off when asking questions and when I requested to speak with her manager she replied she is her own manager. Why work in customer service if you don’t like your job.

Pharmacy staff were not very friendly and became frustrated with me because the prescription was not written correctly. Pharmacist ask if I had meds filled there before because he had never seen me before and didnt recognize my name (!) Also was the pharmacist was frustrated because I asked if they carried my medication or would I need to wait for them to order it. Pharmacist also didnt recognize the name of the medication and asked me if i needed it on a regular basis not sure Ill return to have meds filled at this location

These people in the actual pharmacy department are just plain rude. No customer service skills whats so ever. They speak to you as if they hate their jobs and its your fault! Especially the lady at the drive thru window. OMG! No wonder my doctors nurse laughed when I called her the day after she sent my prescription to this place and they (CVS STAFF) couldnt find it. You know its bad when your doctor suggests another pharmacy!!!Fire Melissa the manager and start replacing staff from the top down. Thats the only way to keep this place in business for much longer.

PATIENT OF MINE HAD A UP COMING SURGERY. I SENT IN A RX IN TO THE PAHARMACY. WHEN THE PATIENT WENT TO PICK UP HIS MEDICATIONS! HE WAS DENIED!!!!! BECAUSE ALL HE HAD WAS A MEXICAN PASSPORT!!!..... SO I CALLED INTO THE PHARMACY REGARDING MY PATIENT. I SPOKE WITH THE HEAD PHARMACIST. SHE BLUNTLY CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THEY DENIED HIM BECAUSE HE MUST BE ILLEGAL AND DOESNT HAVE PAPERS!!! wHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH A REGULAR PERSON JUST NEEDING TO PICK UP A MEDICATION!!!! WHAT IF IT WAS A LIFE THREATING MEDICATION HE NEEDED? WOULD SHETURN HIM AWAY THEN!! SHE STATED THIS IS CVS POLICY!!! I WILL NEVER REFER MY PATIENTS TO A CVS EVER AGAIN!!! THIS IS DISGUSTING AND POOR JUDGEMENT ON HER PART!!!!!!

This is one of the worst. I had a prescription sent to them @ 11am. I go over that at 6:30pm and they said it would be another 20 minutes. How is it another 20 minutes? oh i know how, it was overlooked. Are you kidding me. Its always something wrong with this place. The sad thing is that this store represents all the stereotypes that people think of when they do business in our community. I tried multiple times to just let it go but this sad. They need new management or something. I transferred my prescription to another location and picked it up immediately. I will never set foot in there again.

Went to CVS on Beltline in Desoto this morning. Theres a sign on the door stating that masks are required. The CVS employee, Tomeka, allowed a customer to conduct business without a mask. She stated he had his shirt pulled over his mouth...but not the entire time. Tomeka left me standing there to get a manager. Melissa shows up with an attitude - I guess shes in oneness with Tomeka. Melissa stated they are not the police but its your store! Treat everyone the same..if a mask is required, REQUIRE IT! Dont have the public thinking youre following your OWN rules when youre not and putting customers who believe you at RISK!

I will be changing pharmacies. I was the only person in line at the drive trough 2/27 and I waited from 12:45 until 1:20 for a prescription that I was told would be ready the previous day 2/26 at 3 pm. They kept telling me it would be ready soon. They finally told me they were out of one of the meds. If the had filled the RX the day before, like they told me they should have had time to get the meds. After 35 min, I had to leave. Now I will have to go back again and wait in line to get the RX.

I stopped in to pick up prescription. It wasnt quite ready, so I told the cashier I would come back later to pick it up. The pharmacist over the conversation and told me not to leave, she was working on it. She saved me a return trip. That was a blessing to me since I was. Ot feeling well.

I absolutely HATE this CVS. Kids had pneumonia, needed their meds. It took me nearly 3 days to get them. Either they didn’t have it, it was on back order or, get this, they didn’t have enough to fill the request. Ended up transferring it to Cedar Hill. Took 15 minutes. Oh and don’t think about calling. I was on hold over an hour after I realized one of the medicines wasn’t in the bag!!!! Worst service ever 😡😡😡

Cust. Sv. Is horrible in the pharmacy. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes yesterday and finally hung up. Called 1st thing this morning 20 minutes and girl was very rude. They are slow inside and also drive thru. They are horrible at th iui s location.

If I could give no stars I would. I took a script in to get filled & was told to it would take 2 hours. I have no vehicle or transportation. A neighbor took me up there & could not take me up again. I called 2 & a half hours later & was told it would be another 2 hours. This is the second time I have run into this. The pharmacy staff is Rude & do not care what your situation is. I am transfering to Walgreens & will never use CVS again

Every time I call, my wait time is over 40 minutes. I am currently on hold and my wait time has been 35 minutes. I asked them to transfer a prescription and they filled the wrong one. I believe they hung up on me as well. Simply unprofessional

Im sitting next to my doctor while she is calling in my prescription for syringe needles. Call 2 days later and they dont have it, BUT they faxed over a refill request for some old pen needles I use to use awhile back. The pharmacy technicians are garbage and rude, the store employees and managers are cool, but the pharmacy is trash! Granted they corrected the issues, but I had to be rude and get flustered. Since Ive been using this location of CVS. Theres been 3 techs maybe 2 that are great at what they do..

I love CVS but this one is a joke, total waste of time! Product selection was pathetic. There was only one employee and she was nowhere near the cash register so I had to find her and ask her to come check me out. The product I was purchasing had a $2 off manufacturer coupon that she said wouldnt work even though it clearly said valid through 2019. Pharmacy staff had left the building before it was 6pm leaving another customer without her prescription.

Very bad customer service from a new girl that works at the register by the name of Aviel. I witnessed her being rude to every customer in front of me and very snappy. I even saw her ask a customer if she could use my cvs card for another customer and took my points away. The people they hire do not have the right training to be working with the public. I waste my time with this pharmacy. On numerous occasions, I would have prescriptions sent in and every time I come to pick up, they claim they dont have any prescriptions for me. I work in a doctors office myself. My son has been sick for days. I personally faxed his prescription to CVS twice and received confirmation that they received it. I get there, the tech tells me she has no prescription for my son. I asked her to verify their fax number which was the same number I sent it to, she advised me it was correct but they still dont have anything. Which proves my point that this pharmacy is worthless. I can just imagine what other people deal with.

So I was there yesterday and the tech sends the drawer out, I put my script in and the wind ran with it, I got out car trying to find script tech sat there at window on inside, watching, so he went on to tell me that if its windy why did u put script in drawer, as if to say i am a dumb a😀. Wow ...then he dropped phone and walked away leaving me hanging, so finally a friendly face showed up and said she will call dr.that being said why he didnt put the plastic basket in the drawer.... Thank u tech Lance, poor customer service, and I have 3 customer service jobs, if u not happy leave.

Called this morning to order a prescription and they said I could pick it up in the afternoon. Came at 5pm and they initially couldnt find the Rx in the system. After looking they finally found that it had not been put in the queue for filling. They said I could wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. Poor customer service, poor management, poor operational procedures. Ill be changing to the Walgreens up the street.

I only came to this location because they had my prescription in stock at the time. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out. My refill was sent here by mistake and I waited a few days thinking it was too early to pick up my refill. I finally called and they told me that my refill was on hold, because they didnt have any in stock. They said it had to be ordered and it will be here some time the next week, but they said they didnt know exactly when it would come in....really? Nobody called to let me know that they were out of the med and if I wanted it to be ordered. HORRIBLE organization and customer service skills. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, just go directly to the CVS/Target in Cedar Hill. Their staff is excellent and they are always on top of notifying their customers and getting your prescriptions on time.

Called in a refill a few days before. I took in the insurance since you cant do that in the drive thru... 3 days later I go back to pick the refill up and noticed I had a 30 day setup not the 90 days that it was written for I call they tell me that the wrong refill number was entered and to come back to get a refund and refill of the refill.I go back, after 15mins of standing and waiting they refund the card that was charged a hour before and then after about 7 mins they tell me it wasnt the script number that the insurance wont refill 90 days only 30. I ask why was I told it was a mistake and Im NOW told they couldnt see it until they refunded me.So now we need to fill the original script and they want to charge the card again (this take another 15 mins) but the card has been flagged as fraud for all the back and forth.... sigh I get the manager fill him in on the situation and after another 20 mins I now get to the bank and they (chase
