Prices are way better than Krogers. Although its massive in size it was extremely clean and organized. Self checkout registers were all up and operating so customers could maneuver quickly.

Jennifer in Customer Service Manager was not helpful at all. Very rude and Kinky the employee was rude and would not helpful on a return item. Kinky open the box took the item out and damaged the box putting the item back in the box...I had no receipt and asked for a gift card... Jennifer stated the item was to old to return. I asked to see the policy she told me look at Walmarts website.. this is the Walmart on Ohio in PlanoDont shop here....

Yesterday I went to 3 different Walmart stores trying to get my husbands fishing license,waiting 45mins to and hour at each store for someone to help me in sporting goods. At the 1st store I finally requested to see the manager and was told they no longer sell them there. The second store they said he had to be with me to get them although I have been getting this Anniversary gift at that store for over ten years. The 3rd and final store I was finally able to get his gift, although the wait was long, The manager from automotive came and took care of me with such a pleasant attitude 😊.

Each experience with Walmart can be different. Tonight, there actually 4 check out Lanes open in addition to several self checkout. I was in and out in minutes.

My favorite store. Especially curbside pickup.(The 9-10 am, 10-11am, and 11am-12 noon shifts)Each time I go for my pickup groceries, the young mens are so polite, friendly, time management, and professional. I sincerely, thank each of you for your patience and your good work.

When I go to this Walmart, I try to have 5 items or less, so I can go to the specialty line. They rarely have enough checkers to assist the amount of patrons they serve. So when you shop here, put your Patience Hat on because you will need it.

Tuesday, Wednesday you will get everything you want and need. Do not order Pick Up unless its just basic items. If its anything out of the ordinary like a potato peeler forget about it. 3 months 3 tries and I finally got my potato peeler. It also appears that they put out 10 bottles of Coffee Mate Hazelnut Creamer a week. Go there on a Thursday no Hazelnut for the rest of the week. Tom Thumb here I come for creamer.

This Walmart Supercenter had everything we needed. One stop shopping at its best. We were able to get something comfortable to wear, Baby shower gifts, and Mothers Day gifts plus a little something to eat all in the same store. You got to love that type of shopping. 5 Stars

I love this store although it’s not by my house.The one by my home is #3014 and it SUCKS the produce if always empty the clerks are always on the phone and doing jack.It’s getting, all the workers should be fired!!

Love this store. There is actually cashiers working at this one....unlike all the other Walmarts where there is more self checkout. The store is clean and it is rarely extremely busy. I always come to this Walmart....and I actually have a Walmart 5 mins up the road from me. But I always choose this one.

All Walmarts arent created equal. Thats a bit of tongue-in-cheek. I really mean that this location that, in spite of everything going on, was well stocked; not crowded (at 3pm) very clean; workers were very polite and helpful without even being asked anything.

This place is great and convenient. I just hate the maze you have to go through to get out. Brooklyn at the front was very nice and smiled. She greeted me and I was shocked at her gorgeous smile. Too bad everyone else there is meh...

Placed a grocery pickup order in the AM with a ready time of 4 to 5 that same day. I received an email my order was ready. When I get to the store, the employee let me know there was a glitch in their system and all orders were cancelled and that I’ll have to go back and re order all the items. Smh. No apology nothing. Going to brookshires from now on.

Dont bother calling, tried asking if this is walmart cause I think the connection was getting crossed and whoever was on the other end kept saying no this is patrick. I hung up and came to Costco.

Love this Walmart in Athens! Everyone is friendly and helpful, the store is clean (check out one in Desoto, its nasty), and yesterday I was having to find the button to open the hood and put fluid for wipers in. Automotive did everything with a smile at close

Purchased toppers for a twin and a queen bed. Excellent decision. Funny thing in the box with the twin topper, I found 3 knives, which I will be returning to the store, as we dont need hunting knives and why were they in a mattress topper box. All I all always a great experience at walmart😂😂

It is a Wal-Mart if youve been to one youve been to Wal-Mart. They have everything you need except the one thing that you really want. Wal-Mart Super Centers are so big I sometimes forget where I parked. I know am not the only one too whom this happens. I overheard someone talking about it just today as I was searching doe my car.

Horrible service and not a complaint its a fact! They took over 30 minutes to bring my online order to my vehicle and would not pick up the phone for the first 10 minutes I was there totaling 40 minutes spent there to pick up an online order.

Bueno! and I stood in line for customer service that had 10 -15 people in line and the manager took the customer service people away while we wait Jean and she then saw us getting g heated as they charged us differentlyfrom what was shown and make sure you check your receipt

I was in the garden center today and I had an awesome experience. London was the cashier and there was a young man with twist in his hair. I’m sorry I did not get his name. They provided awesome customer service. As I walked out the door the young man offered to help me get my things to my car. Very impressed

Hate this Walmart and I hate desoto ‼️ I did the groceries delivery to house for the first time. But never again, they didn’t even substitute my missing items. I was missing 4 items and There is no where to write a item issue smh, plus i called customer service like 5 times to get my extra money back, No answer. Do better Walmart. Never shopping at this location again

I lost three hub caps on the highway from Memphis and I stop by this Walmart to get replacements, only to be told they dont carry them but I can go online and order them..i told them guy thats it dont live here Im from out of town and ask him do her know another Walmart that would have them as he was walking away from he he stated no.

One of the cleanest and quietest Walmarts in Southern Dallas area. I took my vehicle to the auto center... unfortunately service was a bit slow in that area but I think they are short-staffed.

They mostly have everything you need. However, the lines are always long. Ive never seen all of the cashier ares occupied. Its like a ton of people there with only 3 ppl checking out, then the self checkout. They need better management.

We pass 2 different Walmarts to shop at this location but today was not a good shopping experience. There were several food items we were going to purchase until we checked the expiration date on them. They expired months ago. There was loaves of bread on the floor COMPLETELY MOLDED. We went down one aisle and it was several broken bottles of pasta sauce on the floor and no one was in any hurry to clean it up. I shouldve taken pictures of it all!

Bookbinders cocktail sauce is fantastic. This Walmart location has it for sale in store.

It was OK. But we went for the costumes and it was already really sloppy. Costumes were everywhere and hard to find.

I was racially profiled at this store. I was followed by one old lady atound the store. She was rude, she was over my basket and my mother basket and it was my mother,my little sister, my little nephew, and myself. We were talking she cut off our conversation amongst each other. And just started talking, she hit us with a shopping cart, she accused us of stealing, she stopped helping a customer she was helping and stood right next to me like we joined by the hip from birth or something. I called corporate they did nothing. Ever since that has happened, I do not shop at Wal-Mart at all. I take my daughter there if she wants to go but I do not go in.

Its getting harder to find items and the employees spend more time on the phone than to try and help customers 😕. Never have the can dog food my dogs like. The departments located in the back are getting to be pretty crowded with stuff left around the isles where employees leave them ect, ect.

I did not have my wallet. A Walmart sales associate assisted me and help me download the Walmart app so I can basically make a purchase at the register using my credit card that was on my phone. Very helpful.

I had a bad experience with the store. I went to return a circular saw. After waiting for 10 minutes in line to return it, I was told by the customer service rep that I would have to speak to a manager concerning the return of the item. I waited for over 30min. for the manager. Upon deciding to return it at another location the service rep. said that she would return the item. I informed her that I would just return it at another location. Needless to say i had no problems returning the saw at the Cedar Hill location.

Walmart always has what I need. I purchased a Instapot 8qt.

Go in the early mornings before 11:00 in the evenings between 2:00 and 4:00, on Saturday afternoon between 5:00 and 7:00 and Sunday the same. Youll avoid most of the traffic

This walmart is pretty well kept up and has a much more organized and well kept selection than almost any other walmarts I have been to. It has polite employees, a great subway, and bulk items you just dont find at all walmarts. The only complaint I have is that when I went the produce section was unkempt, molding across many palettes, trash around some of the fruit, and a tad understocked but it wasnt bad enough to convince me the whole store deserved less than 5 stars. 5/5 going to be our main walmart from now on!

I really need this and I purchased online yesterday expecting to pick up before 8pm, I get there and they close at 7! Now online it says its delayed! No one is answering in either department at this store and Im having a very bad customer experience!

Stinks. Im new to yard work Went to get a leaf blower didnt really know which one I needed no one was around and the few who were were on their lunch break. So we ask them where the leaf blowers were they say inside. SERIOUSLY?!One lady paged 4 times for her stuff. U want fast and efficient this aint the place. Everyone goes on break at the same time. Pretty much the only place with people was the food area, thats it.

Its for sure walmart, pretty clean in all honesty, bathroom was a lil ehhhhh but its alright, its walmart.

Waited so long to get some help in electronics, I had time to write this review. Literally took a 30 minutes just to get someone to help me with something that took, 5 min to buy!! UNDERSTAFFED!! If you value you time just go elsewhere.

I ordered Annies Organic Lemon Drop Cookies online from Walmart and picked up the item from the DeSoto location that morning. My son noticed the date on the cookies that has expired on August 20, 2020 and he already ate some of the cookies. I took the cookies back and got a refund. I will never order food online for store pick-up ever again. I will go to the store to purchase my own food from now on.

I was almost in shock that after a few steps that I was in the store there a nice older lady pushing a cart with merchandise. I interrupted her doing with questions on how to find this and that. And she took the time to tell me where everything I needed was. She went beyond to asked if there was anything I needed to know. Someone pinch me Am I dreaming or what? After years and several I shopped before this is the first one that meets my expectations ever!Same thing happened at self checkout, the attendant was so polite and caring. Someone in that store its making sure those employees are happy Walmart employees...
