Big place. Sparse stock. Having what you need without ordering is hit and miss. HVAC counter had a very dont care attitude. Brought me a part that was not workable and I easily found the one I needed on my own.

I talked with a black lady on the HVAC side and she was great! Would definitely go there for all my HVAC needs! Shes smart and knows alot about what shes working with!

The plumbing manager, Jeff, is rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. He acts like its a bother to assist anyone. He would rather sit at his desk or step out to smoke. I dont understand why this company hasnt done something with this man. Its obvious this isnt the job for him.

First time in store ...got the wrong plastic platform for my Air conditioner...returned and had no problems getting the right one from the store...whole exchange took only minutes

This place deserves an will always get 5 stars from me. What u dont know, they do. If they dont have your part, its like they always have an alternative route to get the job done. If every parts store had the workers or the knowledge an advise Lockes does. This world would be closer to getting back on track. Its that serious

Go elsewhere!! They will hand you the wrong components even when you bring what you are trying to replace with you to get it matched up properly. This led to $1,400 out of my pocket over a mismatched component for my AC. 3 days vacation time, ran new wires, called 2 AC techs out, ordered and waited in the heat for other parts I didn’t actually need. Completely disassembled my system looking for a problem that didn’t exist. Refused to refund or exchange when I placed the old part in their hands so they could determine a proper replacement. They just as easily could have handed me something that could have damaged my other components, started a fire, or exploded causing injury or death. Correct voltage matching is a key aspect of replacement electrical components. Their failure to proved the correct part cost me dearly but they take no responsibility. Refusing to at a minimum exchange for the correct part is just adding insult to injury. Another sign of incompetence is telling me they had no way to check the component. It’s a store filled with wire, switches, connectors and ohm meters. I know I could pull off the shelf items from that store and make a test rig inside 30 minutes to verify what they handed me still works. Just not in my system because of voltage mismatch.

Bought electrical supplies for an outdoor project. Casey helped me refine my design. He was patient with this novice homeowner. Could not have done it without his suggestions and longsuffering toward me.

I was treated worse by Jeff in the plumbing department than any shopping experience in my life. In a calm manner, I simply asked why they needed my phone number for a transaction. Jeff answered: that is the policy. If you don’t like it get out. I said: there is no reason to treat me that way. He answered: F*** you. Get the f*** out of my store.

Service at the location was quick and courteous. They had the parts/tools I needed to get my A/C running again. I called and asked for a specific part, told them that I would be there to pick it up asap. When I arrived they had the part waiting at the desk. Only negative... the ice cream vending machine didnt have the item I wanted. :D

My first time here. First guy to greet me was friendly right after I entered. He sent me to plumbing. I got the impression from the guy in plumbing that I was really bothering him by being there. Very brief with me...barely looked at me...very poor customer service. I will only come here again as a last resort.

When there for a tool to remove the shower cartridge.Man in plumbing section very RUDE stated he didnt have such a tool, that what I get for have such a cheap fixture (home depot brand)

It’s one thing to not have what I need or to lack the knowledge to resolve my issue. That I can understand. But rude callous behavior of the “lead” salesperson wasdeplorable. Never again. I’ll drive to Fort Worth to the other plumber supply store first.

First I walked in without being acknowledged spent about 5 min locating what I needed which was 3” bowl gasket that was $16 plus taxes . This isn’t a supply store might as well be a retail store with the prices they charge . Worst experience even worse prices .. my plumbing company will NOT be giving these people any other business. Plumbers and contractors please make the drive to ANY OTHER supply store!
