I tried going up there to get an oil change at around 5:30 and they told me that they it would take 3 hours... which is fine whatever. Their website said they close at 9. Well apparently they close at 6 so they should definitely fix that time issue on their website.

Came in ask to have oil changed. Told me a couple of people ahead might be a bit at 11:03 said that’s fine. Took my car back at 12:15 said it would be about 15 minutes still waiting at 1:10. Normally they are fast and efficient not sure what failed this time.

Ive been here several times. Theyre real good for a quick (approx. 1 hour) oil change and tire rotation. I like how theyll also do a check of the tires, brakes, and fluids.Like any other dealership or similar business, theyll try to sell you other services you may or may not need. Always a good idea to get a second opinion if you suspect theyre trying to upsell you.

I want so bad to like this place. As a ford owner I like to have my car serviced here. I love the concept of the quick lane. On this last visit I had made an appointment on line for an oil change, but when i get here they dont see it. Not a problem only one car ahead of me. Well 65 minutes later my car is ready. Wow!!! do they not know the competition is doing oil changes in 10 minutes.

Great place for oil change service.We arrived at 8:30.They changed oil, filters and tire rotation within 90 minutes and we were back on the road.Rudy’s is next door - great place to hang out and wait. Breakfast Tacos.

This place got in out 30 minutes later what they said but I am happy with the price Ill be back.

Very slow service. 4 hours for an oil change and a tire patch. They also said I needed my engine and cabin air filter changed even though I had changed them prior to coming same day. Would not recommend this place.

I alway have my oil change by Quick lane, the service at the Grapevine location is far superior to the Desoto location. They are not in a rush to provide service. Three hours for an oil change... I would have driven the extra 30miles for better service

Fast service with an appointment

I always go here for The Works. So, I have noticed one thing, if you dont like the service, come back in 6 months, the management changes alot. Today Ill be going for an auto inspection AND The Works. I expect total new faces. :-)

Purchased tires here. The customer service needed work. Did not fully understand what was going on being distant.

Oil change went fine I guess. First time using this location, and got my truck back with DEF tank not even half full. This is supposed to be filled up with oil change.Probably won’t be returning to this location again.

Im always satisfied and today was like no other. I pre-ordered my tires, they were there, I called and gave Lance a time of when I could be there and he accommodated me. I will always be a loyal customer of MAC Haik Ford..... great customer service.

I needed an oil change for my Ford Escape. The attendant checked me in, told me about some preventative maintenance & got me back on the road within a reasonable amount of time. Bonus: Mac Haik emailed me a $10 off coupon that I got to use.

They do a good job of servicing my vehicles here. Sometimes it can take a while but they get a lot of customers so you have to understand that the mechanics are working nonstop.

For very few customers there this morning it took two hours to get an oil change. Not normally like this team. Guess it just seemed longer because the TV did not work.

Jessie Zambrano was truly amazing! The service he gave was quick and sufficient; you can tell he enjoys what he does. Came in for a last minute oil change and he got right to it in less than an hour.

Been here twice first time the sent me to discount tire because he literally told me he didnt want to work on a f450. Today they said take it back where you bought it (grand prairie ford) and let them change the oil. You managers need to look into the quick lane sales staff. They are not helping the mak haik income.

Got an oil change here for the second time. Same great service as last time. The oil change was done fast. The staff is knowledgeable.

Mac Haik Ford is very deceptive on the price of an oil change. Their Works oil change includes tire rotation, break check, tire check, fluids check, and air filter check among other things for $55 on my 2011 Ford F150. I told them that I didnt want the works but just an oil change assuming the price would be $39 like Waxahachie Ford. So when I got the bill for $55 I was surprised. I told the technician I didnt want the works but the technician replied that was the rate for an oil change for my vehicle. Then the technician asked me for perfect scores on the survey. So before you let Mac Haik work on your vehicle you need to be clear on the price.

If you have time to waste & want poor customer service, this is the place for you. Service reps are idiots! Asked for services & found out they never performed services. Had to cuss somebody out just to get my money back. They thought i would prefer other services than my money back. Too Hell with this place, you have been warned.
