Overall it was a great time working with this dealer on getting the truck that I wanted, especially with inventory being so low. One day I had inquired online about a 2021 F-150 they had with all the options that I wanted, and Will was able to respond to me in a very timely manner. Throughout my time there he was very professional, he was able to explain the truck in detail with every feature it came with and he was very understanding of what I was looking for as far as the truck and payments. I was also introduced to Steve the sales manager there, and he too was understanding and very respectful. He helped me big time with making a deal on the Truck, as well as explaining in detail any questions I had, and the process of everything. Although I live a hour away, I will still keep this place in mind when looking to purchase another vehicle.
Super friendly staff in the Service Department! I was given their information in order to get my Van inspected after striking a Home Depot orange bucket while driving home one morning. However, after doing a brief inspection of my own I discovered that a trip to Mac Haik Ford wasnt necessary because I was able to order the replacement Splash guard and install it myself saving me the need to have USAA insurance to cover the work.
If you have a collision or need body work done on any type of vehicle stay away from this place. They caused more damage to my truck then what was needed. Insurance had me go to another place to have them fix the damage and sent them the bill because they would not fix it correctly. They put bolts in my bumper instead of the plastic clips and damaged my rail covers. When I went to speak with the shop MANAGER JAIME. HE CUSSED ME OUT AND SAID THEY DIDNT DO IT. I decided to go and talk to the GM Jason and explained to him what happened and he didn’t care and never tried to fix or make it right. I even told him about the manager cussing me out and lying and he didn’t seem to care. I have video and recording and pictures of everything I am stating. This place is trash now and I wouldn’t take a bicycle there to get fixed. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE LIARS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!
I was traveling through Desoto whenever I had car trouble and needed immediate assistance from a local Ford service center. I called and the customer service was very kind and rushed my vehicle in to be serviced so I could resume my travels to get home asap. Corwin and staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. I was beyond pleased with their excellent customer service and timely repairs. HIGHLY recommend this location to any and all!
Had a great experience with the sales team. I love my truck, and would have given 5 stars, however, I was not happy with the touch up paint job that they tried to cover the scratches with. The truck had a lit of scratches!!!They could have done a better job.

The customer service is amazing. Tony was the sales representative that worked with us, and he was phenomenal. True professional who made our buying experience enjoyably. We bought our F350 dually online. Tony ensured our windows were tinted, bed liner was installed, and gooseneck hitch was installed prior to our arrival to receive the truck. JANKY!!!!! I bought a car Thursday (one I really didn’t even want) but I needed a car so I went along with the deal. Well I get a call today (Saturday 10-2-2021) stating they needed me to come in for a “phone interview” with the finance company. Never heard of this before and I’ve worked in banking and auto for 10 years. I go in and they immediately tell me I had to return the car. When speaking to the manager he blamed me for the lost deal stating that the car salesman ADAM PADILLA stated that I no longer wanted the vehicle which i never stated!!!! Why the heck would I say that!? Now I did say they could give me my money back because why do I need to comeback after I’ve already did my part!? Basically they worked out a janky deal and couldn’t get it approved and tried to play me as if I was the problem! They had already refunded my deposit at 1:20 pm and Adam hadn’t even called me yet, he didn’t call me till 1:40 pm. So they already knew they were taking the car back before I even came up there. Also Remind you I reached out to Adam that Friday (10-1-2021) because I noticed something was wrong with the car and he completely ignored my message. So I would say go else where. Everybody in there is janky and the customer service is horrible. I’ll tell anybody who will listen to not shop with this BS place!

Normally this team is quick, but during my last visit I had an appt and arrived on time, waited an hour before they even pulled my vehicle to the back and another hour for the service. The service and work is always great!
Great service here at the quick lane service center at Mac Haik Ford. Took the pick up in for a quick oil change and front wheel alignment and quick quality service is what I received.
Pulling a 5th wheel, the truck said Reduced Engine Power and barely crawled into the dealership. Although their diesel shop was very backed up, fairly quickly they read the codes and determined it was a low fuel pump error. The technician, Chaze (sp), knew his stuff and crawled under to find the cap on the bottom of the fuel pump wasnt tight, therefore sucking air. The day before another Ford dealer had replaced the fuel filters and didnt tightened it properly. So, many thanks to Chaze, Sammy (service advisor), and Steve (Service Director) for saving the day and allowing us to move on (were full time campers).

I took my 2020 F150 in to the Quick Lane for its first oil change and tire rotation. The staff were courteous and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with TV, coffee, water, etc. I would have given a 5-star but I had difficulties in connecting to their internet and kept receiving a message that someone may have been trying to hack my account.
Edit for update: Ive called and left voicemails for jason on Wednesday at noon and Thursday morning 930am. I have at this point not received a call back from him or any other rep of the dealership. Friday 11am 7/30/2021Made an appt for service, showed up and waited. When I went back to look, my vehicle was still sitting there after 1.5 hrs of sitting in the waiting area. I figured 2 hrs was enough time for an oil change. The advisor was friendly and advised me their online appt system did not work, thats fine but let me know so I can make other arrangements.

I purchased this 2020 Explorer solely for my wife as a replacement for her 2006 Freestyle which she dearly loved and hated to give it up. When first obtained my wife complained that the vehicle had an unexpected jolt when starting out in drive and in reverse. I too took notice of it but when we received notification that we needed to have a minor fix to the transmission we thought maybe it would resovled the issue. However, the jolting only progressed to the point the vehicle was becoming dangerous to drive. My wife frustratedly took the vehicle to the Mac Haik Service Department and described what was occuring. She was asked to leave the vehicle overnight and that they would contact her the next day. As stated my wife was contacted and told that the transmission specialist showed that numerous parts of the transmission needed to be replaced and that they needed to keep the vehicle for at least a week. Parts were replaced and my wife is now very happy with the vehicle. Thank you kindly for great service and caring technicians.

My experience is the worst! The sale rep William was very nice it was the night manager that treated me with great disrespect! We are seniors and have been purchasing vehicles for a very long time and we do our homework before ever going into a dealership.The Managers idea of appraisal is to walk around the vehicle feel of the tires and then show me his phone and tell me where he got his numbers from, which he was insinuating that my vehicle was in very poor condition and they could only give me the lowest appraisal possible now mind you he did not even get into my vehicle he did not drive my vehicle he just walked around it which was really crazy and then handed me my keys and said good luck finding somebody to give you what you want for your vehicle. That is very unprofessional and I will never go back to this dealership nor will I ever tell anybody to use this dealership probably why it was empty.
Our service guy was very upfront about everything that was needed on our Explorer. No pressure to purchase anything extra. He cared that we were satisfied with the service given. Great job!!!

Make sure you really check your vehicle out for any damage before you leave with it. They are really attentive almost harassing when. They are trying to get you to buy the vehicle but never return your calls or messages once you have paid for it.Here are just the facts:I received financing through my credit union and was given a check to fill in once I found a vehicle. Its covid makes the situation less cumbersome.I found a vehicle online I wanted. Sale fell through. Found identical one from Haik so I contacted themThey were very responsive but I asked questions based off the car facts. They insured me that the issue was resolved but the car facts wasnt specific so I looked at the general area of the carfax information.Nice vehicle.I had a medical procedure so for a month I had only driven the vehicle home. New vehicle driven 20 miles in a month. Parked in my home garage.I decided to drive it when feeling better noticed at the very top of windshield there was a crack that I would not have even noticed if it hadnt started raining. I took pictures which also werent really visible because of location of the crackWell its been 3 weeks almost and they have never returned the inquiry about the windshield. I still have not even driven the vehicle 200 miles because of crack and not been given an answer about if they will be handling the repair or if its on me.I have no problem doing it if its not covered but I must add that it has a LoJack system on the vehicle that sends information back and forth such as accidents, location etc.Im not trying to take advantage of anything. This is the worst dealer that I have ever been to. They sold me a used ford explorer without telling me it has hail damages. I found 16 dents on the roof of the car when I got home. I think they fixed the dents on the hood and body of the car and left the damages on the roof because customers cannot see it. They refused to take any action to fix this issue because of the as-it. I never thought a certificated ford dealer can do this to their customers.

1 star happens to be the lowest option available at this time. Many hours on research found vehicles came in with my list to find out that the prices wouldn’t be honored. Non dealer sites with errors. Two weeks later found vehicles same issue but on dealers website (Mac Haik).The decision makers apologized once again but talked about the actual cost of wanted to do business. Hopefully this will help someone before accepting bait and switch tactics. I found at five errors on more than one site or car buying service. The only common denominator is sale management. Mr. Ford please fix this problem.

Took my vehicle in for a tune up because it was in need of one bad. They charged me the tune up fee ($736.05) and did nothing. I took it for a second opinion with my step father and he did a full tune up showing me exactly why the parts Mak Heik Ford in Desoto deceived me where not Motorcraft parts and the ones it had where still the worn out parts. I have no other way to prove they failed to do the job they were paid to do because my step father did the work without showing me before hand but I am completely Disgusted!

Dont do business here! Negotiated on a truck with Sean Osborne on Thursday night, made an appointment to pick up on Saturday morning at 1030. I live a couple hours away... I find out today that they sold it out from underneath me this morning.Could go into more detail but whats the point. They will not call you back and seem to stab each other in the back at the same time they treat their future customers with no regard.Apparently Sean needs some more training.. He should have told me on the phone Thursday night that a deposit was required to hold anything on the lot. Im disgusted with the actions and conversations held with different Sales managers. He didnt even try to reach out to me and was conveniently busy each time I tried to reach out today...
The Dealership was very accommodating and offered me numerous options to install on the new truck. They helped me with warranty decisions and delivered the truck with a full tank of gas. I love the truck and would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Great people.

I found a car online, called and spoke with Bret, very courteous and answered all my questions. Drove from Burleson to Desoto, expecting typical dealership issues and I was amazed. Bret And Jalon were easily the best salesman Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. they were not pushy, answered all my questions and concerns and because of them, I left with my 2016 explorer. I will definitely be making the trip back to Mac Haik for my next auto purchase, thanks to these 2 awesome salesmen.

I love Mac Haik!! They’re courteous, thorough, and honest. I purchased my car from them and I have my vehicle serviced by them. I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it free of charge. It’s best to make an appointment. There is quite a bit of a wait when I walk in, but when I make an appointment I’m in and out.
Was working with Sarah J sales rep and Steve A. Sales manager. Not responsive at all. I initially was contacted by Sarah J and at first she was very responsive. Asking questions and trying to fit me to the right vehicle. Gave her my target monthly payment and then radio silence. Emailed her a few times but no response. Then later that evening I received a message from Steve asking about how my experience was. Relayed to him I hadn’t heard back. He asked me 2 questions then radio silence from him. I know my target monthly payment might have been a stretch but a simple I’m sorry we can’t get there was all I needed. Will not go back and would not recommend.
As usual, the service at Mac Haik was courteous. professional and quick. The only issue was the service was done on my 2018 Ford Explorer not the 2017 Edge. The fault was not with the service clerk, but with me having just woke up to rush to the service dept and not catching the error...but the techs performed The Works up to their usual 5 star standards.

There was a big selection of trucks, suvs, cross overs and they even had a Bronco. YAY! I didnt buy, because I just started my buying process, but I would absolutely recommend this dealership.

When I bought the car it was an amazing experience the sales department is amazing. On Wednesday I got a nail in my tire. I came in at 7am Thursday morning they looked at it and said I needed a new tire (I did the nail was in the side wall). They said they didn’t have any tires to fit my 2020 Explorer. Again I wasn’t super concerned I know with COVID it’s been hard for a lot of places to stock stuff. They told me they would call me Friday when the tire got in. Friday I still had not heard anything so I called to make sure they got the tire in. They had it (didn’t call like they said they would but maybe they were busy). Told them I would come in they said it would be quick because I left the wheel with them and they said they would mount it before I came in. Amazing. I had enough Ford Pass points for an oil change so I got that done too. It has been an about and 30 minutes and they still are fiddling around with the car. The guy working on my car has no sense of urgency. Put on a tire then walk away play around grab the next tire walk away play around. It took a solid hour for this guy to rotate 4 tires. Just now an hour and a half later they are starting the oil change. Then Chelsie the service advisor tried to sell me an alignment that I didn’t need. The other service advisor had already checked and told me with the low miles it wasn’t necessary. When trying to explain the difference between a Ford alignment and Firestone alignment she couldn’t explain the difference between the tow and the camber and why theirs were better. I am frustrated with the lack of urgency and the lack of knowledge here. As I write this I am watching my service tech stand with 3 other people talking instead of finishing up my vehicle. And I’m watching Chelsie play on her phone at the counter instead of seeing what’s going on with her customers vehicles. I would like to add the other service advisor was very helpful and took more time to go out and check why my car was taking so long and apologized many times. I will be taking my business else where for parts and service.Shouldn’t take 2 hours for a common simple service. The sad thing is there weren’t a ton of people in front of me and now the shop is empty. And still they are standing around talking while people are waiting.I do have to say Lance was very helpful. But the over all experience was terrible.
My new 2020 XLT Ford Ranger has been everything Ive wanted it to be and Dalton and Steve at Mac Haik were the best. After test driving the F150 comps, I felt this Rangey beast was not very small at all. I sit very comfortable in her and driving this gem around in the city and back roads has been exhilarating and she picks up quickly- handles exceptionally well. Took her up to 120 and didnt skip a beat. All the bells and whistles one could want with automatic side mirrors turn-ins and full touch screen with navigation, auto start, seat warmers, etc. Buy one, you wont be disappointed.

This dealer earned my business easily after meeting Tommy in sales.After seeing the truck I liked on line, I requested a test drive for the following day. When I pulled into the dealer the truck was already up front and ready for me to look at. I sent a text to Tommy and he came right out and introduced himself and then right behind him was the manager for a quick introduction.From the test drive to the negotiations, all went smooth and without issue.This dealer is out of my way but was much nicer to deal with than the dealers in Waxahachie and Arlington.

Called the dealership and asked about a specific truck...gave them the VIN from the website...said I was driving from Oklahoma to look at it. I had told them what I expected to pay based on a similar vehicle from another dealership (same sticker price plus discounts). Was told that wouldnt be a problem, they WOULDNT BE BEAT.They didnt bother calling me in the 3 hours (with Dallas traffic) it took me to get there to say that the truck was sold.Tried to sell me a more expensive truck, Low balled me on my trade....$19K for a 2015 F150 Lariat ultimate. After 2 hours at the dealership on what should have been a slam dunk deal (I knew what I wanted, had financing pre-arranged, knew what it SHOULD cost) I told the salesman that if he couldnt get me my deal that I was leaving and would not be back.They have called me 3 time since then to try to EARN my business...LOL.I bought a more expensive truck ($75K sticker F250 Lariat Ultimate Pkg...not a cheap vehicle) for less than their best price on a $73K sticker Lariat Base Pkg plus $26K for my trade in.Thats 40% more for my trade and less money for a more expensive vehicle. ....and they still have the nerve to call me to follow up on if I want to buy a truck from them.Drive a little further and save money and dont waste your time on their BS. 5 star Ford FTW...

The folks at the Mac Haik service center are the best in the business. Chad made sure that everything I needed done on my C class motorhome was taken care of the right way. They thoroughly checked all of the factory recommendations and kept me in the loop through the process. Chad called to say that I’d be better off replacing my house battery and walked me through the costs and benefits of all of my options, making sure we did what was best for my case. Last but not least, I was out of town during the time of service, and the folks at Mac Haik were kind enough to let me leave my RV there for a few days, no charge. Really a stellar place!

Seen a vehicle online and sent email to request a test drive. Very quick response to email and scheduled test drive for same day. After test drive decided to purchase. I got pre-approved online to save time. I was out of dealership in about an hour and a half. Very pleased with the vehicle and buying process. Great staff!
