Place looks clean but where is the attendant? I went last Thursday I believe around 1010 PM and there was no attendant. So I left!

Not even after 10pm on a weekday and we have to the shell gas entrance doors only, I’m all for getting some exercise but like enter the building from the center like most shells gas stations that don’t have a ice cream store next door inside. Sorry didn’t see that someone was trying to break in glass was broken in tiny pieces but still not broken into wear you could put your hand through if was clear enough from glass, that’s too bad hopefully you can go 24 hours location here would be great for late night Uber drivers looking for a snack some gas and a restroom break. It might also help with avoiding any one wanting to break in if an employee is on property just an idea. This location is pretty close to the airport for back routes coming from the north.

Fraudulent pricing - Charges 20% higher prices at checkout scan than shelf marking, refuses to correct. Is that even legal in Illinois? (No, its not sales tax - thats the difference before tax.)

Told the cashier pump 8 and he said that I said pump 3. So how can I tell him its pump 3 that there was a person there? And he basically tells thats its my fault So I told him to keep that 10 bucks and I left. Never to return again. Really .. Hows does eight sounds like three?

Easy to notice from the street. Plenty of fuel pumps. Big place. Clean as well.

I don’t expect much from a gas station experience, however, when the cashier doesn’t greet you, nor thank you and is yelling on his phone the entire transaction and the price as marked for what you bought is completely incorrect on the shelf, that may call for a re-evaluation of the way you run your business.

This is a Shell gas station and convenience store on River Road. The store is at the end of a small strip mall. They carry all of the regular items luke coffee, beer and snacks. The gas pumps are modern and easy to use. The staff was friendly during my last vusit.
