Stay away!! We brought our Canon DSL for repair and were given a quote and told to call in 2 weeks. I called and was told rudely, No part, call back. I called back weekly for 8 weeks, and was constantly told they would call me or I should call back. Several times she suggested I come in to BUY a new camera and not fix ours. Finally, I just went in to pick up the camera so I could get it fixed somewhere else. The woman shouted at me saying that we did not tell her the camera had water damage (we told her it was out in a rain storm!) and gave us back our camera WITHOUT a lens cap, strap or memory card that was all on the camera when we left it there. The woman searched all over for ANY camera strap and cap and didnt care if it was mine or not. Parts of cameras lay all over the place and she just started dropping all kinds of lens caps on the counter while yelling at me that I wasnt truthful. She denied losing those items and then tried to give me a replacement cap for the camera that didnt even fit. Both people were very rude and lacked in common customer niceties. Even if they quote you a low price, chances are the camera will just sit there for weeks. The store inside is in chaos. The owners are impolite.
