Very friendly sales staff. Introduced Himself once I entered the store. Manager then let me shop and only checked in a few times making sure I didn’t have any questions. The purchase process was very easy and efficient I was in and out of the store in less than an hour.

Got into the store today and I was greeted by Tammy, very professional, very polite, friendly and very helpful individual- I asked her for a certain item which I saw on line, she showed it to me on the floor and answered all my questions very professional- deal made and I was very happy. This location was awesome, I was before in a different furniture store but they were not professional. Very happy with this location. Good job Tammy, keep it up!

With the times we are in it is very hard to get fast delivery at certain places. I walked into Decor plus and I saw something I was looking for which was a sleeper sofa and I asked the lady helping me how long until may get it. She told me next week. It was a done deal. They delivered on time and I am very happy with my new sofa. Friendly staff and fast delivery. Highly recommend this store if your looking for something now and not month from now.

We bought a couch that was delivered on time with a nail sticking out that could easily result in some serious injury. We went into the location and were told by an employee that they will take the couch for a refund/exchange. The manager never called back and claimed to never have heard of the situation when we called several days later. Instead of making the situation right, they refuse to take a couch with a massive nail. They instead filed a claim with Ashley and said they will come fix it in weeks and this is the best we can do. We were never told the couch was sold as is when buying the couch. On top of this experience, one of the delivery drivers took my partners phone number and continued to text her.At least the free candy at the store was good.Edit: Everything in this review is honest and accurate. We have texts from two employees as proof and threatening customers to take down an honest review is not a cute look.

We have purchased multiple items from this store about 2 years ago and have been extremely happy with our purchase. They are still in very good condition despite heavy use. We especially liked the mattresses. Buying such a good quality at this price is a great deal. Also, we had to change one of the items (love seat with sofa) after it was already delivered, and their delivery team took care of it right away. Excellent customer service. Deserves every single one of these 5 stars.

I heard that there is a new furniture place here and I visited here today. It is a huuuge place and they’re selling everything (carpets, tables, night stands, rugs, beds, armchairs, couches, and all sorts of furniture). You can find furniture for every budget, classic and modern, high-end and affordable. Some of the sofas are especially appealling and very comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for good furniture to visit and check them out. Oh, before I forget: They also offer (regardless of your credit score) generous financing, which actually came to around $25 a month. Less than your monthly coffee spending. Amazing place — go check them out.

Would not recommend buying from here. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Untruthful. Does not care to resolve issues.Adding: spoke to the manager and she stated that because I had such an awful experience with their lies, unprofessional services, and new employee, I will receive 30% off my next purchase. This does not fix the 3 walls their movers damaged. She then said to send pictures and they would pay for half of the repair costs. ..since it was their fault. After I sent the pictures I have heard nothing back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I stopped in on a chance as the location can be a little hard to see from Golf road but a few signs on Elmhurst Road led to stopping in. Happy i did. I found a great Living Room set and a couple really nice area rugs. Great customer service and friendly staff. Although there was a small hiccup, the manager made sure everything got taken care of. I appreciate and respect the staff at this location. I recommend stopping by and taking a look. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for the great customer service !

Weve purchased two sofas from them recently. After a 6-hour drive at the back of the Uhaul truck, they arrived safely to our new home in Columbus, OH. Although the sofas endured that long journey, Im not sure how they are going to do with our cat. He liked the sofas as much as we do, so that he scratches them all the time. All in all, excellent service and great quality.

I had a horrible experience walking in there. They have a employee named Maria. She didn’t care to help me at all and when I had a question she expected me to yell across the room to ask her. When I told her to come by me so that I can have some assistance, I think she walked about as fast as a snail. I waited multiple days to speak to Emrah because he wasn’t “available” and explain to him what happened only for him to hang up the phone in my face. He had horrible costumer service as well and I wouldn’t recommend him, his employees or his store to anyone. I will be going to the buisness bureau.

Emrah, the owner is misleading and rude. We communicated though text to make sure if the furniture was brand new and he said yes many many times. I was charged and given a delivery date and shortly after I left the store he messages me telling me that I was getting the floor model and those are brand new.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS THAT WILL SURE FONOUT IF BUSINESS ONE OF THESE DAYS.It’s too bad because the 3 young ladies there and especially the manager were extra friendly and sweet. I hope he treats his staff with honestly. Really disappointed
