Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, customer service! They do not communicate at all. If you place an order you will have to call everyday to make sure your items are being shipped and dont be surprised if half of the things requested are out of stock! And they wont call you to let you know. You have to call them, literally everyday to make sure your order is being processed. Oh and then when you do finally get your order dont be surprised when its missing some items! Save yourself the heartache and trouble and dont do business with this company! They cost me so much time.

After plenty of searching I’m so glad we decided on Salon Furniture Warehouse. Their friendly professional staff is second to none! My wife and I were in the process of opening a new salon. We were facing a tight deadline for our opening day. It was our first experience in furnishing a salon, so needless to say we pretty nervous.The folks at Salon Furniture Warehouse really took care of us. Our sales associate guided through their showroom step by step.They customized our stylist workstations in order to fit with our floor design They also provided us with styling chairs that matched with our shampoo stations. Salon Furniture Warehouse was great to work with! I drove 4 hours to get over there and they sent me home with my products the same day! I had an issue with one of the hydraulics on my chair and they have a new one on the way already! Highly recommend!!!

The customer service I received was OUTSTANDING! They made it easy and pleasant. I found my sales person to be knowledgeable.

I was able to speak directly to a representative (Phat) who walked me through all of my questions about a month before I ever ordered. When I was ready to order they also let me know that they could retrofit the tables to my local requirements. I passed due to time constraints since my contractors were already going to do the retrofitting. It was a nice gesture. I had a custom order and with building my salon I needed a specific window for delivery. They took a deposit and detailed my shipping date for a month later when I needed them. Everything from the quote to shipping was done exactly as described. Items came in freight exactly as and when promised. Salon furniture reached out prior to delivery to make sure we knew all the details of receiving shipment. We didn’t have any damage or anything missing. They were also still available via phone for any other questions. 10/10 awesome service, great pricing, and product exactly as wanted.

I placed a order from the website that was close to 1000 dollars.I was very nervous to do this with them being so far away and sending that amount of money my first time. The tables didnt ship on time but I was assured they would still arrive the day I was told. I purchased my equipment in February from the Des Plaines, IL location.Andrew helped me, I did not have an appointment. He stopped what he was doing and took me to the showroom. He was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. My shipment arrived on the date I picked and everything appeared fine. There were a couple small glitches and I had quite a few questions. Bought some barber chairs from the warehouse in Chicago. They have a wide variety of everything in their showroom and they even showed me around the warehouse, the place is huge! I got a great deal on some vintage barber chairs and they’re so much better than what I expected. The pictures do not do them justice!!

I went there because I wanted shampoo bowls for my salon, they are very nice and work with me. But I would Not buy from them ever again. As a business owner time is money. I had to go back 3 times the parts were not in the box.(45 min drive one way) Till this day I have to put a pillow or something to raise my client up high enough so they don’t get up wet. I had to get a plumber to come and he said the best he can do was change the parts so my sink won’t leak. JUST CHEAP PARTS. 😨😠$800 of his work with new parts fix the problem and a pillow so my clients won’t get wet. Even replacing the parts I still dislike the sinks. They look nice but we’re poorly made.

They have everything I need and more. Very well made and unique designed pieces. Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeble and helpful. Prices are great too. We certainly will buy from this site again when we expand. Highly recommended.

This company is a complete scam. read contracts before purchasing and DO NOT FINANCE. we are paying 3 times the amount for the furniture and the furniture is complete garbage !!!!!!! super cheap and not made for a busy salon. customer service is terrible. stay away !

I’m so feed up with this company, my counter top came crack. They can not replece it because they can do ship it by it self. They amount they are refunded me don’t even cover the repair cost I got quoted.Something that could take no time, is been 3 week process.

Wish we read all the reviews and responses from the owner before we made our mind about buying from this company the poor quality you receive and the careless service you get after you pay will leave a bad taste in your mouth.Do not make the mistake of using thier recommended contractors to assemble the furniture thier recommended contractors who works for them will only give you weekends availability to come out and install and when they will and if you end up with an issue which you will there will be no one to help you and the contractor is going to charge you extra to comeback and reinstall or complete installation.In our case we paid $500 to thier employee who did not even clean up or picked the mess he made we asked if he was going to clean he said No and gave us an attitude as well what a shame.They will take advantage of your situation and make you regret you did business with them. I know the owners will be quick to reply and disassociate their self with the employee contractor and be defensive and write anything to convince that they are very honest & attentive when it comes to customer service and sell good product but in reality they will show no care once they receive payment, read all the 1 Star comments you will find similarities.Do your self a favour check and look around if you find a better company too buy from and do not use thier recommended contractors they will overcharge and piss you off.

Received my station, and 1 side of the mirror edge was damaged. They did everything in there power to not ship me a new one. Now I have to wait a week for another one, and that one may or may not be damaged. They offered a credit of $100. No, thank you. $100 credit on a damaged $1000 station that I can not even use let alone put together seems a little ridiculous.
