Satisfied customer here! Totally brand new rebuild from a fire damage in the past. Very friendly, professional and quick service. They fixed my flat tire in about 30 minutes. Cant beat that anywhere.

Stopped by after I Got a flat to see if they could plug the tire. They were super friendly and communicate, Tony helped me out, the hole turned out to be a gash but they were great about finding a suitable replacement at a decent cost. Had me out the door in 45 minutes! Would recommend to friends and family forsure.

I brought my 2008 KIA Sportage into this Car-X shop that I have never been to. Jeff, Tony, Joey and Demitri were really nice and personable. I had to leave my car over night at the shop and they were kind to drive me home. I am very happy with the work they performed on my car. When we discussed my muffler pipes and the sound coming out of them, they suggested I could patch the pipes temporary. I told them that I will be traveling to Arkansas in a couple months and need to have my car in tip top shape. I dont need it to break down on me when I am traveling. So, I had them replace my muffler system. I have nothing but good things to say about these men. I would recommend my friends and family to come to this Car-X if they need anything done on their cars. Thank you guys, for helping me increase my faith in your shop.

I made an appointment on line for 7:30am Apr 20, 2021 called to confirm and was told that they would be open but the service tech would not be in till 8am.I was parked at the front door from 7:30 - 8:10 shop was locked and no one came to the door. I had to leave because I intended to leave my vehicle and my ride home could not wait any longer. I will try elsewhere. I recommend not booking on line and not scheduling appointments for first thing in the morning.

This is the best car repair shop around! Every other place in that area has terrible customer service and it’s always come back in a few days we’re busy and this place is the opposite. I call the place and the manager Victor says come on in and the service was above and beyond what I ever expected! The place is brand new with the latest state of the art equipment and it’s super clean and Im so relieved that I finally found an honest place to take my cars to. Highly recommend!

$58 for full service synthetic oil change. Way cheaper than jiffy lube or the other big names. Def recommended!!

It needed a brakes light bulb to be replaced. I stopped by and they did it in 2 minutes.

Good job working on cars

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up about an hour before they closed on a Saturday and they took me right away. (They normally require an appointment for this, but they had an opening at that time.) Afterwards, they explained everything in great detail and walked me through the which area of the truck needs fixed first instead of leaving me to guess. They are very helpful, very friendly and very respectful. Definitely will be back for more service.

Contacted them over a year ago with 4wd problems and a pending snowfall, not good for a snow plower. My old mechanic did not have time for me but Chris and his crew did. Got my Jeep up and running in no time. They have been my go to guys for all my vehicles now. They even work on my snow plow.Been able to fix everything my wife and I break. 11/3/12: Took my car for wheel balancing and learned of a bunch of things ailing my 2006 G6... Enough for me to have to save for the repairs. I was impressed with the very friendly, polite and inclusive evaluation of my car, but what was TRULY impressive for me was that a customer lady was comped for her service because her day was ruined. Not sure what her issue was, but I have not seen such great customer service from a mechanic shop before.Update: After evaluating the cost of parts and labor needed, I realized the quote for repairs was inflated. I found all the parts for $500, then was quoted $130 for labor by another mechanic, add the wheel balancing & alignment, and the cost was almost half. Big difference from the $1,400 quoted at CarX. Not a complaint, but disappointed. Customer beware, and research.

Found a screw in my tire. Took it here asked them to just remove the screw and patch it up. The man at the desk said he would need to see the screw so I showed him it outside he said the tire needs replacement. I took the car about 1 mile away to M & B Auto. They repaired the tire without needing to replace it. Needless to say it felt like Car-X was trying to scam me out of money for a whole new tire.

I called for estimate and the person who answered the phone said $100 for 1 tire without looking up anything. He said $100 even out the door. Unbelievable service...I called Discount Tire and their service was fantastic!!!

Terrible people working here, my 4 tires were down I asked one guy to put some air he said he couldnt coz hes busy!! And the shop was almost empty!! Just because was cold out!!! I know its not much money to put air in tires but if he was helpful I would go there to fix my car, but will never go there after what happened.
