Great shop for school band instruments, sales and repair. Not much for guitar and amps.

Bought an Ibanez RG out of this location. The guy looked at the price tag and said Oh, we can do better than that, and sold me the guitar for less than they were originally asking. This was a few years back, but always left an impression.Got any more Ibanez guitars in stock now?

I paid $50 for an acoustic repair when all was said and done. They had to replace or sand down the nut as it came out of place and adjust the neck and clean frets. Guitar was practically unplayable when I brought it in and it plays like a dream now. Nice work

Very knowledgeable staff. Came in looking for a trumpet cleaning kit for my 10 year old. They were cheaper than online prices and took the extra 10 minutes to show us the tricks n things to look for while cleaning the trumpet. Great service Rieman Music!!! Would highly recommend

Employees busy talking to their friends as if Im invisible. Other employees too busy playing instruments for their own enjoyment. Tried to look at violins but difficult due to them holding a trumpet lesson in the same room where violins are (even though several practice rooms were open) Clerk finally took me in to look at violins & we had to shout over trumpet lesson.Violins were priced from $1200 to over $6000 !!!! Anyone spending that much on a violin isnt going to buy it at Riemans. Thought this store was geared toward students. Selection is terrible...wont be back. Gave it one star because I had to.

I called first and asked for pricing of a hi hat stand. The lady was very rude to me. She told me they had one for $45. I drove all the way out there. Turns out they thought I said snare stand. Not sure how you confuse the two. Anyway the only hihat stand they had was $90. Really terrible experience. Dont waste your time on this store. Go to the one on the west side instead.

When they told my step mom and I that my first flute was made of cheap metal and recommend a different one I noticed the difference between the two

This music store has been around as long as i can remember. Perfect place for all your musical instruments needs!

Always very helpful even if they dont have what I need.

We had them re-pad our sons alto sax after school last year. I was told then that I had to buy a hard case or the work would not be guaranteed. All in we left there with almost a $600 bill.We had to take it back last month to have it repaired. The neck on it was completely bent. This happened while he was taking it off to put it in the case. The neck was so badly bent his band teacher said it couldnt be fixed. She saw it happen. It was so tight that the neck could no longer be twisted off easily.We took it down there again, after all they did the work on it. He had not had any trouble like this before hand. He had not dropped it since re-padding either. The first man that was going to help us was very nice. But another guy whom may have been the manager, came over and was instantly rude he spoke to my son and I like we were idiots. He told my son this is what happens when you put your mouth piece on after your neck is on. We replied that this happened while taking the neck off. He said well that is because youre not using cork grease. Then said it was bent inside and that was the problem. Again, accusing my son of dropping his instrument.We left it there to have it looked at. When they called with the estimates, the neck was going to be $140, to repair the inside was going to be another 100+, and to get it back into playing order and replace the pads, was going to be another $230 on top of the neck price.When I brought up it had just been repadded in May, she had to look it up. I was told yes it was repadded, but that since it shows signs of droppage it would need more new pads.At this point I was done. No guarantee at all even after the required purchase of a new case.Rude employee who is clearly too good to treat paying customers like they mean a thing to them. Too bad Reiman Music, my husband was there with me, playing a guitar while he listened to how his wife and son were treated. He will now be buying that same guitar and amp somewhere else, and we will never be back for anything. Ive also talked to the music teacher at my sons school. Doesnt look like youll be getting that schools contract anytime soon either. Maybe make sure your employees can treat people with some kind of customer service or dont let them deal with customers at all.

I take piano lessons at Rieman music and it is a very nice place and I recomend it.

They could do a lot better, considering how long theyve been around. It seems theyre in it for the money, not helping customers.
