Hard working crew inside and outside. One requires solid advise when renting a 20ft truck and with auto transport trailer hauling a Jeep Wrangler.

It cant be a coincidence that every location I visit has employees that just dont care. Always very time consuming and always some sort of confusion. Huge storage facility at this location though that is nice.

This wasnt great. Over 2 hours to try to pick up a reserved trailer. The fellow was helpful, but there was only one working. I never did get my trailer, one side brake and turn light didnt work on the trailer.. I checked the circuit and hooked it up to one of my trailers and all was good... maybe the light on their trailer was faulty?Anyway, I had to finally do my project without their trailer... the guy was super friendly and helpful, but really needed another one of him

I’ve used Uhaul a lot in my time but I don’t know that I’d go back to this location. The girl working was wearing sweatpants and looked like she just crawled out of bed. There were 3 people ahead of us in line and we waited 25 minutes because they had nothing in stock that the people ahead of us had ordered online. This place was a hot mess. I do not recommend.

Fast service. Hooked up our trailer in just a few minutes and we were on our way

Online stuff is nice if it were to correlate. Not enough help in store. Arrived 15 minutes early as there was only 30 minute options online and they were going to charge another day for 14 minutes. Then after waiting 14 minutes the only one person on duty had to help another customer so my 14 minutes turned into 30+. What’s the point of having scheduled and online pickups if you arrive and have to do everything all over again. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

Very rude manager with beard. Lied about what customer service said. Was confrontational and then tried to block my account. Go to budget they are cheaper and nicer

After waiting what felt like thirty minutes, we were finally helped by the manager who was great until we had to leave. Their parking lot is not clearly marked on where to park for civilians, for returning the rented trucks and heck their exits werent even marked since we had to take a left turn when we left with our rented truck instead of going the way we wanted. Perahps changing the marking of lines after taking the Kmart building might have been a great idea, heck ill even do it for you so the next customer doesnt have to try not to curb it three different times like I did.

Awesome! They have made many modifications to this facility, all to enhance security and ensure safe, easy access for customers. Our initial move-in day was not the best experience, but with a capable, friendly crew and a great manager, we have been impressed every day since. A huge thank you for all they do to maintain such a nice facility. Highly recommend!

Want to get screwed on a UHaul rental use this place!Returned a truck at 1 am was charged an extra $20! Needed to be back by 11 am was checked in at 7am.Plus customer service is a joke. One person waiting on customers. Twice I’ve waited in line for about an hour! Yesterday I had a rental scheduled for 10:30 finally left at 11:30 after I checked in online which is supposed to reduce your waiting I half. Other people in line left. I even pulled out a chair for the elderly woman in front of me!Calling customer service resulted in being on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes.Support another one in the area. Bondurant’s customer service is outstanding!

Super conveniently located, very nice people and clean store! I was very impressed at the amount of volume of trucks, boxes and storage they have!

Rented a van for a friend. There was a billing issue and these guys stepped up and really helped. You guys just dont know how bloody upset I was and really helped put my mind at ease.Thank you Mr.Brian!

The employee was rude. Wanted to argue about my pick up time. Then was rude about it. It wasnt the place I was to pick up at, when making reservations.

I made reservations for two utility dollies. Gave my name, number, and even a credit card. I confirmed the pick up location. I got there, waited 30mins only for them to tell me they didnt have any.

Im currently on hold with this store for the 2nd time today. Yall put people on hold before saying hello and then leave them their for a long time!!

I get uhauls quite regularly for business and this is by far my favorite location to rent from. Friendly and helpful staff. LOTS of parking with no fear of getting my car blocked in when I return my trucks overnight. Keep up the good work guys.

So grateful to Brian for helping my son out in a jam. He was straightforward and honest. He definitely went above and beyond when a hitch and wiring was not installed properly at a different U-Haul store. Definitely put my mind at ease. Thank you!!!!

My mom have rented U-hauls quite regularly over the last three years and until yesterday this was our favorite U-haul location to rent from. I have never returned a U-haul without cleaning it or putting gas in it. Well when I returned it the assiociate REFUSED to come out and check it in! Well I checked my bank account later that evening and Uhaul had charged my account an extra $15.00 for gas!!!!! They claimed it was at 5/8 of a tank well it wasn’t it was above 3/4. So when I called I talked to Brian and he checked the U-haul and said it was above 3/4 and he was issuing me a refund and I would see it by the end of buisiness by today. Well I haven’t. I will never drop a U-haul off without pictures and i or making them walk out and checking it with me!

Brian and his employees were amazing. They came up with everything they could do to help our family on getting ready to move to North Carolina. MVPs of the day!

Changed location to pick-up multiple times. Called me as I was supposed to pick up and sent me to another location. Terrible experience. Not this location but uhaul in general.

It was hard to get the right charge for our trip. Was over charged twice but finally the manager fixed that

Dont rent vehicles on rainy days when you will have dirty shoes because if you get any type of mud on the floor boards you will be charged 25$ cleaning fee. They dont tell you and its not in the packet they give you but they charge you!

GM Brian was great to work with. After a few hiccups, he handled my questions and needs timely, respectfully, and was extremely helpful.

Let me tell you the man Brian is fabulous, he truely understand customer service ! Goes out of the way to do the extra, not once but twice for me . I went to se 14 th u haul, bad experience . I called him he never had a trailer for but he said I will find one, 10 min later called me said come get it!!Then the next day I needed a another trailer, he said I dont have one at the moment but I will go pick o e up for u have it here at 8 am . I thought wow u did the extra mile for me !I will never go anywhere but hubbel u haul !! I would 100 percent incourage anyone needing a rental to use this store, ask for Brian !!!Good job !!

Just moved to Iowa, needed a little extra help and Brian went above and beyond. This place cares about people as well as customer service. I will use them anytime I need any products they carry. If you are needing to move go see a Brian and his staff! Thanks again for all your help guys!!!!

We rented a trailer and the light was out, had to wait until it was fixed before we could get on the road, it was annoying but they fixed it fairly quickly. The return process was easy any painless. Can’t beat the price.

Typical U-Haul station. Clean trucks that run well. At any location, turning in truck after hours using their app, is quite a process.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE TRUCK AND VERY COCKY AND UNAPOLOGETIC GM HOW HAD ME AND MY WIFE WAIT ALMOST 45 MINUTES BEFORE NOT HELPING US AT ALL

Store is located inside an old KMart garden center. The staff is curious and quick to help you out. Had no problems at all renting a 17 truck from them.

Manager did a great job getting me fixed up with a limited time frame and made it happen.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE GM STATED THAT ALL THEIR TRUCKS ARE REPAIRED TO PULL HARD TO THE RIGHT BY STATE LAW ...NOT KNOWING I AM A MECHANIC AND KNEW BETTER

Reserved a truck for this month. 3 weeks ago they gave me the date to pick it up at their store saying they would have that size. I get a call today saying they wont have that size I have to get the bigger one which I didnt want its on paper from them the reserved date and size and they would have it. I now have to go across town to pick up the big size. Which I didnt need. This store needs to get it together.

Lots of space, clean store, and competent although tardy employees. U Haul has a strong online presence that will save time and hassle.

I had an appointment with them to install a hitch wich they conformed the day before that they have it and gave me an appointmentat 9:30. I went on time and they had me wait for 2 and half hours and then said they dont have it.. when they took my vehicle at 9:30 an agent came and said we are working on it. They wasted my time and didnt apologize or show any respect . The worst part this was done by the store manager.
