Five stars, without question. Exceptional experience from beginning to end. This is the 4th motorcycle dealer in the area Ive directly interacted with, and it was easily the best experience Ive had.

Had tires put on while I waited. They did a great job of getting to the bike even though I got there later then expected. The job was done right and no damage done. They are a Ducati and KTM dealer but were willing to change tires on my BMW as well. Good conversation as well.

Owners who care and it shows. Every experience with the crew has been top notch. They stock more parts then any other off-road dealer in town and you can tell the sport is their passion. Highly recommended!

I love these guys. Very good in service and advising on parts. They have very good knowledge on bikes and services. They have good taste for accessories too.

I am a firm believer in getting to know the people who will be working on your vehicles. I dont hesitate for a moment to let Doug or Glenn work on my bike. They are very knowledgeable even if it is not a KTM or Ducati. After a valve adjustment, a shim was found on the ground. They refused to start the bike until they knew it was safe. I have never seen either of them mistreat a bike. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I would suggest anyone interested in KTM to go to Moto Sports over Hicklan. The owner, Doug, does the best for the customer and puts aside his interests to hear what interests you.

Being relatively new to the area I havent had too many reasons to visit a dealer, but Im pretty sure I dont want to go to another any time soon.

This is a revised comment from a previous factual review. The owner/mechanic got personal with me as a customer and insulted me several times. I saw him doing a full blown wheelie on my Ducati on the public street while testing it but a week later, he called me saying he did not do the wheelie. He thinks he is a God of motorcycles. Oh, my bike suffered physical damage while in his custody because a customer buddy of his was doing something with my bike according to his explanation. Due to these issues and personality clash, I will not go there again. You decide for yourself because he may treat you differently. He called me names and accused me of not understanding due to my nationality. My bike is under Ducatis warranty so Ill have to go out of state for service, recalls etc.I cannot recommend this place now that he has denied doing the wheelie that I saw him doing on my bike. He has also bragged about it to several people. Experts tell me that doing stunts on a bike is to tear it up.

We brought our new Ducati Multistrada 1200S Granturismo to Moto Sports for a 600 mile oil change and check-up. Doug and his staff were very accommodating and professional. We love that this is a small business; not only that, a family-owned and operated small business!These folks are interested in providing great service in a friendly environment. Best place to buy and service your Ducati!

I have been purchasing bikes and accessories from Moto Sports since 1886. I have always recieved fair, friendly, courteous treatment. I have spent countless hours at this shop, and the review from the fellow who claims someone wheelied his bike is so out of character for these guys, that I simply dont believe it. He has some sort of personal axe to grind, and I would encourage anyone reading it to take it as such. If you want fair deals, and a dealer who will take care of you after he has your money, this is your place for Ducati or KTM!
