Trevor at Add A Tool did a great job. I brought in some spindles that needed some custom machining. I was referred to Add A Tool by another machine shop because they have a lathe large enough to do what I needed to have done.Trevor was very helpful in figuring out how to accomplish what I needed. Plus, the work was done ahead of schedule and under their estimated price. Will definitely send more work their way. Good people.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Had a custom item i needed them to build, was told they would get back to me in a couple days. After 4 weeks i finally called them to check status of the project. Was told they would get back to me in a couple more days and still havent heard from them. That 3 weeks ago. Not sure how they stay in business with that kind of customer service.
