Fair price on item I was selling and Jeff was great to chat with! I will definately be back!

Drove 2 hours to come to your store to buy blu ray movies and a couple guns. How hard is it to be open during your posted business hours on your door, on Google and on your Facebook page. And if you are closed for remodeling then how about posting that as well or even having that as a voicemail when a customer calls.. I will never be back to your store. Other places will gladly take my money and business...mainly because they are open when they say they are open. And now I understand why you have such a low review score!!!

Shady interest rate policy.

How hard is it to give details over the phone? Id have to see it. in-store rep over the phone. If its in good condition what more do you need? Ill have to take it in eventually and you can see it then (Im just trying to figure out if its worth even taking it in) but you cant see that far ahead?? If its in good condition and working order your telling me I cant even get a range on price over the phone?? All good I aint that desperate, apologies for all the people that are and have to put up with that bs. ZERO stars if I could.

These guys are great, have helped me out on several occassions! Ive never had a pawn shop that will let me make payments on the loaned amount if i couldnt pay all the balance plus interest. Ive enjoyed visiting with them while Im in there! I wont go anywhere else!

Its not even 230 on a Saturday and your store is closed? I wonder how many customers youve lost besides me because you dont follow your hours posted on the front door. I wont be coming back.

This place is a huge joke. It’s a legal way for the wanna b ZZ Top fat dude and the old grey haired lady to steal possessions from you. That’s exactly what will happen if you use this place. They don’t wanna give people even 10% of what things are worth taking advantage of people in a tight spot is about the lowest thing anyone can do. These two have no customer service skills they work at a pawn shop but are better then everyone else. The store is a wreck on the inside with things just thrown everywhere and the outside isn’t much different. That is a good sign of what kind of place this is so take the warning and don’t even waste your time here.

Give good value for your property. These guys will work with you and especially once you are known and a regular customer of theirs they offer flexibility and are not hard-nosed greedy jerk-offs like some places.

Worst pawn shop Ive been to. These guys are scammers, go somewhere else. Dont let them take advantage of your desperation, sell your stuff on Craigslist for a fair price or find a fair pawn shop.

This is NOT a pawn shop, went in with $1000 Alienware new in the box to get a loan, and they only take Mac products.
