Dan always takes great care of the riding lawn mower we use for work. Hes honest and prices are reasonable.

I called on friday afternoon to see if they could look at my snowblower that wouldnt start. storm was expected overnight. said he couldnt look at it til monday but spent a good ten minutes on the phone explaining things i could do to try to get it started. i followed his instructions and it started right up. very much appreciated and i will definitly take my business there in the future

I cant epress how excellent the service is. Delivery of a brand new mower was quicker than pizza. Fair price forhonest and thorough work.

I would give them a zero if I could. These guys are crooks. Took my toro rider in to be looked at and requested a call on an estimate. After a 1 1/2 weeks and no calls, I called them and was told I owed $674 and mower was ready to be picked up. Never a call on an estimate or price. I only paid $650 for the mower when I bought it. They tried to charge me for a new battery I replaced just last year and was fine when I took it in. The charged me for new plugs that I changed this year and was running fine when I took it in. Was told they charge $98/hour for labor. $98 per hour?? That puts them in the ballpark with attorneys. I might trust an attorney more than these guys. So if you want to be ripped off and over charged, take your mower here. They will gladly take care of you.

This place was awesome! They Had exactly what i needed. No waiting for an order and the customer service was excellent. The dude who help me gave me advice on my project and had some smart suggestions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My wife just took our mower in. The solution was so simple. Dan COULD have taken us for whatever he wanted, because we had no idea what was wrong. Instead, he explained what was going on, how to prevent it in the future, and some other good tips on the spot.In short he just earned our future business.

I contacted many different small engine repair shops and got rude, short responses. The mower shop staff were very polite and well accommodating to the needs of their customers and will recommend them to anyone with small engine repair needs. Thanks guys!

Brought my Toro 2-cycle snowblower in on a Saturday, Don had it fixed by Monday, running safe and starting on the first pull. Quick service and very fair price.

Just had one of the best customer services in a long time. I broke my snow blower last night brought it in to see what my options were and he fixed it on the spot. He worked on it for about an hour helping a couple customers between, I told him I wasnt in a hurry.

Dan Whitehurst owner knows inside and outside the engines he fixes. He gives a good price for what he does and really enjoys his work ... great guy! I recommend all South Siders go to the MOWER SHOP!

I took my snow blower in to The Mower Shop on Dec 5th to have them tune it up, While I was there the Mechanic pointed out that I needed a new paddle as well so I agreed to have it done, The Mechanic told me he would be done with it for sure by Monday the 9th so Monday I called & they said they were not done with it and said it would be Wednesday so I called Wednesday night (late afternoon) and they said it still wasnt done but they would try and get it done that night however my blower didnt need a new paddle they called me Wednesday at 530pm I told them I would pick it up Thursday, went in today and they tried to give me the wrong snowblower, I had to call my wife to get the serial & model # so they new I had the right blower, well when they found the blower it still had not been touched,serviced or anything!!! I refused to let them work on it in fear of what would happen next!!!

Called to get parts for my lawn mower.. first time I called they hung up on me after sitting on hold. Second time After my 5th try calling them back stood on hold for 5 minutes and they hung up on me again... what a way to treat a costumer.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE GUYS!!!!

Horrible service seems like maybe 2 guys know anythingIve been sold multiple wrong parts plus they are closed Sunday so getting parts before Monday is not an option
