The store was bare. Hardly anything on the shelves but boxes in every aisle. I went there to use some coupons from their app, and they didnt have a single thing I went for. I walked out without purchasing anything. And there werent any carts at all! I had to carry my diaper bag, purse, and baby in her carseat, all while trying to manage around aisles with boxes in the way. Good thing they didnt have anything I needed I wouldnt have been able to grab it anyways with no cart to put it in. This store has gone severely down hill. Needs a major re do, and new employees/management

I went in knowing they accept cards only and the uneducated cashier assumed I did not read or English. I told her I had card and showed it to her, she said : You could leave; What a great customer service does that kind of employees give Family Dollar! 🙄

They never have what I need, every single time I come here. They always short staff & never organized.

Dirty and boxes all over the isles. Open box of popsicles in the freezer. Mixed up bins of shoes. Weird shopping experience. Probably wont come back.

Cashier was chatting away with another customer in a personal matter.Store is cluttered and dirty.Went there one time and people were waiting outside waiting for store to open even though it was already 15 minutes past posted opening time.Im going ti stick with going to Walgreens.

I had a good shopping experience at this Family Dollar as I always do when I go into a Family Dollar. The prices are competitive as is to be with any store, when it comes to house decoration you can find some unique items for affordable prices which I like. The only thing that I have an issue with which seems to be an issue at all Family Dollars, is the fact that there Overstock is always in the center of the aisles which makes it difficult for shoppers what carts to navigate the store. This also makes the store look cluttered or unorganized which I know is not the case. I would and will continue to shop at Family Dollar even if its just to run in and grab a quick bag of chips or to spend some time and see what they have new.

Has anyone bought bread from this store? I swear they store it with the detergent. Never fails get a loaf from here and swear its spiked with tide. Smh keep food away from detergents and other chemicals genius!

DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. STORE IS ALWAYS DIRTY AND CLUTTERED AS HELL. CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT TO MENTION ON 10/7/17 MY HUSBAND WENT TO THIS LOCATION AROUND 9:40-9:45 P.m. THE MAN WHO WAS WORKING HAD THE DOOR LOCKED AND TOLD HIM HE CLOSES WHEN HE WANTS HE DONT FEEL LIKE SERVING ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS (ASIDE FROM THE FEMALE WHO WAS INSIDE) SINCE HE WAS WORKING ALONE. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF AND A MANAGER WHO GIVES A DAMN ABOUT THEIR STORE

It was a little crowded in some places but they have alot of stuff. Good prices on most things. I was pleased with my shipping experience .

Im appalled at the employees behaviors and unprofessionalism. Walking through Family Dollar the manager Crystal and some dude called Omar were having a job interview Near the computer. Personally I dont care about what someone else is doing until I heard the manager say Oh youre Indian good I thought you were Hispanic, I dont like his Hispanics. In a job interview!

I dont think so much for family dollar store. I had received a pair of Marilyn Monroe slippers, from my friend as a Birthday gift. Well when I opened the giftone of the slippers were a size10 to11&the other one was my size, wich is a 7to8.well I went to the family dollar storejust to exchange them for both to be the correct size, ¬no way the would do that for me. Because I didnt have the receipt for them!I asked why?its not like I wanted a lousy $6.00back.i mean now days what are you going to buy for $6.00.it would of been different if they were like $50.00 or $100.00.Im stuck with them now!Oh&Thats their policy is why they werent going to let me exchange them! I feel thats a stupid reason or policy!!
