Looking to by a Jeep but no one came out of the office. Rude. Lost my money..

Demarcus greeted me right away, (that’s big for me, if I’m not greeted I will turn right back around) asked if I had any questions & when I said I was just looking he said to let him know if I had any questions. No following me around, or asking anymore details. (Which I also really appreciate) I found one I liked and decided to go in and ask for a test drive. He immediately got me the keys and I was on the road. After the test drive he was honest, and assured me it was a great vehicle and I would not have any issues. I purchased the vehicle, and I’m very pleased. Demarcus was extremely nice, honest and genuine. I definitely recommend shopping with him and this company!!

The car was on empty they didn’t clean it. They didn’t have the title on hand. The listed the mileage at time of sale incorrect. Save your time and money don’t do business with this company!

Came in there looking for a truck after trying many other dealerships who tried to push me into buying a brand new truck or trying to push me into getting a car. I ran across a vehicle on car listing apps and also the car was listed on Kars website. I sent an inquiry asking if the vehicle was available. No reply after many days. I then drove to the dealership and did not see the vehicle. I can only assume the still listed is no longer available. Not a way in my opinion to build customer satisfaction.

I pulled up in my box chevy to check out a Jeep Wrangler...i think it was the owner came out and greeted me...i took the jeep out for a test drive (by myself) and noticed the engine light came on...now i have experience with cars so i knew nothing was wrong with the engine, and the whole car wasnt acting up..so i drove back to the dealership and asked him about it..he said it was a gromet from the air filter or something and that he would fix it..long story short, i got approved by my bank, called him and said he would take care of it over the weekend...minutes later he called me back and said i could take the Jeep home saturday! i would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a reliable vehicle! I dont know where the negative reviews are coming from.

No pressure gave me a lead to the truck I wanted. Someplace else. The nice guy said keep looking you will know the truck you wont when you see it. Thanks to him .

I called them about a truck I was interested in on a Friday afternoon and told them I wanted to look at it Saturday morning. The guy on the phone said he would go get the keys and hold it until I get there. It is a 2 hour drive for me so my wife and I got the kids up that Saturday and got there about 9:30. I walked in, no one even got up from their desk or put their phone down. I told them I was here to look at the truck I called about. I was then informed that they sold it just after I called and they never bother to call me back to inform me of that. Do not trust their word if they say they will hold it for you. A complete waist of time.

RUN AWAY from this dealership! They sell cars at an okay price but the cars are not safe. This dealership will not make you aware of ANY shoddy repairs they made to make a sale. If you decide to purchase from here please please please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion on the vehicle. Unfortunately we did not and we were stuck with thousands in repairs on our brand new to us vehicle. Kars refused to make it right and their owner refused to speak to us about the unsafe vehicle we JUST purchased from them. Save your money and your sanity and do not buy from them.

I bought my van here. Wes was amazing to deal with, not pushy at all and answered any questions I could come up with. I strongly recommend Kars to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

If you are looking for a car above 5000 do not shop here I test drove a treverse today mike was very helpful in letting me know that. All of the cars have at least one problem I asked if he was willing to make the repair and I got a no s strut was all I was asking for he implied that his mechanic joked that car so he was not fixing anything test drive them if you do and if you feel anything is wrong dont buy with doing your duedillagence take it to Midas they offer a inspection for a very reasonable price under 50$ that was the second car I looked at the first was from the one on Euclid and that water 13000 for it it needed 3000 dollars worth of work that are they to make money on auction cars without fixing the problems flagged alerts buyers beware

Horrible customer service. Who ever thinks they are professionals has clearly never been there. One star is too nice to give but what ever. One truck is as is with broken wind shield. And bad lifters. The other truck I looked at the guy broke a piece of the engine in front of me. They told me they would have it ready on Monday being it was out if gas and dead battery. I left work early and it wasnt touched at all. I waited to take it for a test drive but they went back inside to sit down did not bring a dealer plate and did not move any cars so that I could drive it. I told them how unhappy I was with customer service and the got an attitude and told me to leave. With out a care in the world. As if theyre broke down cars are going to sell them selves. Not happy at all!!!!!! Dont buy here you will regret it!!! The first trip in I had to ask the guy if he sells cars! They were not very excited to sell cars nor were they nice to me at all. I found better customer service at McDonalds!!!!!!
