Worst place to buy a car for first-time buyers.I paid $3000 for a down payment thinking this could have lowered my car payment, but unfortunately, none of the sales agents or the financial manager could have educated me. They were just after the money.If you are thinking of going there to buy yourself a car as a first-time car buyer, I would strongly encourage you to go along with someone who is experienced and financially knowledgeable.

Abraham was the nicest guy to work with. Mr. Leo absolutely made sure that I was taken care of. Tom did an amazing job and pointing out how high my credit score currently is. The Dewey team beat my banks rate. And I got a 2016 Dodge caravan. Thank you all for all that you did. I highly recommend visiting Dewey auto outlet, be prepared to drive away in a car.

Salespeople are helpful without being pushy. I went in knowing what I was looking at and for and they didnt try aggressively upsell me. I came out with a good car with good terms. I came from out of town and saw a white charger that I liked, Lourdes was helpful and kind enough to send me a video of the car before I made the trip to see it in person. Once I got there everyone was cool to talk to and made me feel very welcome. 10/10 would recommend!

I was very pleased with the patience I was given while trying to make a very big decision in buying my car and the honesty of Garret in assisting me with this he was a great help to me with his knowledge. After looking at many junk trucks at shady private auto dealers, I finally found a vehicle at Dewey Auto Group worth looking at. The sales atmosphere was professional, no sales pressure, and the two most stand-up guys you’ll ever meet were great to deal with! Garrett sold me an outstanding 2012 F-150, white w/ tan leather interior, and a white topper. Another guy who’s great to talk to is “O.D” who took the time to ensure I was taken care of all my questions were answered. Every vehicle goes through a rigorous inspection and when I asked to have something checked out before I purchased it, they went ahead and did so without hesitation. I rode my motorcycle to the dealership and it started to rain. O.D.. let me wheel it inside the showroom so I could take my new truck home that evening so I wouldn’t get wet. Personally the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! There was a couple things I was on the fence about and they made this car 100% exactly how I wanted it and made the entire process painless and so easy!

After being haggled at other dealerships and our terrible luck with the vehicles we buy (not mechanical just loan wise), we went in here with expectations that we’re completely off mark. Our sales associate Justin was extremely fun to work with. They were extremely understanding with our previous experiences and worked with us through the whole process. The sales manager Tom worked very hard to find the right vehicle to fit our budget and was able to find the perfect vehicle with extra features that was ready to go. And to put the Cherry on the cake, our finance advisor James was able to lower our monthly payment, interest rate, and loan term in an instant with no hassle. After all of our experience with dealers, this would be the one place I would come back to every single time! Can’t believe I’m saying this about a dealer, but best car buying experience I, or my husband have ever had.

I had a great experience financing a car for the first time thru Dewey auto outlet. I came in with 30% to put down roughly but without a credit score. They were still able to find a bank to finance for me and they made it pretty quick and easy, and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Tom, the general sales manager allowed me to test drive my car for a few days while my paperwork finalized. Ive never had a dealership so willing to work with me. I wont go anywhere else for my future car purchases, they have my business and you should give them a try too.

Zach let me daughter and both drive for the test drive and put up with our shenanigans. We hadnt found a car that we both agreed on until this one. It was a quick process and went smoothly. With the bitter iowa Temps this week though, the battery died and car wouldnt start the next morning. They were quick to fix the issue and replace the battery free of charge. What a joke! The sales man who showed us cars was great. But then it came to purchase time and it all went south. Instead of negotiating with the sales person Id been building a relationship with for the past hour, Daddy Manager comes over like a helicopter parent and takes over. Why even have sales people then?? Then, refuses to negotiate with me AT ALL and instead condescendingly explains we are an auto outlet... Oh really?! Wow... What couldve been a great experience ruined by bad management.

This is a great place to buy a pre-owned vehicle. My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday morning to browse their inventory and we ended up talking with Jay F. about what we were looking for. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable that we ended up buying that same day! There was no pressure, just honest feedback about all of the cars that we were considering. The application process went smooth and everyone that we talked to was extremely friendly. Jay even personally washed the car and filled it up with a full tank of gas before we took it home.
