Staff is small and ignorant. All vehicles are all lemons even if you bring back b-4 30 days. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Weve had to sink almost 4k in engine repairs and all new tires in the 6 weeks that we have had this vehicle

After searching around online for overpriced used cars, and playing hardball with local dealerships, a kind salesman recommended this car lot to me. He said theyd helped him out when he needed a vehicle and that he was still driving it to this day. He was absolutely right.When I got there, I told them my price range and they instantly came up with a small list of cars for me to choose from and allowed me to examine them in person. I didnt feel at all like I was being pressured into a purchase. You always take a risk when buying a used car, but I believe that all the cars on the lot are in good running condition to the best of the dealers knowledge.Because they have such reasonable prices for the area, they move a lot of cars. The staff is small and very personable. The downside of this is that they are a little bit disorganized, but things get figured out soon enough.I drove my new used Nissan off the lot the day I came in. This dealer is as trustworthy as used car lots around here get and I would purchase from them again.

Bought a car from here last week and it was a very good experience. The car was exactly as described, the guys were friendly, the process was simple and seamless and they were great with holding the car for me with a deposit until the rest of the funds were available.As far as the single star review that I saw, everything he mentioned should be done/checked with ANY used car purchased BY THE PERSON BUYING THE CAR regardless of what lot its from. There is no replacement for purchaser due diligence. I was offered every opportunity to have the car I purchased checked prior to closing.I wouldnt hesitate to come back for future car needs.

Went in looked at a car i had called about. I asked if i could take it to my mechanic amd they had no issue with that. Took it there and car check out came back and purchased it and was in and out within 10 minutes. Great service from everyone there. Thanks so much i will definitely be going back in the future

Stood outside waiting for someone to come talk to us about a car we were interested in. Waited for half an hour thinking he was just helping someone else, nope he was just sitting in his office looking at us while on his phone... asked if hed go down maybe a couple hundred dollars, he said no Im only selling at full price, then proceeded to say we can give him part of the money today then the rest next week.... shady business overall and horrible service, would not recommend to anybody.

This place is terrible and they love to waste your time! A family member bought a car here. They didnt have the title on hand but assured them not to worry itd be in soon. So they bought it. On their way home stopped to fill it with gas and the gas tank is leaking! Call they to fix it they keep the car for 3 days and charge them. Then when they get it back a check enegine light is on. And to make matters worse its been 2 weeks with no title!!! They call them saying its in and when they go to pick it up no one is the office and no title! This place is a joke. And the best part they forged my signature on the title!

Very bad Sirvice. They kept my handicap sign and wouldnt return my daughters calls to get it back. Turned it in to DOT. Watch the shady talk and make sure you test drive and make sure everything works. If you are a female especially, make sure you have a male or someone that doesnt get intimidated easily. They take advantage of that...

Dishonest car salesmen and business! I was buying a car for my daughter but this auto lot is selling blown up cars, fixing them to run good for the test drive. The car blew up the same night I bought it. Only 140k miles. Now I lost 5 grand.

I called on a jeep sat.he gave me all the info even went outside while I was on phone telling me details on it.so I drove over an hour got there it was what he said it was .no one hassled me .which I like .nice guy.i went in talked to him personally I think there good place .no hassel, friendly, Im going back to possibly buy it tomorrow. Yes I see neg comments but if your going to go look and your not a mechanic take someone with you or take it to one have it checked he said I could .but Im a mechanic. Good people. I usually dont buy from dealers.but I would recommend this place.

Just tried to test drive a vehicle and it had zero gas in it. Unmotivated salesmen. They said the vehicle had no issues but when we got there the power steering pump was going out. I told the salesman about it and he chuckled. Very poor customer service. Dont waste your time and money. Look elsewhere.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Bought a car from here a few months ago. When Ibought it they said they would fix the A/C. One of the lines had a hole in it. They said they had to special order it. It took 3 weeks for them to get because they get all their parts from a junk yard. They special ordered it from a junk yard lmao. It took them so long I changed the A/C line myself. Then the A/C compressor they just replaced was bad. I told them I would just replace It myself and they agreed to get me another A/C compressor. That was like 6 weeks ago and I havent heard from them. They are impossible to get ahold of too. I wouldnt recomend buying a vehicle here no matter how cheap it is.

Very unprofessional. Waited outside for over 30 min just to never get talked to. Then proceeded to walk in the building to find someone sitting on their phone listening to their air pods when they could see us standing out there the whole time....

Called and emailed repeatedly simply asking for a couple undercarriage pictures of a vehicle they had on the lot for two weeks straight since I’m from out of state. Kept making excuses that it’s raining but they ll get it done ASAP. Cash buyer, they lost out on a sale due to piss poor sales including Christian and a gal that answered the office line. Steer clear from this place not professional and have better things to do then take care of the customer and sale.

So it goes it wasnt as she thought but the salesman was very professional n knowledge he did have n answered all r questions n even though the costumers were asking questions of their own n a sale with us seemed most unlikely he still was helping us so we decided to look around some more on the lot thats when meet a sweet woman who worked there as well so she started working with us my daughter told her her price she was looking in she showed car to my daughter another man was talking with then he went n got the keys n started it my daughter didnt like that car that man was the guy thatis the boss so we all talked some more yes they now start zeroing in on what my daughter wanted n in short time nit was more like visiting a friend r a family member my daughter got saturn vue n is very happy n so I am to n impressed it was nothing like car lots lve been to in the past. Im nobody special but Im thinking i will be buying my next car from them

They said the had the wheel bearings fixed. What they didnt say is they fixed one tire, when 3 were bad. They said the check engine light was only on because of a bad sensor wrong again. It was WAY past due for an oil change which means now it has a few engine issues I have almost invested as much in the car now as I paid for it . My title also took forever to arrive, over a month.

I bought a car from here a while ago and they neglected to tell me about the hidden hole in the floor where you can see the wheel, and that it leaks tons of oil. When I told them about the issues I was told they would “take care of it” my car was with them for nearly 2 weeks and it had more problems when I got it back then it had when I put it in. Make sure your not getting taken advantage of!!!!

There may be a gem or 2 - we didnt stick around long enough to find out. Our teens saw a car online & so we went to check it out. No prices on vehicles; to us it looked like inexpensive auction flips. Car lot is not paved (or level); full of mud/debris making it difficult to drive thru and look.

After looking for over 2 weeks at cars that were overpriced i stopped in at central Iowa auto sales and Claudia and Isaac helped find the right one. 3 months later and 5,000 miles later the car is running with no issues!

Good and honest service and up front prices. They dont beat around the Bush. Thats the way it should be.

I bought a new car for my teenager on June 18th. First, we negotiated them fixing the ball joints on the car. They said they could get it done in a week. 2 and a half weeks after paying for the car, thats when we get it on July 3rd. A week after that, the tire blows on the interstate while my teenager was driving. I did not get the title for another week and a half. 3 weeks after getting the car, August 5th, it is in the shop with transmission issues. The engine was overheating and it would not switch gears. My husband drove the car and checked the tires before purchasing the car. I had to put another $2000 into the car after paying for it. I would not purchase the car from them. They must have switched something or damaged something when they had it for those first two and a half weeks. Very bad business, dishonest. Luckily my teenager knew what to do in those 2 emergencies or she would be dead right now.

If the cops ran a few VINs in their lot, I bet theyd find some stolen vehicles. Ill say more once our situation is resolved.

Friendly helpful guys been driving the car I bought from them for about 30xxx miles and havent had any problems with it yet, if your looking for a new car would definitely recommend them
