I had an appointment at 11:00 am (I checked in at 10:59 am) to get a covid booster shot and I left after 30 mins of waiting because I was told there was still a few people ahead of me. Who ever manages the pharmacy department should be reprimanded due to their incompetence.

Has limited selection but had what I needed. Clean store. Like that it doesnt have bottle return machines. Cheerful workers

Pharmacy department is great. The store is slowly introducing health foods but took away Quest pizza, they lost 300 cool points for that!

Received ad in mail from the store, this week in my daily mail. The date was 4/28/5/9, I took it to the store and asked a rep if there was a type- o for the date he stated no. This ad came with several others which had the correct dates on them.

Nice for getting staple items but no Bakery Nor Meat Department can be problematic.

Hy-Vee on 41st is within walking distance of my home. I recently moved my pharmacy there but otherwise had been doing Pandemic pickups from the Windsor Heights location a little further down the road.Today I had my first vaccine on 41st Street and the first time I had been inside a building in almost a year. I was able to pick up a prescription while I waited for my shot and I had a quiet safe clean spot to wait the 15 minutes after the shot. The staff is excellent and the shot was painless and fast. Well done

Dishonest disrespectful pharmacist says if I give her my phone number, shell call me back to let me know my prescription is ready. NOT what she did! She put my number in her computer, which is programmed for automatic dialing.An hour after I spoke to her but did nit hear back, I go down to get my prescription. Of course its not ready. They tell me to wait twenty more minutes. After waiting, they tell me they dont even have it in stock, so u have to drive to another pharmacy!!!!Two days later, their computer calls me on the phone, and wakes me up! to tell me the prescription is ready. This is after I already got it a day earlier! So, their computer wakes me up for nothing! And I never authorized my number be put in the computer.When I call to complain, all she says is, the numbers deleted. No, sorry we woke you up this morning. No, sorry we put your info in our computer without telling you. No, sorry we lied to you. Just, the number is deleted.

Nice little store. Has most of the groceries you need, good parking. Pharmacy staff is nice. This isnt a full store, but its great for running and getting what you need quickly.

I love this hyvee drug. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for help at the self check-out though, you end up sitting there with the light flashing while all the clerks seem to avoid you. Other than that, great selection, and when you are at a cashier, they are always pleasant.

Hy-Vee drugstore is absolutely fabulous they are very punctual on having refills done on time and notifying us and very very pleasant employees and always ask to make sure that you are educated on your meds that are prescribed to you

Very convenient when in need of some quick groceries. Plus they have my fav brand of fro yo ice cream.

Has fewer options than the larger Hy-Vee stores but has all the basics. No meat counter- pre packaged meat only. Same for bread- i.e no bakery, no deli counter etc. but they have pre-packaged products The liquor store has a great selection.

Hyvee is just bad. I bought a rotisserie chicken yesterday and it was undone, still pink.Also, no product to help teeth braces and aligner wears.

First time that I had been to a Hy Vee store with a post office inside with No Mail box to place your out going mail.Plus the high prices in their stores and Walmart is not far behind if people would look at the how there prices have gone up !

Each Hyvee is different. This one US ONLY OKAY. ALWAYS OUT OF THE SAME CERTAIN PRODUCTS. AND THEY HAVE HIGHER PRICES THAN OTHER HYVEE STORES.

Look, this is my neighborhood grocery store. Its got everything I need when I need it in a pinch and when I need something specialized I can go to Windsor Heights or Court Ave without much hesitation. Its convenient and Ive never had a problem with them.Until the self checkouts showed up.These little demon machines not only cant detect when something is in the bagging area, but charged my card twice. Im a millennial. I can use technology just fine. But this is ridiculous.Im more than happy spending a few cents more if that means I can actually have a real cashier take my money. Good grief.

They offer a very small amount of drugs here if you do not have a prescription, which is very very sad.

This store run out of things. They need to put more items in not fun to go too!

This location does not require masks and the management laughs at patrons who ask for mask wearing to be enforced. If you want to shop where masks are not required, this is your spot. If you want to be safe, shop elsewhere.

Quick in and out but....I think a man propositioned me... He seemed to be wandering around. It was weird.

I was very disappointed that after I waited 10 minutes for them to open they did not have any donuts.

The Prices are reasonable,the staff are helpfull, they always call to inform me of changes.

Makes a trip to the grocery store much easier since it is so much smaller but still has quite a variety of selections. So much better than having to visit a giant store, park a football field away from the building, and pick through a warehouse worth of goods. Wish they had more of these around town.

Not a huge variety and sometimes theyre missing items on the shelf but a place to go for a quick i forgot to buy the mash potatoes.

Great, but no doughnuts at the 42nd Street location. Hy-vee doughnuts are fantastic!

Hy-Vee drugstore on since Ive lived here Amy that I know the managers I know most of the employees they are so nice there considerate and kind that they will help you out with just about everything and even special order things for you that theyve done for me and I love it cuz Ive never known store to personally Order special things for me that I buy constantly and it is fantastic that I wanted a case of lemons they got it I want the special ice cream that they didnt have and they ordered it so and theyve ordered about eight different things special order for me and every time I go in there there and that I guess theres other people that are liking the things that I was special ordered because sometimes theres only one left but as long as there is I love it and yes its a great store and its the 42nd Street HyVee on University and the people are fantastic thank you.jl

Its a great place to shop for a few items but to buy real groceries I prefer a full size hy-vee or fareway.

This is my favorite HyVee. Not a big fan of them usually. This one is much smaller but it is so much quicker getting in and out. Nice Scotch selection also.

Decent place to do some quick grocery shopping. Due to proximity to public transportation and the way the local bus route is set up, I can grab one of three busses that go past it without waiting too long for return trip.Prices are a tad higher than other grocery stores but a wider selection than the Hy vee downtown with more store brands to choose from and even a slightly lower price.
