Peter is the best!. and very honest mechanics!! he knows German made cars! if you give him time, he will fix your car issues!!! I am the witness of that. I had Benz S320 I spend several hundreds dollars on it before coming to him, he fix all my car issues. The car is 1996 but it runs great now! it make the newer Benz feel shame on the highway😊 I will definitely recommend Peter for all European made cars. My family and I were going on a long road trip to Washington when the air conditioning in the car started to feel hot. I realized the AC was broken and I needed to get it fixed fast. The weather was going to be in the 100s so I knew my family wouldn’t be able to handle the heat. I decided to stop at Polonez Automotive and Wojtek replaced the AC compressor the same day I came in and he stayed after his business hours. Thank you for saving our trip Wojtek!

Peter is very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I can’t rave enough about this business. BMW wanted to charge me 10k for a bunch of unnecessary work on my X5 when I took my car in for a battery change. They scared me and made me believe that my car would practically not run if the work wasn’t completed. On top of that.. they blew a fuse when they were performing tests and the windows and lights died. They told me if I didn’t want the work done, I had to drive the car with windows open and no lights. This is the week of Xmas 2019, when it’s dark early and super cold. With Peters guidance, I finally got BMW to fix it so that I could drive to his shop and have him work on my car. Peter not only did a full on diagnostics work-up, he told me that a lot of what BMW wanted to do was completely unwarranted and not needed. Peter fixed my car at one third of the price. He gave me great suggestions on how to maximize good upkeep and I will forever be coming back to his shop to take care of my car. I’m beyond happy with his work and his professionalism. He has made a lifetime customer out of me!!!

No pressure sales. I’m still debating the repair versus scrapping it and getting a new/used car. Either way I will definitely be back for future service needs.

Very friendly guys, always take good care of me and my family when it comes to our vehicles. They are very upfront and honest, rare quality with mechanics in todays day and age. These guys will give me the here is what you need to fix now, here is what can wait, and this you dont have to worry about for a long time. I find their prices competitive to the market but you certainly save money because they are not going to charge you for something that does not require a fix.

Weve been taking both of the cars in our household here for the last few years for regular maintenance and repairs. Peter here is amazing. Looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop is often daunting but Peter definitely put our worries at ease. Hes upfront about what needs to be done and always works with us and gives us options. I had an emergency with my car traveling back to canada. I called this place right before closing and the owner stayed open for an hour passed closing! Super nice and reliable, told me what my problem was right away!! Would definitely recommend this shop!!! He also made sure I was okay to drive back to Canada with my car!! Please take this as a warning and stay far, far away from Polonez.Wed been going to them for over a year, taking in our cars for everything from brakes to oil changes and everything in between. We put a lot of money into their business and a lot of trust into both Peter and Vojtek.Within the last 6 months, we kind of started getting a feeling that something wasnt right. Sometimes wed take a car in and wait far to long to get it back. Sometimes wed get something fixed only to have to take it back again to fix the same thing. They would charge inconsistently. After replacing the brakes with them nearly 5 months ago, we took our car into another mechanic and they told us there was no way that much wear should happen on new brakes in that amount of time. We are convinced they used either cheap materials or maybe even used products.This is a safety issue and a trust issue. Despite both Peter and Vojtek seeming nice, they are a prime example of why average Joes like me cant trust the auto mechanic industry.Take your money, time, and trust elsewhere.
