They were really nice had talked to ken on the phone for a day before we managed to come in he was really helpful but when we came in we worked with Carlos he was nice but didnt really listen to us we told him our budget and type of vehicle we wanted and after running our credit and taking quite a while with that then when he did come back to talk to us he told us about a vehicle we didnt even want and wasnt in our budget it was $10,000 over what we said we could afford and when we asked about another it was the exact same thing! We actually wasted time going even though they were really nice but they dont actually listen to what you want they just do their own thing! We will be going to a different dealership that we went to before here that actually listened to the price range we can afford!

Very displeased in mkcee auto. This was my first time buying a car from an auto lot and this will be my last. Keith the sales man was nice along with all other employees but they refused to budge on the price of the jeep I was wanting to buy. They still didnt care to budge on price even after I asked them about noticeable problems like an oil leak and other little things. They wouldnt even sell it with a full tank of fuel. They said if anything I was lucky to get it at this price because they could mark it up more. Not even 24 hours of owning this jeep and I have had to tear the dash apart to repair the radio because all the wiring was electrical taped together. Its been 4 days now and we are still waiting for the sales team to text us or email us a picture of us after we bought the jeep.

McKee auto is a shady dealership that does not tell you the truth, gives you the run around, and doesn’t stand by there word. Three months later and still waiting on money we came out of pocket to pay for them purchasing a vehicle back from us to cover the loan. They said we would get the money back from the warranty company in three weeks. FAT CHANCE!!! Three months later no money and still getting the run around! now we’re reporting them with the better Business Bureau and hopefully they can learn a lesson. Highly disappointed and will not ever recommend anyone to this dealership!!!

Joe did a great job selling me my car. It all went downhill from there. They didn’t have a vital charge cord for the car (for a plug-in electric car…). This took weeks after purchase to come in, and follow up was horrible. Issue with signatures that delayed the payoff process on my old loan. Have yet to be followed up on that situation. Called in as I was nervous of a late on my credit, was told I’d be contacted next day. Never heard back, so I called in and they were extremely inattentive on the phone, told ME to follow up, and was insincere. It has been over a week and still haven’t heard from them. Would not recommend.

Please don’t buy hereThey will knowingly sell you a vehicle that needs 1000’s of dollars of work done. They have their own shop where they could fix the vehicles but they don’t, instead they wait for you to complain about the problem so they can double dip into your pockets. I was interested in truck but I was overseas, McKee auto okd my sending an SAE inspector to check the truck over. I flew back and and finalized the deal after I reviewed the inspection. The truck hadnt gone through their own inspection yet as it was in only a few days but did so after I bought the truck, in their inspection they found damage amounting to $1600 which my inspector missed. They fixed the problem and covered the bill. Repsect to the pros at McKee.

This dealership sold my daughter who goes to college 3 hours from Des Monies a vehicle with a bad motor. She only drove the car for less than 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. This vehicle gas been in the shop for the last 4 months and still is not reliable. We stated that we wanted a reliable vehicle for her since she is in college and something that would get her past college a couple of years. The dealership will not stand behind what they sell as being reliable and have told her that it has been worked on by to many people when it has only had the plugs changed out by one mechanic and since has only been to the mechanic that is currently working on it now. We dont recommend this dealership as they sell poor quality vehicles and dont stand behind their word.

Any time I call with an issue or question someone is always willing to educate me and immediately schedule me some shop time to look into issues, and nobody can beat their after market warranties! I am a customer for life!

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara from McKee in April 2020. Worked with Marty Halbur. Nice Jeep, but had an issue on the test drive. Went ahead and purchased with the understanding that the Jeep must be fixed to my satisfaction. Brought the Jeep home and had to have a repair done. McKee paid for repairs as they had promised without any issues. I am a 100% satisfied customer and would do business again with them. Experience with Marty was likely the best I’ve ever had in the purchase of a car. Highly recommend these guys!

My sister was in search of a new car (she has a hard time doing things alone as she is shy so she asked me for help). I looked up certain cars for her (based off what we already agreed she needed). McKee auto had one, so we called to go look at it. (No issues there, scheduling was easy).However, once we arrived we were greeted by a sales guy who proceeded to take notes as we sat and talked, with a freaking CRAYON. An orange crayon. We had a very limited time that day to look at cars so I asked him if we could just see the car, and then go from there (rather than him ask her questions on what she needs, when she already knew what she needed (both my mom and I have the car she wants). We get outside, and the car is in quite rough shape (which is totally ok, you cant win them all). So we tell him we will keep looking and reach out if we have any questions. I told him dont call us, since our phone is a business line, but rather we would call if we needed anything, and he said ok.Fast forward to a couple of weeks later. I get a call from them. Politely tell them she is no longer looking and to remove my number since it is a business phone and I told them I would reach out if I had questions.Then today, another call. Is this Amanda? No, may I ask who is calling? This is McKee Auto Ok, mam I asked my phone number to be removed and that I would call if we had or needed anything Is this Amanda, Mam, remove my number.... Okayyyy..... in the most snotty of voices.First off, its ok we didnt find a car there. That is quite normal. What isnt is the lack of professionalism (crayon..), and the lack of consideration when we so explicitly told them we did not want phone calls. And lastly, the attitude of someone like that 100% deterred me from ever looking there.In my opinion, the actual Chevy, Ford, etc dealerships are the best to work with. The whole in the wall places are (while I admire small business), a shot in the dark.Do not recommend this place.

Because of COVID, we conversed with this business, virtually. Trying to buy a new vehicle virtually is a new experience for all of us and this facility seems to be embarrassing it with open arms. We ended up purchasing a different one and at a different place but the Manager called us not to try and lure us and harass us but to ask how they could have done things differently and to congratulate us on our new purchase. In a world where pleasant customer service seems to be disappearing, this was a perfect example of how all businesses should operate.

Listen if you are looking for a new ride go see these guys seriously. I have not bought a preowned for 20+ years and found a super low mileage 2020 F350 @ McKee. Marty was my guy and the communication and process hands down is better than any other dealer I’ve worked with and I’m talking Porsche, Tesla, Volvo, Jag & Benz. I drove 5.5hrs each way for this truck and they went way beyond what I expected to confirm some questions about the truck and my trade so I didn’t waste a trip. Marty even asked if I wanted soda, coffee or water when I arrived when I was and hour away and knew I needed to make a quick turn so paperwork, test drive and back on the road was quick and painless. Marty followed up the next day to see how I liked the truck and inquired if I made it back safe!! I don’t write reviews but these guys are worth it. Brandon the owner chatted a bit and very appreciative of the business & I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

Very friendly staff and easy to work with. I would say they try very hard to make your needs work with what they have. Prices are fair and they will work with you, no real high pressure sales. I am not a big fan of Used Car Dealers but McKee Auto does not fit that stereo type. Be sure to check them out. I would recommend using McKee Auto for your car buying needs.

Poor customer service. Test drove a vehicle and there were a couple of issues that concerned me. Explained my interest in the vehicle, but asked if they could address the issues before moving forward with the purchase. Brandon and Marty both explained that it had not been inspected yet by their garage, and they would call me the next day to talk about my concerns. No phone call from either Stopped in there a day later and was told they had sold it that morning. They couldnt even call to follow up, but they certainly could take the time to run my credit without even asking me. Sounds like the sale was more important than the customer.
