I was able to get in within a day with Freedom Tire so they could patch a tire with a nail in it. They were quick, called me as soon as the patching was done, and held my car in their garage (not left out in the parking lot) overnight. The patch cost about $29 after tax.

Got me in right away to fix a flat about 3 months ago. Came back to get new tires put on. Awesome service.

Will always take my car here as long as theyre this close to my house. Very knowledgeable friendly tech and staff, pricing is also perfect

Seriously awful in terms of customer service. Considering car problems are already stressful enough, I cant believe how much more stressful they made my experience.I called Freedom Tire to ask if there was a charge to check my tire to determine if it needed patched or replaced. They said there would not be. I made special arrangements to get my car to this shop after hours (since it had a flat tire that was seized onto my car and wouldn’t come off), and left a note with my keys to call me before performing any chargeable services. Lo and behold, they call me the next morning to inform me there would be a $20 fee to assess my tire. There would even be a $20 fee just to fill my tire up to get it somewhere else! At this point I knew I would not be using Freedom Tire so, again, I was going to have to make special arrangements to get to my car, fill my tire up and get to a new auto center. Luckily, I called Firestone Tire across the street and they went above and beyond for me. They went across the street and filled my tire to drive it over to their shop and assess the tire for free.

Jonna quoted me out, sent me some pictures over the phone I went in and picked them up. I went to 2 other places one on Hickman and One in Waukee and they acted like they didn’t want to sell me tires and wheels, also they were $1000 higher.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Flexible on working around my schedule. Honest when giving me good news and bad news. They know what they can fix and what they cannot. I recommend!

Awesome experience

Ive been using Freedom Tire and Auto Service for about a year now. Ive had numerous oil changes, rotations, tires installed, and an alignment. The staff is friendly, and courteous. They were honest about what I needed, and didnt, and were truly concerned with making sure I wasnt getting service which I didnt need.

Wow. These guys were great. I found out last minute I was going on an eight-hour round trip with my vehicle. I needed my tires replaced really bad before I left, in addition to an oil change. I called right when they opened at 7am. They ordered my tires in and my car was ready to go by 11am as promised. I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

These guys were great. The service was very fast and the staff were friendly and understanding. They did mark up the cost of parts a bit, but really, show me an auto shop that doesnt do that these days. Otherwise, a great place to take your vehicle for routine maintenance.
