I have never left a review for any reason. With any company. I buy thousands of parts offline. For me and my company. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I ordered a roof rack from them. The sent the wrong parts to install it. After countless emails and pictures and videos. Yes they made me make a video because they accused me of lieing and not knowing how to install the product. Haha i have been a tech for 15 years. Anyway. Went threw all this and finally after 2 months I got my rack installed.By the way i have made countless reviews on there website and they will not post it. So dont ne fooled. By the reviews on thier web page they only post the 5 star reviews. Check google and yelp 1 star. Haha.

Worst company ever. Do not do business with them you will regret it like I did.

Will change once these people actually contact me. Sent out a damaged $1200 exhaust. Need fixed ASAP WITH expedited shipping.How is it that literally ALL of your competitors can answer a phone, but you can’t?

I wouldnt order from this place. They made a mistake on my order and dont follow their own return policy. The customer service is horrific since there is no one you can talk to on the phone for customer support. I hope this place rethinks about thinks or shuts down.
