I get my cars fixed at Northside often. Sometimes its faster then others, just depends on how busy they are. Best bang for your buck. If you want a straight answer, be direct and ask a straight question. If you want to save money, just ask What can you save me? Just keep in mind; in life, you get what you pay for!

Ill be back to update this review if they fix this issue but heres whats happened so far. Let me start by saying the guys here are all very friendly and cordial. My complaint is not with the people, rather the work.Wrecked car.Had them take it to Northside Auto Body to repair and repaint.Picked the car up a few days later than promised, drove it .5 miles until it over heated. Called shop, they came out and started to take it back to the shop when the coolant started to flow. Apparently the thermostat was stuck. - This happens, no big deal and they were REALLY nice and cool about everything.Got the car home, noticed black specks on it. Called them, brought car back in to shop for a couple more days while they buffed out the black overspray from whatever car they were painting black. Well, they never got it all off but I just wanted my car. Wheel well plastic was still broken. They fixed this after visit 2.Well now its been 4-5 months and Im looking at the hood. A couple chips from rocks and stuff, cant be avoided but I see on the bumper where someone applied yellow touch-up paint. WTF? I didnt touch anything up... also, now looking more closely, it appears there are visible runs in the paint on the front bumper and the hood! You can see the paint RUNNING OFF THE HOOD... very shoddy work.The repairs: Battery tray is still broken, headlight frame/rail thing is still broken, they apparently CUT it at right angles around the hood latch to make it look nicer but it wasnt replaced. Theres just a lot of broken stuff.Im going to try calling in again tomorrow, but this is tough because Im a nice guy and dont much like confrontation so its going to be interesting to see if I can get them to fix these issues. Personally, I think they need to take the car and try the whole thing again. Take everything off, fix or replace the broken stuff and replace and repaint.

If I could put 0 stars I would...DO NOT take your car here. They are very rude and unprofessional. They told me my car would be there one day for a simple window fix. My car has been there 2 days now, no call, no nothing..Ive had to get ahold of them and track this guy down to find out what was going on. Then he told me he fixed it but it was gonna cost over 200 dollars. If it was going to be that much, I would of liked to know before he touched it. I told him just forget it Ill take the car un fixed, and he said no. That they jimmied the window and he worked on it so I need to pay him 75 dollars cold green cash as he put it, or Im not getting my car back. He wont even let me pay with a card now. Hes basically stealing my car and holding it hostage unless I pay him. I asked if this is how he does business and he said he doesnt need our business and was yelling at me being completely rude. Ive never been treated like this from a business owner. Andy, your a true ass hole and you need to get your business strategy figured out because auto shops tell the owner whats going on before they touch the vehicle. They also give you an estimate. Youve had my car 2 days. For a simple fix, I wanted to know what was wrong with it before you touched it. Now you wont even work with me and your a total dick. Better Business Bereu will be getting a call about you.
