They are so unprofessional I won’t even have a payment due and they’re calling me weeks in advance asking me when I’m going to pay when I ask what my payout is they’re supposed to call me right back she says in 10 minutes and then will never call me back I have to keep harassing them just to get a receipt emailed to me. That’s not true because I’m current in my payments and I had to ask them why are you calling me if I’m Current they had nothing to say so I told them don’t call me unless my bill is due or past due and I still have not gotten the receipt they said they were going to email me so once again they are unprofessional

My account was charged for auto pay by accident but after getting a hold of them they were really quick and fixing the issue I highly recommend going to this place if a problem arises they will do their utmost to fix the problem

They are in business to provide instant gratification and without batting an eye; they will excessively call you when you miss a payment My client died at the beginning of this Pandemic so I was 1 month short of a payment. I explained my situation to them but still they called me 3 or 4 times daily. I get that YOU GOTTA have your money! But excessively calling and not giving a person a chance to call back is just plain RUDE. THE WORST. Such predatory lending. Start calling several times a day on the actual due date. I made a one-time payment using the website and a week later they helped themselves to another payment using that information that I did not authorize. This place should be shut down. They harass and use unethical business practices. I actually work in debt collections for a reputable company in the area that finances agricultural equipment and know that what the are doing is illegal.

Always treated with respect and honestly. These guys are the best. I highly recommend them.

I feel lied to about credit reporting which is why I wanted to do business with them. I got the credit karma app on my phone to keep my credit tracked and it doesnt show up on my report. Also me my and my girl went in one day she 8 months pregnant she asked to use the restroom and they told her no! Ive used the bathroom their number of times, were your paying customers, It was so inconsiderate and just disrespect I have to cancel my account and never do business with them again.

Ive been able to buy things that I didnt really have the credit for but they tell you this helps your credit!! NO IT DOESNT!!! They dont report to credit bureaus unless your late!!! I knew I was leading and that Id pay extra for it but at least give me credit for doing a good job making my payments on time!

Stop spamming your ads on the local Craigslist. I get that youre running a business but 4-5 ads about the same thing constantly popping up is overkill. Rent-to-own is a scam anyways that preys upon people with poor credit. People need to realize they could get a credit card and still pay way less in interest on something like a PS4. Post your ads in the services section anyways. Youre not selling anything, youre leasing things out to people and your ads are obnoxious in the for sale section.

I agree with Zachary, you are spamming Craigslist with your lousy snake oil advertisements. $1389.60 for an Xbox One? Are you out of your mind? All someone needs to do is save that $58 for 4 months and they could buy a decent used one or save for 6 months and buy the real deal! You have a total 16 ads (8 Xbox, 8 PS4) clogging up Craigslist at the time of this writing. Thats a violation of Craigslist TOS and you do realize theres a renew button on ads, right?

They do everything by hand with paper. They should really convert to using computers. We spent ten minutes just waiting for them to find my boyfriends name in their papers

Horrible experience. Interest rate astronomical, which is to be expected, but they will NOT provide statements or accounting of payments and charges.
