Great deals on a variety of items. Area rugs are great variety and quality and reasonably priced for example. Ive bought a wide variety of items. Definitely recommend to check it out.

This place is a joke - I’ve come in multiple times and the staff hasn’t once acknowledged my presence or ask if I need help. Even at checkout no one even says hello or have a good day. I go in today to do a simple return, no one is at the service desk - so I wait in a regular line for 5 minutes only to be told I have to go wait in another line because she’s not authorized to do returns. How am I supposed to know what line to go in? This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Why couldn’t the cashiers have simply switched places so I wouldn’t have to wait again? They have some decent deals but management clearly an issue, and it affects the overall shopping experience.

Bought an ac from them for 299 dollars it leaks and spills water all over my house yet they won’t help me they referred me to the manufacturer who doesn’t respond. Do not buy any ac heaters ext they don’t stand by there customers. Horrible way to do business. Should take care of your customers.

Always good deals on seasonal items.The checkouts are a bit slow but great people working hard. I like to find unique food items here for traditional different ethnicity quisines. They have it.

Not much to say. Its Ocean State, grabbed some random stuff at reasonable prices. Unfortunately they didnt bag one item and didnt point it out to me so only realized when I got home. They said bring receipt in to pick it up. Not going out of my way for a $2 item. Lesson learned, count up your stuff before you leave.

Went there for pool supplies .Found everything except for chlorine .Apparently supply of chlorine is limited due to chlorine factory fire. Tried 2 other places same thing.

This is a discount department store with frequently changing products. They do have items that you would find at regular stores for a cheaper price, but the real benefit is in their crazy deals and Insiders club. I dont think it will replace your regular trips to a normal department store, but its well worth keeping an eye on. 😊

The staff here always get 5 stars from me. I never know if theyll have what Im looking for, often they have things I didnt know I wanted. A 4 lbs. can of tuna for 9.99, for example. I dont think I ever saw one that large. Prices are reasonable, the assortment of things they carry is wide and unpredictable. They just might have what you wanted.

Picked up a great heated blanket as a Christmas gift, on sale for $20. Always great bargains!

They have things that Walmart doesnt and at cheaper prices.

As far as deals are concerned, this place doesnt compete with Walmart or regular chain stores. There is one section i find unique. They have old vhs tapes and software that looks like its from the early 2000. Not much in variety but its there. They also have cheap old books. One other section i like was the coffee section. They have some reasonably priced unique coffee. Its worth checking out. The store is clean and taken care of well.

They have some cool stuff. Some good deals on summer stuff and clearance on winter gear. Place has good charger accessories for iPhone and droid too!!!! Summer stuff is also out chairs grill covers and outdoor mats. Also great indoor rug selection.😉

This Store is really great, with really friendly and helpful people. They have a great food selection and love the way they bring in the seasonal products. While shopping there the people I spoke to really liked the products, prices and how clean and organized the store is. Some of them said they drove to this store because of the reasons I stated above. Great deals, great products and a very nice new store manager (Christina). I will be shopping there more often...

A little while ago my wife and I went looking for a new mattress pad. We found a nice one at a great price. We also found other items we needed. The employees asked if we needed help while we were there and the cashier was also helpful. Its a great store to shop at with good deals on everything.

I love shopping here you never know what you will find. Clothing, food, personal care items, kitchen & domestics, pet supplies, automotive, toys and even garden & pool supplies.I really appreciate the crazy deals & store cards that they give, really stretches my shopping budget especially on items purchased that I would be buying anyways.If I could, Id request to have more Moores buffalo sauce, its the very best sauce and I can only get at your store.I shop in three locations, Nashua, Derry & Hooksett and all staff is always accommodating, especially Jarvis in the Nashua store. 😉

I love this store. I am always finding great deals on seasonal items that other stores no longer carry, like sleds, kids 3M gloves (waterproof), etc... If you cant find something, try this store. Also they are very friendly and their return policy is very customer friendly.

Good deals, but compare, its a scavenger hunt!Many items are seasonal, with good deals, off brands, or close sell/use by dates....Some stuff is genuinely a deal, some iffy.

Staff is always friendly and helpful here. Sometimes theres a bit of a line but they always scramble to make sure they dont keep you waiting any longer than necessary. Great selection of random, inexpensive snack foods, drinks, and candy!! Very reasonable prices on everything, you never know what you might find. This time I got a big bottle of shampoo for $7, a pair of over glasses sunglasses for $5, and a bunch of energy drinks for $.89 each! You may not find the same items every time you come in, but theres something in here for everyone. Car stuff, cleaning supplies, toiletries, clothes, garden/yard supplies, kids toys, dog treats, everything! Only downside is the store ALWAYS looks closed because of the tint on their front doors, and some areas of the store are a little disorganized and dark. Otherwise 5 stars.

Horrible service, place is not clean at all! They also close way to early! That’s why I rate it 1 star! Also, I got my dog a toy and it broke as soon as I handed it to him! RIP OFF!

RIP OFF!!!!! I get the 2% surcharge for the associates (if that is where it actually goes) but they jacked the prices of everything through the roof. $8.00 for a pint of hand sanitizer $40.00 for a gallon. Not even brand name. Then at the registers, the cashier tells me it is $36 but it actually charged me $48. (Oh and the 2% upcharge is actually closer to 3%). Used to love this place now forget it.

Because your store is so jumbled and crazy with little to no organization. It makes for a bothersome visit. I used to love it here. Now I barely visit it. So its not bad.. but it could use some improvement.

In New England terms, its sort of a next generation Building 19: good stuff cheap, except their products are in good shape, and not badly mangled like B-19s were.Youd be surprised at how much you can save. Dog treats that cost over $5 at Petco go for $2-$3. Food basics? Subtract at least a dollar per item.Make sure to sign up for the free shopping card. You can get some even more outrageous deals that way.

Both Derry and Hooksett stores have the greatest staff. Helpful and friendly. I never have a problem with my large service dog either!! Hugsabunch!

Not the greatest collection of items here, but if you hunt, you can find some really nice discounts. (My wife pretty much cleans them out on dog toys each month - as they are at least 1/2 the price as anywhere else and my dogs tear through them). Its a discount store, so you pretty much get what you expect when walking in.

Great deals every day! My favorite place to shop. Plenty of stock and fantastic deals for insider card holders. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Its a little hard to describe this store.To me, its like Building 19 and a Dollar Store had a Baby. However, this Baby eats more than Single Dollar Bills.IT IS NOT A DOLLAR STORE !!You can definitely find some good deals but Id suggest checking an items price, with a quick web search just to make sure your getting the best possible price or close to it.They sell a Lot of Job Lot of items, from clothing to rugs, some minor tools, electronic accessories to Food which is not brand name. If you receive an ad in the mail and you see something that you want, I wouldnt hesitate to go, as the good deals are gone quicky.Well, thats been my experience anyway..

Know your prices! Both the pool solar cover we looked at online is less expensive (inc S&H!) and the large resin Deck Boxes (Suncast, 100 gallon... the exact same box) is $21 less expensive @ Home Depot. Needing 2 thats a big savings. We asked, they dont price match.

A wide selection of products for the home, car, kids, etc, at good prices. I usually get my wild bird seeds and suets here. I also get some of my bread making supplies here. They have several Bobs Red Mill products including gluten-free items.

Off putting lighting and extremely weird vibe throughout the entire place. Got what I needed no problem, just not a typical experience I would want to go through again.

These employees absolutely are understaffed, underpaid, but are extremely nice and welcoming except for one employee the last five years as a customer, went for a job, three interviews later including a holiday and it came down to literally district manager not in favor of hiring me, their loss

You can find items here that are twice as much at other stores. They dont always have a great selection, but the great thing is that the are always getting new things. I have found a lot of good deals here!

If u know ur costs and values. U can find some bargains. In this store, managers dont help when lines are longer. They used to jump in and open another register. Now they dont.

We have gotten some seriously fantastic, quality deals here. Check their flyer, either if you get it in the mail or if you dont, check on-line.We took a walk-thru when they first opened... couple hundred bucks later... no seriously- if you need something, check them first. They have such an array of things @ awesome $$; theres no way you will walk out of there w/o SOMETHING.Im not going to say what I go in for bc its like my little secret, (though Im sure so many ppl know about this gem) - but still... I dont tell anyone because the deal is THAT GOOD & I hate going in to get some & they are completely out.I will say this - its for my dog. The product I get, the size of each selection, the fact that I can hand-pick what Im buying & the extremely low $ for them is amazing. Any other place - Walmart, Pet Stores - you would NOT get any of that (size, cant hand pick, theres like 10 tiny ones in a bag) & it would cost you 3x as much, if not more.So personally, I happen to love this store because you can always find what you need & the $$s are unbeatable.Best of luck finding your hidden gems!!

Ocean State Job Lots is open to the public. It has many department store items at reduced prices. Today when I was checking out there werent enough registers open to handle the number of people.

2% surcharge on all sales that is supposed to go to the help but only one cashier and a long line. If you want to reward your employees during covid, get your customers in and out quickly for minimal exposure risk. Penalizing customers isnt the answer.
