Really a pretty standard mattress store experience. The folks were helpful enough and there were plenty of mattresses to choose from. We ended up not making a purchase while we were there only because we had already decided to check some other stores. I certainly wouldnt rule this place out but nothing mind-blowing.

I was not sure which mattresses would be within my budget and Chris helped me with an amazing price for 3 mattresses and boxsprings. When an item wasnt in store he helped me get it online and set up delivery easily. I unexpectedly had to reschedule delivery, but it was fixed with no issues or charges. I would highly recommend!

Chris was amazing! He was incredibly helpful on the numerous visits we made while trying to find a bed that worked for us that was in our price range. He answered all of our questions, plus had so much other knowledge about the products available. He made us feel very comfortable and took an interest in what we had to say about the beds and not just what would be the best sale. We needed a box spring after buying a new bed frame. We called the Derby store and spoke with Chris. He gave us several choices and prices. We went into the story at closing time and received excellent service. Very professional and customer focused experience. They loaded the box spring for us. Perfect experience.

We purchased a queen size box spring/foundation piece this afternoon at the derby store although it didn’t work (hopefully they will refund our money)!! we had great service it was also a cheaper price than across the street I would highly recommend any one that is looking for great service and great prices to check out the mattress firm you will not regret it for 1 moment thanks again

Chris was very helpful but the whole process was a little daunting with the whole measuring thing. When a person buys a product they don’t expect to have to do all this work to get it warranties. Also I don’t believe the customer should have to pay for the delivery a second time. This has nothing to do with the service I received was very good and he was very helpful to me. I think in the future what the warranty covers should be expressly covered with the customers.

We were the only customers at the time so that made the experience better. The salesman was helpful and listened to us. We had a couple basic requirements so it was easy to narrow down our selection. We ended up spending more than we wanted to.....but we got exactly what we wanted. Deliverymen were courteous and helpful.

Laura was exceptional with helping us!This was originally a 5 star rating.The original mattress we wanted was apparently being discontinuing, but Laura gave us a discount on the mattress we ended up picking because of that, which was nice.We scheduled our delivery date a month out so that we could get the mattress and the base at the same time. Well, I got an automated call from the delivery company stating my delivery was coming 2 weeks before we intended. We were thrilled until the mattress arrived and the base didnt; the base was still going to be delivered in 2 weeks. This of course defeated the goal we were aiming for, so now our brand new expensive mattress is on the floor. I called Mattress Firm to ask them what happened and they claimed theyre computer software didnt notify them our delivery was incomplete- they stated it typically does. I understand this issue was likely out of their control, but it was disappointing when we were assured everything would be delivered together multiple times, and then that not be the case. The salesman stated we would not be charged for the 2nd delivery. Aside from that, the customer service was good, our overall experience was decent.

We had a wonderful experience at this store. We went in three separate times (due to our own indecisiveness) and Luke remembered us each time. Luke made our search for the right mattress very easy. There are color coded mattresses and pillows to help narrow down the options as well as the different types of mattresses being grouped together. Whichever level of comfort or type of mattress you are looking for they have it all. Customer service, knowledge of the products on the market and easy financing options make this my choice in vendors in the area. Delivery was phenomenal as well, even swapping out box spring sets for a lower profile was taken care of to make us happy.

The salesperson was great and I was really happy with the mattress I paid for and the price was pretty good. However I am writing this review sleeping on my floor because they tell YOU when they will be able to deliver it. And if you’re like me and you have a regular business hours job, good luck trying to reschedule for a weekend. I actually had this Wednesday off as well, but guess what, they don’t deliver on Wednesdays!!
