They did a wonderful job on the repairs (some exterior damage). I was planning on going from their location straight to the car wash to do a good cleaning because Id given it to them fairly dirty. No need. They had detailed it inside and out. So clean and ready to go. Much appreciated!

These guys did an awesome job with my car! They explained my routes with self-pay and filing and insurance claim (I hit a raccoon) and how each has its own benefit. I was communicated with thoroughly throughout my entire experience once I dropped off my car. I even got an on time delivery as initially promised despite additional repairs being needed. I had been meaning to change out my old wiper blades and clean out out my car, but to my surprise they swapped both wipers out for new ones and vacuumed out my interior.All in all my bumper and some underbrush guards had to be replaced. They were able to paint match the new bumper to the rest of the car perfectly and get the new guards installed in just a few days. Great quality of work and excellent customer service.

My car was ready earlier than they originally told me, which was a very nice surprise. Quality of the work looks great and blends seamlessly. What I was most excited about was getting my car back beautifully clean on the outside, but also super clean on the INSIDE! Very open with communication. My estimator was Cort and he was amazing to work with. He communicated with me about the initial face value repairs and provided updates upon stripping my car which revealed additional damage. I only had to deal with the other drivers insurance company twice before taking it to Shelton, and never had to reach out to them again as Shelton dealt with them directly. I got my car back in a timely manner and it was clean on the outside AND inside. Overall, this was an easy process even with the current Covid19 pandemic.

Did a good job but charged 4 labor hours for a 40 min job. All together $280 for $20 in parts and less than an hour of work.... A little ridiculousReply to reply: Was the same price as quoted. But try and cover your butt if you want. Just moved back to derby. Wont be back here

Last year around this month I was involved in a car accident. A young gale hit us from behind and damage back light and part of the bumper. I took my car to repair to this location. Kenny Thompson was handling my car then from been a regular fix, they put my car at total lost. I was completely desapointed. I took a while for Me Thompson to respond my emails then they lost my license plate. First they said one of the employees put away then they couldnt find it at their place and give me the explanation that someone stole it. He was rude, not even apologize or refund my money for what I paid for my license. So I reported stolen from Shelton Collision to the police department. Worse place ever. For my experience were dishonest, poor customer service and rude. Taking my car there was not a good decision on my part. I did trust them (Kenny Thompson) with my problem and they failed me. I lost my car and my license place in this place. I dont recommend to anyone.

Had a shallow dent in one door (parking lot). Shelton did a phenominal job on my dads Kia 2 years back so I knew who to call. One of their techs popped the dent with his bare hand while I waited. Wouldnt even know it was ever there. Sheltons the best. Thanks guys!

Needing a repair facility for my Honda accord after it was hit while parked, some friends and coworkers told me that Shelton collision was very honest and good. I stopped in and they took care of everything from contacting the insurance company to setting up a rental vehicle, my car looks just as nice as it was on the day I bought it when they were finished. If I needed their services again they will undoubtedly get my business and I will always recommend them to others in need of their service

Took my Jeep Compass to Shelton after someone side swiped my rear door and quarter panel. They did a great job from start to finish. Their estimate was was thorough and accurate. Not only did they repair the damage and do a great job blending the paint, but they parked it with the repaired side facing the sun so I could inspect it. They washed it (of course), but they also cleaned and detailed the interior. If I didnt know any better, Id think it was new. Thanks for the great work!

Great customer service and realistic cost!

Took my car in for repair of hail damage. Kenny did a good job of outlining what they would do and upfront about costs. After the work was done, there was not any evidence of the previous hail damage and my car was back to new. They do outstanding work. Don’t choose these fly by night places that pop up after a hail storm, pick a long time business, like Shelton Collision. Will definitely use them in the future if I have further needs.

The vehicle was fixed ahead of time and the customer service process was great. A rental vehicle was ready when I dropped off my repair. My repaired vehicle was vacuumed and cleaned outside and in. Great service and I highly recommend.

Shelton Collision Repair took very good care of us after our accident, staff is very friendly and they quickly assessed the damages and gave us an estimate right away! Work was completed in less than a week! Hopefully we don’t need anything done anytime soon but we would come back here for sure.

These Folks get the job done. I drop my Magnum off and when it is promised to be done 9 times out of 10 it is done. If there is a discrepancy it is usually is because a part was defective from their supplier. They always call when there might be an issue. Will always take my Magnum back there for repair work.

Dishonest. I went in to get an estimate. They sent it to the insurance company without my permission, then called me and said that the insurance had given them the assignment. I had not chosen them to do my repairs. Now Im going with Collision Works.
