Terrible customer service when it comes to asking questions about a statement and late fees. They apply payments as they wish creating a mess on statements. Weve been constantly calling to reach clarification for more than a month now, and we are always told that the Controller needs to talk to us. The Controller has never reached out, and after more than a month, we have yet to be able to resolve this.

I love the staff members, they are SUPER professional and VERY nice. I have had nothing but great experiences while at the shop. The staff members in the back are quick and super friendly and the staff members working in the front office are a hoot! 10/10 would recommend!
