We bought some nice patio furniture but couldn’t enjoy it much due to the intense heat. After looking at several options we decided on a Solara louvered pergola. Tommy came out and helped us design the right pergola for our sitting area. He was easy to work with and told us exactly what to expect. The installation was timely and professional. We love it. We’re out there every minute we can, rain or shine.

They offer the Solera which is the best for CO! We were able to use our patio year round and moving slats are so cool.Tommy and his team did a great job for us start to finish. Any issues were address quickly. Highly recommend.

Our sunrooms are 18 years old. We had a few panels replaced when seals broke. The service was excellent and they did a good job of making sure all the caulking was updated. The rooms change the entire feel of the house.

Colorado Sunroom installed replacement glass for hail-damaged Four Seasons glass panels in my sunroom. After the storm they responded by removing the broken glass and sealing the opening. The owner of the company even came down from Denver himself to help solve the issues in my sunroom. Upon receiving the new glass panels they promptly installed them. All the work was excellent and the personnel who did the work were clean, polite, and efficient. I gladly recommend this company

Asked for prices for some parts to fix a sun room I had acquired. They didnt have the parts I needed. Very nice and helpful though.

We were provided a very detailed construction proposal and contract. The contract was to build a sunroom situated between 2 decks (the sunroom sits on the lower deck while the upper deck serves as its ceiling, so to speak.) CO Sunroom was to build everything and I mean everything including rebuilding the 2 decks, deck flooring, dry-below system, veneer-covered post, and electrical. All that, we certainly dont mind, and we were very certain that it was going to be a superb sunroom. The issue that we had was that all subcontractors and materials are to be marked up 35%. I dont know about whether all other contractors do the same for materials, but we ask to use our own trusted master electrician and was declined. We dont mind CO Sunroom hiring its own electrician but to then marked up 35% the cost is just too much. In the end, we realize that we dont want/need a golden sunroom; one notch below is fine with us as we need the funding to pay for other projects around the house (simultaneously building a much larger deck in the back while also renovating the backyard) and so we decline the offer. If people want top-notch sunroom and cost is of no issue, CO Sunroom is the one to go with.

My introduction to Colorado Sunroom etc. began as a result of the May 2017 hailstorm, My roofing company suggested to me that they could take care of the damage by putting a slurry on the sunroom cover (similar to what is used to repair the roofs of motor homes. My insurance company advised against that and I started the search. I got numerous estimates but what impressed me the most about Colorado Sunroom was that their salesperson came out and said that he knew all about these types of covers (versus other companies that stated they could probably come up with something). This salesperson also worked a lot with my insurance company with lots of backup and reasons why Colorado Sunroom was a little bit more expensive and the reason why (with diagrams and numbers). He went above and beyond with the insurance company. The cover was installed 2 weeks ago and it is beautiful and the installers were great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a sunroom!

This job was much more difficult than it was suppose to be. These guys worked their tails off and finished the job in fine fashion. They were very easy to work with.
