I can see why everyone raves about how nice people are here.I was looking for a place to get rid of a trailer full of pallets and spite the fact that they dont buy or accept pallets anymore they still let me unload and the employees helped me with the rest of the trash I had. They look like a thriving business and they really didnt have to do that but they went out of their way to.What a nice gesture!!Thank you L & R

Picked up a load of 13 pallets here 11/30. Ill be coming back if Im in the area. The employees were absolutely wonderful and upbeat. This place was almost relaxing after navigating Denver traffic. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I have visited L&R Pallet on several occasions and was given a tour. I also have many friends who love working there. During the tour I saw many employees from different countries working together. I have been impressed with how the management of this company cares for their employees and want to see them succeed. I shadowed at this company recently and was able to learn from everyone there what it is actually like. This company hires anyone but also includes refugees. They have translators so language doesn’t become a problem and have even offered English classes within the company. If you have a question about the values then all I can tell you is that it is good. They have a care and culture director who helps the refugees asimilate and offers all the employees help. For example if someone needs a microwave or a bed everyone comes together to help that person. This is a company that today treats their employees like people instead of numbers. It’s a company that truly cares and anyone would in fact be lucky to work at in the midst of all the junk companies floating around.

This company is absolutely wonderful! They treat their employees like family. The employees are an extremely hard working team. They should be proud to be a part of L & R.

My husband and I were in need of getting a pallet of ours fumigated and certified for international shipping. We called several local pallet companies, but no one but L&R Pallet could get it done quickly. Alan, was able to get us in on the same day that we called. We picked it up the next day. Way to go L&R Pallet. You more than exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use L&R for any of our future pallet needs!

Worst company ever. My dad worked here and they treat their employees so bad! They pray every Friday but why pray if their such evil people? I wish I can give it a zero star review.

I have visited this company and toured their facility. They are the most caring employers I have witnessed. They go above and beyond in providing services to help their employees both within the workplace and in their personal lives.

Laughing my butt off at the obviously planted reviews about the environment at L&R. My partner worked in L&R management and had the worst work experience of their life! Only a real shady company would plant bogus reviews on their website. The best part is their facilities! They have no lunch room, break room, but do allow the employees to use an outhouse (how generous.) Workers are overworked, unappreciated, looked down upon and treated poorly. If youre a prospective employee: run.... the ifco pallet plant is a much better environment than this modern day plantation. If youre a prospective client: run..... do you really wanna be associated with a company with such foul business practices? Would give 0 stars if I could.

L&R pallet is a very racist and a bad company. They treat their employees like crap, mostly their black employees. If your african american and think about doing business with this very racist company stand clear. Customers who are against racism please find another pallet company to do business with, there are plenty of good honest pallet companies around. Im only making this review because I dont know any other way to fight for good hard working minority Americans against these corporate crooks.
