Stopped in after exercising at the gym next door because I needed new running shoes. I was glad to see that they carry Brooks which is my preferred brand! Sandy was fantastic and walked me through sizing my foot and really understanding the fit I was looking for. He included arch support free of charge, too. Great experience overall and Ill plan to return next time I need new shoes!

Took my dad to Fritzy Feet for shoes and slippers. Fritzy knew exactly what my dad needed so that he would have comfortable footwear that fit him well. I also thought the prices for specialized shoes and inserts were more affordable than I expected.

I went there yesterday really nice people the cashier guy was super nice, went to get my mom some diabetic sandals and she loves them !!!! They really didn’t help us out until 15 min later the cashier went up to us! Really good price as well love it I do recommend this place for people who have problems with there feet’s

I really enjoyed working with Mike. I didnt now that this kind of service existed anymore, but was exactly what I was looking for. I have been suffering from psoriatic arthritis for several years . Mike took the time to explain why I was wearing the wrong size shoes that had insufficient arch support and made sure to order the right size boots based on width and were the arch support was. I am hopeful that he has extended my carrer well through the rest of my 60s

I have not found a better place to buy shoes. Mike and the crew are the best, most helpful and knowledgeable staff around. I have purchased several pairs of shoes as well as orthotics and have been very satisfied with my purchases. Mike educated me on what to do for plantar facetious and helped me pick out some compression socks. This is also the place to go to for diabetic shoes. Not only has a Fritzy Feet helped my diabetic mother but several others who need therapeutic shoes. I highly recommend this great shoe store!

Hats off to Mike at Fritzy Feet. For years I have struggled with fallen arches and flat feet. I have probably been to 12 different doctors for help and their expertise. Buying shoes has always been hard for me due to wide feet with collapsing arches and am currently dealing with Plantar fasciitis. Usually I have to try on 5-10 pairs to find a decent fit and many times specialty stores have to order me additional pairs just to try on. Within 5 minutes at Fritzy Feet after being asked a few questions about my issues I was handed the most perfect show right away along with compression socks.Mike asked where my pain is, what my Physical Therapist said the pain stems from and then took a look at my foot and where I wear down my shoes. He explained why I just need proper shoe with support over orthopedics and answered all my questions. He also provided a loafer to give me support while I work from home and made onsite adjusts to make the fit perfect.4 weeks later all my purchases have held up and provided the relief I needed. I cant recommend this place enough for anyone without the standard perfect foot as it sometimes does take an expert to help us out. I appreciate the thoroughness of questioning and the fact that orthopedics werent just thrown at me as that has been my experience in the past.

Fritzy Feet was at the Lowry shopping center. Then they moved and I did not know where. Me and my sister found it a few days ago. I absolutely love it! They were so attentive. I went to a podiatrist and got orthotics still did not get the treatment I received here. The suggestions for the pain was outstanding. Wish I knew where Fritzy Feet was a few months ago. This is my new store for ALL my podiatry needs from now on. Thank you Mayra and Mike for the GREAT SERVICE!!!

I went to Fritzy Feet at 200 Quebec, last week. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, a heel spur, little fat pad on both feet. Chronic pain which makes it hard to exercise or walk my dog. I bought a pair of shoes & with Birkenstock inserts. My feet feel 95% better. I had a wonderful sales lady that knew how to help. She was awesome. I will go there from now on. GREAT customer service!

My brother lives at a Care facility. My brother is disabled and among other issues has diabetes. This store is GREAT. The store had a foot speciast go to the facilty and fit my brother for his new shoes. Months later the Velcro stopped working and the owner of the store personally went to my brothers Care facilty and fitted him with a new pair. If that wasnt. Awesome. The owner of this shoe store took my brothers shoes to get them fixed. Those shoes that had Velcro issues were brought to my house fixed today Sunday!!. Since no one is allowed at the facility because of the virus. This owner took time out of his Sunday and brought me my brothers fixed shoes. I am very thankful and needed everyone I could tell to know THAT GOOD PEOPLE. Good caring people do exist.

Absolutely wonderful! I suffered with leg length discrepancy for years, I never thought anything but surgery could help. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They took my measurements, and made sure I got the support I needed. I cannot tell you how much theyve helped me. If you need any kind of orthopedic help, this is the place to go! Please dont wait another day with pain, I am so happy i can walk without pain.

Great people, fast turn around times and very reasonable prices on shoe repair. I felt so comfortable working with them and they cared about how my repair (stretching my shoes) went, which was great. I would recommend this over other shops I have dealt with, not because the others are bad, but because the care and individual service I received here made me feel so welcome (and they did my repair in a day for a great price).

Went in for a new pair of feel good shoes for a party Im going to this weekend. As usual, had terrific help, great selection, and came away with my party shoes as well as some great sandals for someone like me that has to have both toes and ankles covered. Mike, I cannot thank you enough for this superb pair of shoes that are literally changing my life. I’m a local truck driver. The job required a lot of climbing up the trailer, moving freight and honestly before i stoped at this amazing store, my days were rough and exhausting. What a selection! So many to choose from if you’re looking for something specific, and even more options that you didn’t even know you needed! Went in accompanying my partner not expecting to buy a pair of shoes, and left with a pair that I absolutely had to have! We are already eyeing our next pair that we saw!

Came in lookin for seamless socks to wear as a second pair over a partial foot amputation. Was sold three pairs only one of which was seamlesd. Ripoff company. Do not shoop here for diabetic needs.

I have been suffering with for pain for so long. Mike made shoe recommendations and fit me with shoes and inserts to help. He also made other recommendations for things I can do to help my feet heal. I left almost in tears with little to no pain. These guys know feet and are above and beyond anything my doctor would do.

Saved my feet and my sanity! I cant say enough about what a great job these guys do. Im a big dude who loves sports and happened to have been born with two of the most anatomically messed up feet around. The people here have been nothing but nice, helpful and awesome in helping me deal with my plantar fasciitis. They made me a pair of the best custom orthotics Ive ever used. And, this is what really sets them apart, they have repaired, altered and fixed them probably 10 times in the two years since I purchased them - for free! I get the feeling that they really, really care about my foot health. Chris especially knows more about feet and foot problems than most of the podiatrists Ive seen in my life and hes always happy to educate me. I referred a tennis buddy of mine, who also suffered from PF, to them and the orthotics they built for him cleared up all his foot pain within a month. If you have any foot issues stop by Fritzy Feet.

We had a very good visit. A lot of footware items in this store you cant get a big box store. Everything there from fashion footware to atheletic. Good location, and an overall nice shopping area. The inventory is large and the service wasvery good. You should check this store out.

This is a mixed review of sorts so I urge you to read on and be patient. I had originally called the Store on Youngsfield because its much closer. They were UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! I had purchased some shoes online that didnt fit through a company associated with Fritzy. When I called the Lakewood store I asked if I might be able to return them there and asked if they could help me find a more appropriate shoe for my foot issues. He first told me I couldnt return them there they would have to go back to the manufacturer, which was a little inconvenient but I understood. The guy told me I wouldnt be having this problem had I just purchased the shoes from him, Well I didnt even know about them until AFTER I purchased the shoes. He made no attempt to help me and was so unprofessional and rude I told him Id rather drive the extra half hour to Aurora. He didnt even attempt to keep my business. When I called the Aurora store the guys I spoke with Chris and Mike I believe where so friendly and helpful I couldnt help but want to go in. I took the trek to the Aurora store and they were great! They sold me shoes and insoles that ended up being more expensive then the original ones I bought, did some massaging on my feet, treated me great and sent me on my way. I left feeling confident about my purchase. However within a day my feet began to hurt more than they did before. It hurt just to stand, and I work on my feet a lot. I had also bought them with intentions to began training for a 5K so was hoping I got what I asked for, a versatile shoe. They told me to feel free to call at anytime with issues so I did. When I explained my pain, telling them the insoles felt like I was standing on concrete they said you just have to break them in and let your feet get used to them. I tried that for a good week and was still in excruciating pain to the point I would come home in tears! I called back they told me to remove the $50 insoles they convinced me to get and try without. I tried again for a week, still no relief. So I called a THIRD time, this time they told me to see their reflexologist who works out of her home. That my feet must be so screwed up I need additional help. Well my thoughts on that are if your shoes are so damn comfortable I shouldnt need additional help. At this point I was frustrated and miserable so I went to see her. She is AMAZING by the way and helped me in ways I had no idea was possible!! If you would like to see her send me a private message. So in the end I have $200 worth of shoes and insoles from Fritzy Feet sitting in a box in my closet and went to REI and bought some others that are pretty good. These guys were obviously just so friendly and helpful because they were trying to make a sale and they found a sucker that bought in to it. Theyre not like that at REI BTW. I would not recommend them to anyone!! The only good thing I got out of this experience was the referral to a wonderful reflexologist.
