I had an unusual request. I wanted to send an 8ft surfboard to California for an upcoming trip. At one point, I was going to give up on my idea, but after speaking with Priscilla, she walked me through the entire process and offered a few ideas so I could stay within their max shipping constraints. I purchased the insurance as well for peace of mind. In the end, I was able to get the item on its way for our upcoming family reunion and appreciate the excellent service by this UPS Stores staff.

Went to have a document notarized, which is typically a $5 fee. Was charged an additional $25 convenience fee for having this done on a Sunday. Store manager stated this was to cover employee overtime.Had no choice but to pay it. Quite a scam!

Jessie at The UPS Store was extraordinary in her customer service. UPS emailed me my package would be arriving today at 191 N. University . Well the mail has come to that store and no package- but they said often the packages got mixed up with previous delivery to the UPS Store at 700 Colorado Blvd. ....as it turned out when I called, Jessie informed me there was no package there - but she took the tracking # and put me on a three way call to UPS- as I am never able to get a live agent. Then Jessie need to go back to work. Unfortunately the UPS agent said there was limited information and after a few days we should call it lost and start an investigation. Two weeks ago UPS did lose my package - but found it ten days later.... Despite all this Ive never had someone so committed to helping me as Jessie did. If UPS were full of Jessies it would be a different Entity !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this store many times and was in there yesterday to send amazon returns. I was the only customer in the store, no pandemic line waiting outside. I am physically disabled and use a walker. The gentleman who helped me was quick and friendly. However, the female employee actually told me I needed to go back outside, walk around the strip mall, and come in through the front door that was designated entrance. If there had been people waiting I could understand her request. Since there were no people waiting i found her to be very rude and borderline discriminatory. Q

I received an email that my delivery was ready for pickup. I went about 50 minutes later and was told the package wasnt ready for pickup. I was told that the delivery hadnt been checked in. Im not sure what that means. The staff were short with me and somewhat rude. I told them that Im leaving town today and that I made a special trip after receiving the email. They dont seem to understand that if an email goes out that says a package is ready for pickup that means it should be ready. Dont send the email if it isnt. Hopefully when I go back a little later it will be ready.

Priscilla, Denisa (I hope I got her name right) and Jessie have always been top notch. Ive had a mailbox at this store for 4 years now and Im always greeted with a smile. My packages are usually always waiting for me before I even hand them the ticket for them. This store and the entire staff are amazing. Ive had the pleasure of having those 3 ladies always happy to help me and make my stood to grab mail and packages quick. I wish more businesses had employees like these ladies. They could teach a seminar on what true excellent customer looks like...and the nice thing is they never just treat me like customer. I always feel like Im stopping in quick to say hi to my friends. I cant recommend this store and the ladies running the show enough.

I came in with my girlfriend with a huge box of shoes. My girl explained how we were still trying to get a label from the company but were on a time crunch. The woman with the green eyes told us we could pay to ship it off but shed hold it for a couple days in case we were able to get a label from the company then she would just refund us. She also made the price drop about $40 by saying shes gonna cut the box down. The man and the woman were very helpful to us while we were there, and we will definitely come back to support this black owned business.

The staff has always been accommodating, friendly, helpful, hardworking, and fun.I actually moved across town this last year and I still come to this store for all my copying, faxing, and packaging needs! Monday I walked in and the store was packed. Boxes everywhere. I go to the counter and ask to see the notary. The lovely younger woman tells me to go over to a table and wait. So my hubby and I go to the table and promptly arrives the same lovely woman, shes the notary. We exchange pleasantries, I find the service in this UPS store to be very friendly. I ask what I owe and she says nothing! She says to my husband that she hopes he tells me how beautiful I am because I always walk in with a smile:), and it makes her day. Okay, I too work retail and I know how important it is to be kind to all...but this has never happened to me before. THANK YOU Jessica. I hope your boss sees this. You made my week.

I have been a customer at this location for 8 + years and this review is long overdue. I love the folks at this location! I’ve always received excellent customer service, especially from Denisa, Jessie, and Priscilla. No matter how busy they are I’m greeted with a smile and prompt service. During the current Covid-19 health concerns, the folks at this store have worked so hard to make sure everyone is taken care of.On several occasions I’ve been greeted with my mail and packages ready for me at the door minimizing the wait time.This store also provides other services (notary and passports) along with the mail and packaging options. Not just the quick Amazon drop off so there may be the occasional wait. I appreciate all the hard work and long hours to make sure I have my mail and packages.To my UPS peeps I say Thank you for your Awesome customer service and smiles!!

Next level job shipping fragile items, art, and heirlooms! Priscilla was absolutely amazing, helping to determine what size boxes I would need and how much insurance to place on each. Once she got me set with scoping out this massive shipment, she sent me on my way, the whole process only took a half an hour. I visited her Sunday and all my items were at my door Wednesday. EXPERTLY WRAPPED 👌They did such a good job packing everything it probably took me 2.5-3 hours to unwrap it all. But I SO appreciated the care and consideration they took to make sure everything arrived to me safely. Amazing job by this team, thank you.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ship anything of value through this UPS Store. I mailed my engagement ring and mothers wedding band to my jeweler for resizing and it never made it out of the store. Someone was selfish with greed, and took something that was not theirs. It was devastating. The store manager and employees were awful to work with and could care less about the matter. Im writing this so no one has to go through what I have experienced. Please DO NOT mail or ship anything at this UPS Store.

Denise and Priscilla were amazing! I went to stand in line lugging 2 boxes and there were about 5 people in line ahead of me. I noticed I left my mask at home and began to walk away. The first girl Denise said I was fine they would still take care of me and to get back in line. I was sooo thankful. It was then my turn (I waited a max of 3 mins) and the next the girl Priscilla greeted me at the door. She handed me a face mask in a ziplock bag and invited me in!!! These 2 girls were wonderful and kind somethings you just don’t see right now with the pandemic. I applaud you 2! Wow!

I also would not recommend this UPS store. There is something suspicious happening. I had items stolen and damaged. UPS told me they would have to fix this issue. The staff responded with zero empathy hung up on me multiple times and did not provide a due refund. Worse than working with a cable company.

In the past I always had good experiences at this store. However, I mailed a work of art to a buyer and the staff mistyped the address. I provided a clearly written address and paid to have the item packaged and insured. I was not notified until the package returned to the store. Because I had been given a copy of the receipt with the erroneous address and did not catch the error, I then was held responsible for paying a second mailing charge. Be careful if you chose to use UPS!

I have used this UPS store for years and just recently became a box user there. The staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond. You can not only ship UPS, but they can also send things via USPS if that’s cheaper! PLUS if I forget to tape my box, they only charge $1, unlike the post office who makes you buy a whole roll of packing tape for $3.50 and then makes you tape it up yourself (and presumably throw the tape away I guess). You may see a long line but it always moves super fast because there are always plenty of staff on hand and everyone there has been polite, smart, and happy to help me solve my problems!

Outstanding service. I walked in with a return for Amazon. I had my return sheet printed out, but hadnt attached it to my box, nor had I taped my box shut. In less than ten seconds, Priscilla called on me, and I handed her the paper and was about to begin to explain what it was, she already knew, she smiled and said If you could just lift it onto the counter, Ive got it from here.I will come here from now on. Ive never had such a pleasant and efficient experience. Thank you so much Priscilla.

Always super fast, clean, professional - ignore the one star hater reviews. Those people are all low on IQ. The staff here is great, and despite being usually quite busy, they take care of business quickly. I have never had an issue shipping from this location.

Staff was helpful and friendly, but you’re really going to charge $1.00 for a strip of tape? Not a roll. Literally just a short piece of tape. You can buy the roll for $5.00, but if your package isn’t taped and ready to go, be prepared to shell out.

Dawn and her staff rock! They have gone over and above a million times, happy to check our box when we are due a check on an invoice. As a small business owner myself, she and her staff were always ready to do what it took to help their customers. Customer service is top notch here.Its a tremendous help to have them pack and send packages when I dont have time and I am VERY happy to pay for that special process. You cannot get that service at the USPS, which would send you home to re-wrap when its not up to standard. I adore the entire staff at UPS Store at 700 Colorado.

I sent a print job in around 8am on a Saturday morning and the website said it would be ready by 3pm. I needed it by 1pm and stated that in the order - the store had it done before they even opened (9am)! When I went to pick my order up, it was easy and fast and the service was friendly and genuine. Will definitely be coming back!

I went in, kind of late, on a Sunday, less than 1 hour before they closed. I had seven huge packages and a hungry baby. 2 Female employees helped me tremendously, opened the door in & out, labels, sleeves, photos, receipts etc. They were kind, efficient, patient and positive. Excellent service. I had a box there for almost 2 years, but recently moved away. Once you get to know the employees, its a family atmosphere. They provide full service for UPS, USPS (a lot of other stores dont) and other carriers. Always staffed and responsive. Equipment for copying etc also top notch. Highly recommend!!

Best in the area! These guys are super helpful, nice, knowledgeable and just all around better. I would recommend going to these guys over the Broadway and Alameda location. Andy, was incredibly helpful, and even reinforced all of my boxes without charging me extra(the other location wanted to charge me for the tape).

I will be coming in later today to open a P.O. box for my business. It’s already set up and the experience was painless, I just need to pick up the keys.There’s something about the owner (presumably) that compelled me to leave a 5 star review. Her responses are absolute gold! 👌 Especially when some of these morons are talking about deliveries needing signatures and driver issues... This is obviously a franchise, and you obviously need to complain to UPS. Not some small, specific UPS location in the Denver metro area. 😂And there was even a guy that left a one star review because the employees at this location referred him to USPS for much cheaper service for his particular package. I shipped a couple packages from this store and unfortunately one of them was lost in the mail, but the staff helped me file a claim and the manager Chris issued me a refund to replace the items that were lost on the spot. They were friendly and easy to work with and sincerely cared about my packages getting where they needed. Ill ship with this store again!

Submitted an order via email with specific instructions regarding measurements. When arrived i noticed they did not cut invitations but were willing to let me use paper cutter. That was my mistake to assume they were full service, they are not just so you are aware. When cutting i noticed the invitations were made smaller than instructions. No problem, however, the female staff member announced from another line that I would need to pay double to have them re printed. She made it clear that she was not to be told she had made a mistake on the order. Another staff took down my number and the manager returned my call and refunded the amount. Giving two stars for the guy who was willing to pass on to the manager. It’s paper, who cares if you made a mistake just reprint it, no need to be rude the the customer because of your mistake.

This ups store is amazing! Ive used it several times and have always been happy with their customer service. Last week I mailed 3 packages and I was in a super hurry. Some of the information got messed up and a package got lost. Chris at this store called multiple people and found my package! And then made sure the other 2 packages were ok as well. Thanks Chris!

I liked the store but this rating is due to the following circumstances: I arrived to send a package at 9:00 a.m.. There was no parking in the two spaces designated for UPS so I parked in a spot reserved for a closed restaurant. Several weeks later, I received a bill for $75 for illegal parking. Even after I was able to prove by my credit card receipt that I had been in UPS, written and talked to the UPS store manager (Sorry, thats the management company) and written to the management company, no one was able to fix the ticket. I now go to the UPS store in Cherry Creek where there is plenty of free, undesignated parking. I also will not go to any other store in that center.

I am traveling and needed to have a business presentation shipped to me. Two weeks in advance, I called this UPS Store and asked if I could have a package shipped there to my attention. “Yes. There is a $10 fee for that service”. I felt that was fair said OK. I went to pick up my package today, and when I gave my name they asked “Are you on the list?” When I said I wasn’t aware I needed to be on a list, they told me that my package wasn’t there. Their policy is to hold them for only 2 DAYS. And the holding fee isn’t $10....it’s $10 PER DAY. None of this was made clear over the phone. The UPS Customer Service Center 20 minutes down the street tracked my shipping number and “The last known location is this UPS Store. It’s lost!”Jay and Jessie walked away from me while I was trying to figure out what to do. They couldn’t have cared less that my business plans are ruined. My wife had better luck with Priscilla, but in short, this place caused me nothing but grief and failure professionally and they have zero accountability.Avoid doing business with this company!!!

Horrible, horrible service here. They tried to straight rip me off and charge me $20 to ship a small parcel priority mail, then told me to go ship it at USPS for $10 instead, which I did, for $7.20. These guys dont want business, they want to be jerks to their customers and rip people off. That was the first of hundreds if not thousands of parcels to be mailed. But not by these guys.
