Excellent experience buying a chair. Peter was extremely helpful and helped identify the perfect chair. I had previously purchased a high-cost chair from a well known brand and had to send it back - it didnt fit properly and didnt have the adjustments I needed. Peter took my measurements (or used measurements I sent him) and he picked out a chair that met all my needs perfectly right out of the box. Cost was reasonable (same price as the other chair, but that one was refurbished and felt of lower quality than this one), service was excellent, and the chair really is fantastic. It can be adjusted many different ways. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a real office chair. Dont buy from a big box store - this will be better without question.At first it seems like it might be a headache to do this instead of just buying a chair online, but it was so simple and so worth it.
