I work for a general contractor. We hired contract furnishings for a project. In 15 years of working in accounting Ive never meet someone so rude and disrespectful to people that pay them. Chris calls and uses fowl language when he isnt getting his way and his wife Norma (bookkeeper) gets to stressed out when you ask for warranty paperwork. These people need to learn etiquette. They will not get far in business cursing at people. Good luck if you use them.

REVISED 4/11/2019-What can I say about Christopher Leach?Unprofessional, rude, prone to temper tantrums?That about covers it!We were long time customers, who in years past had spent thousands on furniture from this vendor.We are undergoing an office remodel and opted to have a new reception desk constructed as a build-in so we could use our tenant improvement dollars. Chris knew this, but for some reason, threw a fit because he couldnt understand why we were not buying a replacement reception desk from him. No regard for a companys budget and regardless of the fact that we had a funded agreement for his company to come and dismantle our older cubicles, he decides to cancel the work that he agreed to, simply because he didnt get his way and we didnt have money to spend on furniture this time around.Doesnt matter how much we spent in the past, doesnt matter my word of mouth referrals; he simply decided to showcase his unruly behavior like a petulant child.Not ideal for a grown man who owns a business, but I digress.Use Contract Furnishings at your own peril!

We work with the owner of this company every year and he and his company are awesome! We highly recommend contractfurnishings to anyone in the market.

I suggest you not use this company for your furniture needs. We recently moved our company to a new office and used Contract Furnishings for some of our furnishings. We learned that some of their used prices are actually the same as what you would spend for new furniture. So, that is a big problem.And, to make matters worse, they quoted us less than what they actually billed us. For example, they quoted chairs at $220 a piece, but billed us beyond the $220 for assembly, which was never discussed on the front end.And, then their delivery rates were also underquoted and overbilled. They quoted a per hour rate for delivery, but then billed it out by hour per person on the truck, resulting in a huge invoice.I suggest you shop around before agreeing to work with this company. That is my opinion anyway. And, if you do use them, review your invoices very carefully.We learned that our neighbor in our new office building used Contract Furnishings for their furniture and had the same experience. So, the odds of two companies having this experience next door to each other says it all. Be careful.
